Spacious room with amazing views and a beautiful pool. The football/soccer field behind the hotel was perfect. we played there many times with our baby and loved it.

Downsides: €10 per night for a baby bed felt unnecessary, breakfast lacked local touches, and the hotel felt a bit impersonal. Laundry was a major issue — we handed it in ourselves, but bleach ruined all items, and no apology was given at checkout. Basic laundry care should be standard service.

Overall fine, but there are nearby places for the same price with more warmth and attention

We had our wedding at Borgo Iesolana and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The beauty of the place, the food, and above all the wonderful staff made it an unforgettable experience. A special thank you to Louise at reception, Francesca who cooked our wedding dinner, and Michela who quite literally did everything with so much care and dedication. If you’re looking for a place to stay for a few nights or the dream venue for your wedding, look no further than Borgo Iesolana.

Borgo Iesolana was the location of our destination wedding. All planning completed from the U.S., with wonderful communication and support from staff (Michela is amazing!). Upon arrival, we were delighted with our decision to have our wedding here. ~50 people in attendance, all stayed onsite. The grounds and rooms were spectacular. Restaurant & staff exceeded expectations. HIGHLY recommend.

We had our micro wedding with close family and it was perfect. Great relaxing and peaceful location and all the staff were great, helpful and attentive. Our wedding day and our days stay there were great, all of our family that attended would love to visit and stay again. Highly recommend.

Personale gentile e molto attento alle esigenze dei clienti, colazione molto buona e fornita abbastanza bene sia sulla parte dolce che su quella salata.
La location sarebbe davvero molto bella se non fosse infestata da insetti soprattutto tafani che hanno reso impossibile rilassarci nella zona delle piscine. Abbiamo parlato con il personale che si è scusato ma purtroppo la situazione non sembra di facile risoluzione.

Our first thoughts when we arrived in our room (Archi 1) were, “Oh, this is underwhelming.” The pictures make it look nice and bright, but in reality, it’s dark, claustrophobic, and dated. We stayed there with our son, and once the sofa was made into a bed, there was literally no space to stand, place luggage, or sit comfortably. I often found myself sitting on the floor as there was nowhere else to sit apart from the bed.

The room has only one window, plus another in the bathroom that faces directly onto the restaurant’s seating area. The curtain provided was see-through and didn’t cover the whole window, so we had to request an additional one. The room is extremely dark, and if you want to let in some light, you have to sacrifice your privacy.

The amenities are minimal - no bathrobe or slippers are provided. The Wi-Fi was virtually non-existent; it only worked (poorly) if you stood next to the door, and in most areas of the room, it didn’t work at all. Overall, the room was definitely not worth the price we paid.

On the positive side, the staff are extremely accommodating and friendly.

Breakfast is lovely, with a good variety of food for everyone. The coffee is delicious, and they slightly change the selection every morning, which is a nice touch.

Dinner at the trattoria, however, is overpriced. The food is average - the atmosphere is amazing - but still overpriced. They have a daily special, which is nice, but I was surprised when they served just meatballs without any side dish or pasta. That said, they do accommodate children’s requests, which is greatly appreciated.

The pools are amazing and peaceful; we were often alone in the water. Everyone respected the quiet, which was wonderful.

Bottom line: I don’t recommend staying in the Archi room. If it’s the only room available, I would skip the hotel altogether.
Rating 3/5 - The staff, service, and atmosphere are all fantastic, but the room was very disappointing.

Agriturismo MERAVIGLIOSO immerso nel verde. |Location veramente fantastica, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. |Vi consiglio di provare il loro ristorante, abbiamo mangiato davvero benissimo. Inoltre hanno ben due piscine. |Ma la lode viene raggiunta col personale. Tutti impeccabili e gentili. Dalle receptionist, alle cameriere del pranzo, a quelle della cena. Excelente lugar. La habitación que nos tocó parecía un departamento. Hermosa, limpia y con una vista inmejorable.
El Borgo esta ubicado en el paraíso de la Toscana es tranquilo.. La atención de cada una de las personas que trabaja aquí es excelente. El desayuno es super completo.
La cocina del lugar que nos toco es super amplia y completa.
Realmente recomiendo este lugar.

The Borgo is located in the paradise of Tuscany, it is quiet. The attention of each of the people who work here is excellent. The breakfast is super complete.

Borgo Iesolana ist eine Oase der Ruhe, fernab jeglicher Hektik. Es liegt etwas abgelegen aber wir haben für den Start unseres Urlaubs genau diese Ruhe gesucht, um herunterzukommen und entspannt unseren Toskana Urlaub zu beginnen. Die gesamte Anlage ist umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Zypressen, alles ist super gepflegt, es gibt saftig grüne Rasenflächen, viele Blumenbeete, 2 wunderschöne, saubere und gepflegte Pools, selbst die Liegen sind immer sauber. Wir hatten ein einfaches Zimmer und waren überrascht, dass es so groß war mit eigenem Wohnzimmer und Küche. Das Zimmer war blitzblank sauber und nicht abgewohnt. Es hat lediglich eine Kleiderstange im Schrank gefehlt (etwas unpraktisch ohne Kleiderstange, wenn man Kleider, Hemden/Blusen und Jacken dabei hat), ein Tresor und eine Terrasse/ein Balkon. Viele Zimmer hatten eigene Terrassen nur unseres leider nicht, vermutlich hätte man dafür mehr zahlen müssen. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und hat eine ausreichend große Auswahl mit frischen Eiergerichten und man kann sich Cappuccino, Latte Macchiatto etc. bestellen. Das Abendessen ist lecker und preislich absolut okay. Das Personal ist total freundlich und hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Danke an das gesamte Team, wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und waren richtig traurig, als wir wieder abgereist sind.

Il posto è meraviglioso e tenuto in maniera impeccabile. Ogni angolo è curato e ben tenuto. Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento Loggiato che era bellissimo, dotato di tutti i comfort e pulitissimo. Una menzione speciale per il team delle pulizie e per la signorina Valentina che cura la colazione con grande attenzione e professionalità.

Siamo stati un paio di volte al ristorante. La location è bellissima, soprattutto d’estate che si mangia fuori all’aperto. Immersa nel verde. Tavoli grandi, belli e curati nel minimo dettaglio. Personale gentile. Super nota di merito: pane senza glutine fatto da loro che era buonissimo! A parere nostro prezzi un po’ alti (sicuramente loro lavorano tanto con il turista…) cibo buono, di qualità ma non da wow. Questa è la mia esperienza 🤷🏻‍♀️

Valuto il ristorante perché sono stato a cena per il mio compleanno.
Ottima posizione immersa nelle colline della Val d'Ambra,strada di campagna stretta ma ben tenuta,ampio parcheggio dotato anche di stazioni di ricarica per auto elettriche. Ottimo servizio e piatti ben curati con ottime materie prime,fresche e genuine.
Portate abbondanti .
Ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo
Da tornarci nel periodo estivo per un bel pranzo all'aperto.

I had the pleasure of staying at Borgo Ieslana last week for a second time, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for an exceptional stay. The property itself is stunning, nestled in the heart of Tuscany with breathtaking views of the rolling hills and vineyards that make this region so iconic.

The rooms were beautifully designed, blending rustic charm with modern comfort. Every detail was carefully thought out, from the plush bedding to the well-appointed amenities. The peace and tranquility of the resort allowed us to fully unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

What really stood out was the impeccable service. The staff were always attentive, yet unobtrusive, making sure we had everything we needed while offering fantastic recommendations for local experiences. The on-site dining was superb, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients that made every meal a delight. The wine selection, of course, was incredible – we felt like we were tasting the best of Tuscany right from the resort.

Whether you're looking to explore the beautiful countryside or just relax by the pool, Borgo Ieslana has it all. It’s the perfect mix of luxury, authenticity, and serenity. I can’t recommend it enough.

È stata una piacevolissima scoperta. La location è splendida, immersa nella pace delle campagne toscane. Le camere sono impeccabili, pulitissime e arredate con gusto.
Nonostante la struttura fosse piena nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato, gli ampi spazi e le due piscine hanno garantito un'esperienza rilassante. La cosa che tra tutte abbiamo gradito di più è stata l'accoglienza: personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridente. Tutti, dalle ragazze della reception, Chiara al ristorante, fino alle ragazze che si occupavano delle pulizie. Abbiamo avuto modo di scambiare una chiacchiera e un sorriso con tutti.
Sono stati molto accoglienti anche con il nostro cane Jack. :) Complimenti!! torneremo sicuramente!

Las palabras no son suficientes para describir la gran experiencia que tuve en este alojamiento. El lugar está ubicado de tal forma que puedas visitar los pueblos cercanos o quedarte disfrutando de la espectacular piscina y restaurante del hotel. Ionela fue de gran ayuda y prestó servicio perfecto. Recomiendo mucho este lugar y ya quiero volver para disfrutarlo nuevamente.
