What an absolute honor it was to work with Svetlana as our wedding planner in 2023 for our Lake Como wedding- a master of her craft and truly a wonderful, compassionate person that we hold as dear to our hearts as our own family. Saying she went above and beyond doesn’t even begin to cover it. Out of all our vendors, hiring her was our best money spent, she was worth it 10x over and if we were to do it all over again, I would have booked her to plan our entire wedding weekend (with multiple events).

We met Svetlana at her previous wedding planning company. When she left to go off on her own, she did right by that company by not taking us with her- however we loved her so much that we chased her down ourselves! Svetlana was the first planner (after speaking to many) who was very upfront with us about costs in the industry and we felt like her years of experience gave her the inside scoop on vendors, locations and the ability to handle any situation (or person!). This was especially important as we were planning our destination wedding without ever visiting.

As someone who plans events and campaigns as my career I personally needed a planner who could think just the same as me - be on top of deadlines, thinking a few steps ahead, be that middle man, make recommendations, negotiate(!), but without the stress. We were on a tight budge and not having been to the location, I had infinite questions, worries, and ideas, and Svetlana was the most patient with me during the process and very timely in her correspondence.

During the the few days surrounding the wedding, and the day of, we were so pleased to feel like her #1 priority, even knowing she had many other wedding she was helping to plan - including her own! I’m not typically a stressed person, but that goes out the window with an event like this with family overseas, but I felt so extremely confident Svetlana would handle anything and everything, and that she did. She has a rare talent to be that organized and business savvy while having such a caring demeanor with brides. She felt like my best friend, therapist and manager all in one. She even helped me rehearse my vows, made recommendations for our other events in Italy, and assisted our family members with questions onsite to make everything flow and to not bother my husband and I with other guests’ worries or needs during our time. She flawlessly helped us coordinate two boat rides and visit to another villa for photos on the day of as well.
 If you have the opportunity to book her, do it, no questions asked!
