In a nutshell, we cannot imagine that there is a better wedding planner than Ale.

From our first conversation, Ale was professional, well-spoken, and clearly a kind, genuine person, but we came to learn that we were only seeing a fragment of her incredible warmth, elegance, and endless capabilities. Somehow, Ale made planning a 100+ guest list, 3-day wedding feel like working on a fun school project with your organised friend. Not only did she make the process feel like a breeze, she made it so much fun.

Ale created a wedding that was beautiful beyond our imaginations. It was better than we imagined a wedding ever could be. This couldn’t have been easy for her - not only was our wedding a little untraditional, my husband and I also didn’t know exactly what we wanted. Ale is intuitive and talented as a creative, with the organisational and interpersonal skills to communicate and execute her visions flawlessly. One might say we are biased, however we spent our entire wedding weekend having our guests compliment everything from the styling, to the timing, to the tiny details that Ale had woven in because she thinks of everything.

Ale was also extremely pragmatic and helpful in terms of budget and secured us fairly priced, excellent vendors. When our budget got a bit tight, she helped us cut the “nice to have’s” and focus on the “must-haves” without judgement.

Wedding planning is more than just a job to Ale, she takes pride in her work and puts her heart into every project she does. We couldn’t recommend Ale and her team more highly and truly believe she is the best of the best.

Where do I begin!

We reached out to Ale for wedding planning services as we were still undecided of whether we wanted a Tuscan/Puglian wedding. From the moment of our first video chat we immediately said "we need a Puglia wedding just so we can have Ale as our wedding planner!!".

Ale is was so kind, sweet and honest from the get go and was our trusted advisor throughout the entire wedding planning process. She is very well connected and literally gets the best of the best for all vendors. She listened to our needs and wants and always adjusted accordingly to provide us the best advice/alternatives. From food, hair, custom ceramics, she did it all!

On the day of the wedding I think I was the most relaxed bride in the world. I had no stress, no worries because I knew Ale would handle everything. Although I am Type A, I trusted her fully that day and she executed/handled everything effortlessly. She and Fede also put my mind at ease and became my go to person that day for any communication between vendors and myself. She was so sweet and so profressional throughout the whole process and evening. Genuinely couldn't have done any of this without her. Our families were so impressed as well!

I also had a little hiccup right after the wedding, and Ale came to save the day out of the goodness of her heart❤️

Ale and Fede, thank you x a million! Not only did I find a wedding planner but a new friend❤️

I cannot recommend Alessandra Linoci Events enough for the planning of your wedding event in Puglia. Throwing a wedding is not easy - it is a lot of work, organization, dedication, details. I was also a very hands-on bride!!!, wanting to work closely with Alessandra & Federica to bring our events to life. From the moment we started working together, no detail was too small or "too much". They understood our vision from the beginning and helped us make every aspect come to life. On a communication and human level, they are extremely kind, hardworking, patient, honest, and transparent. Not everything is going to be perfectly seamless when your wedding planning - there will be some challenges as expected, but even in these few moments, they handled everything with grace, professionalism and guided us towards a solution. Our experience planning a wedding with Alessandra Linoci Events was 1000/10. The team is extremely organized which I appreciated deeply and made me feel at ease that all the details, big and small, were being captured. We were able to keep every piece of the wedding organized on their Trello board system, making it easy to communicate even with our 7hr time zone difference.

I am so proud of what we created together. It was the most magical and beautiful day. I will never forget especially our beautiful tablescapes for our wedding night and welcome party - they were so well done and exactly as I had envisioned, like something our of a dream! Also a special shout out to Ale's firework launch at the beat drop of "Sky Full of Stars" - she nailed it !!!! Again - even a request like this - they made it happen !!!

I will miss working with them so closely and putting together our dream day. Aside from them being exceptionally talented at what they do, they truly are such wonderful & warm people. We can’t recommend Ale and her team highly enough! At first, we naively thought we could handle everything ourselves and didn’t need a planner. Little did we know how much work goes into creating a wedding day as perfect and seamless as ours turned out to be.

Ale was incredibly dedicated, professional and patient throughout the entire process and made everything not only manageable but genuinely enjoyable. Ale’s communication was outstanding, she kept us informed every step of the way, offering invaluable advice and plenty of vendor options that fit our style and budget.

Ale planned my wife Sharni and I’s dream wedding in Puglia in September 2024. Everything about the day came together far better than we could have imagined and I put most of that down to the fact that we had Ale working with us the whole time.

Ale organised the food vendor, the florist, the music, the bar and the celebrant and all of them did an amazing job in creating the wedding day that we both dreamed of.

She was awesome to work with, and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. And was always happy to jump on a call to discuss ideas and plans. On the actual day, she worked really well with her sister Fede to make sure that everything ran smoothly for the entire day - they even had walkie talkies to communicate with each other.

Overall, the stress and burden that was taken off of our shoulders by hiring Ale was well worth it, and we could not recommend her enough if you are getting married in the Apulian region in the South of Italy (which we highly recommend you do). She knows the region like the back of her hand and will make sure that your wedding is a day that you’ll remember fondly for the rest of your life!

Alessandra was INCREDIBLE! We hired another planner for our wedding in Puglia and they were not communicative, didn’t provide us with a lot of options for vendors, and took forever to reply. Thankfully, we found Ale and she exceeded our expectations. We live in LA and because of that, I had to rely on Ale and her expertise to plan our event and feel that we were in good hands. Ale was our wedding planner for our wedding in early summer 2024 and was simply perfect.

Having interviewed several wedding planners, Ale stood out to us as a personable and empathetic person who was so clearly passionate about her business. She quickly understood the vision we had for our wedding which meant so much to us, quickly leading to us requesting (and praying!) for her to work with us. Thankfully she was available and accepted which we were so excited about!

It quickly became clear that Ale’s local knowledge was invaluable to us. Having understood our vision, she shortlisted suppliers that matched our needs making decisions for us as quick, simple, and stress-free as wedding planning can be. When visiting Puglia for tastings and trials, Ale was incredibly generous with her time and helped make the experience really enjoyable. During the trials, it was obvious to see that she had very close, positive relationships with these suppliers which was very encouraging to see.

Her coordination on the wedding day, with support from Fede, was professional, controlled, and executed with calmness that would make a yoga master curious of her secrets. Everything went exactly as planned, and we had the best day of our lives. Ale was fundamental in making that happen which we will forever be grateful for.

Ale and Fede are incredibly talented at their jobs and anyone could wish to be lucky enough to have them involved in the planning of their wedding. We cannot recommend them enough!

My partner and I met Ale after speaking to several wedding planners and immediately felt at ease. We live in NY and were planning a wedding in souther Italy, where my partner's father was born.

Even with the natural fears we had about planning a wedding across the world, Ale helped us turn our vague desires into a material dream, and made it look easy! Most importantly, she helped us brainstorming ideas, suggested unique details for each event, and ensured we stayed punctual with every important contract and agreement needed with our vendors. Where to begin… we first spoke with Alessandra in spring 2020 over zoom as we started our wedding planning journey, and we both knew immediately from her friendly smile and warmth towards us that she was the perfect wedding planner for us. Thanks to Covid, we pushed our wedding back a year to September 2023, but it was well worth the wait!

Throughout the entire planning process, we simply couldn’t have asked for any more from Ale - whenever we needed her for anything, no matter how small, she would get back to us and always had an answer or solution for everything. No matter what request we had, Ale would either make it happen or come up with an even better solution. All of her vendor recommendations are so carefully selected, working with the best teams that she knows and trusts will perform on the day, and that also suit your individual vibe, making the planning process such a joy. Ale completely understood us as a couple from the start, what we liked and didn’t like, and took the time to develop our relationship so she could understand exactly what was important to us for our wedding. We had a lot of personal touches and moments we wanted to create throughout the wedding day, and Ale made each and every moment come to life through hours of careful planning and discussions with us and the vendors. We can’t explain enough how much work, time and effort she put into getting every moment we planned absolutely the best it could be in the run up to the day, working away in the background and allowing us the time to enjoy the run up to the wedding. On the day (the wedding day and also the welcome party Ale also planned) Ale was there with her team (including her amazing sister Fede!) ensuring every aspect of the day went smoothly, that everything looked amazing and solving solutions before we even knew anything had happened, taking all of the stress off of us - it was the most relaxing and enjoyable experience seeing the years of planning come to life on the day and knowing that we had absolutely nothing to worry about. Ale is literally an angel, she is the absolute best at what she does, and above all else, she is now a close friend for life. Omg, how do I start with such a beautiful person from the inside and outside!
When we first contacted Alessandra and had our first skype call with her, we felt so truely understood and also just so so good with her! And since that day 2 years before our wedding she was there for us! For everything, for every idea, for every spontaneous changement or addition. Also when I got stressed, she was there to calm me down.
When we first got our design concept, I could have cried out of joy, because it represented us so very well and was exactly what we were looking for. Ale just knew what fitted perfectly for us and what we were searching for!
From the color scheme, to the flowers, to the best proposition of vendors for our day, Ale had the best ideas.
She even made it possible, that our dream vases were especially made for us!
On our wedding day, we didn‘t have to do or care about anything, because Ale and Fede had everything under control. Where to start with our gorgeous Ale, she brought our vision to life and so much more! Adam and I were so lucky to have found Ale when we first started to think about our Puglia wedding.

As Expats living in New York we were about to begin planning for our lives to meet in our favorite place so help was very much needed. Ale has been more than a planner to us. From the first moment we understood that she was a reliable, serious and honest person to work with, and decided to start planning our wedding with her. We have nothing but the best things to say about Ale and her services. From the moment we met her we knew she would be the perfect fit for us. She very quickly understood what we were looking for in a destination Italian wedding but what we really appreciated and loved most was that she also took the time to get to know us as individuals in order to help create a weekend that was unique and authentic to us! I fell in love with Ale’s taste immediately. Everything she creates is so tastefully chic, thoughtfully detailed, and professionally executed. Her warm and friendly nature made us feel so calm about embarking on what we knew would be a huge project!!

Talk about process, Ale is nothing short of excellent. Her process is extremely organized and transparent which was really important for us (especially as two, type-A project managers). We were a very involved couple in the planning process and Ale made it very easy for us to follow along and know the status on each component (venue, catering, flowers, etc.). Ale strikes the perfect balance between providing options of vendors while also thoughtfully choosing specific vendors so as to not overwhelm us with a large amount of decisions. With her calming, confident, and empathetic nature it was easy to place all our trust in her and her process. I can’t thank Ale enough for always being available for us to talk through how we wanted to approach an aspect of the wedding, and never making us feel like we were a burden to her. Because of Ale, wedding planning was so much fun! We always looked forward to our morning video calls with Ale and left them with a huge smile and sigh of relief knowing she was by our side.

When we visited Italy 9 months before our wedding Ale was an amazing host! She went to every appointment with us and was always paying attention to how we were feeling about potential vendors and their services. Having that face to face time with Ale (and Vincenzo!) was so much fun and we felt like we were at dinner with old friends. We highly recommend visiting with Ale before your wedding :)

While we had no doubts given the amazing experience with planning, Ale made our wedding day ABSOLUTELY PERFECT and exceeded what we could have imagined. She went above and beyond to ensure our 3-day experience was nothing but extraordinary; for example, when a shipment of candles was delayed and only arrived during the wedding, she managed to get them on the tables in time for the guests and us to enjoy their beauty during dinner. She brought our vision to life and we are so grateful to her for that! Our family and friends cannot stop talking about our wedding, and how perfectly the experience flowed and how thoughtful and beautiful every detail was.

Over the course of our 1.5 year planning process, Ale has become much more than a wedding planner to us, and we now consider her family!! We are so looking forward to continuing to keep her in our lives as we embark on this next chapter.

In short, planning a 90 person destination wedding is no small feat, but with Ale by your side, anything is possible. We definitely recommend working with Ale!

Ale...where do we start from?! As we started planning our wedding I found Ale on Instagram. With my husband, we knew we wanted to have a wedding in Puglia (Italy is my home country) but didn't know any wedding planner there, so I did some research on social media and that's when I came across Ale's work.
