I initially wanted to have my wedding at this venue. We arranged a viewing and met with the manager, Francesca. She is a pleasant person, showed us around the property, and explained the setup clearly.

However, once pricing discussions begin, you are required to deal directly with the owners — and unfortunately, this is where the experience changed completely. The owners were careless, dismissive, and extremely rude in their communication.

After the viewing, I requested a final call to clarify details and move forward with securing the venue. The response I received was that we had already had an initial call when I first contacted them, that no further call would be arranged, and that the villa is closed in March or April.

This conversation took place towards the end of 2025, for a wedding planned in June. I was effectively expected to wait until March — just three months before the wedding — to ask questions and finalise arrangements.

Who waits until three months before their wedding to secure a venue?

The overall attitude was very much “we don’t care,” and this is clearly reflected in their communication. They do not appear genuinely open for business, and if they are not interested in hosting events professionally, I believe the listing should be taken down to avoid wasting other couples’ time.

A house worked well for seven couples. Old house but classy.
Great base for exploring Franciacorta area. We had e-bike rental and easy rides from sisters house to wineries.

Giardini incantevoli...e pure il porticato dove vi era il pozzo....e un tocco unico la piscina...la residenza è immersa nel bosco ..
Da migliorare il fatto di insetti e delle tante mosche...

The rooms and furniture are extremely old and dusty. Most large beds are actually two single bed put together, therefore pretty uncomfortable. They also asked us to pay for electricity consumption which is ridiculous.

Fuimos a la villa varias familias invitadas y la experiencia fue correcta. Es algo antigua pero estuvimos 8 familias y nos lo pasamos genial.
Teníamos inicialmente la salida a las 14h pero nos lo adelantaron a las 10h y tuvimos que improvisar para hacer tiempo. Además nos cobraron un suplemento de 100€ por exceso de luz que me parece un robo.

Amazing staying. I go there every summer for two weeks and I'll never stop. The house is spacious, relaxing and very well kept. The garden is something you never wanna leave, I don't even speak about the swimming pool. I wish I was living there.
