Heerlijke rustige plek, in de natuur. De host is super aardig en brengt lekkere dingen als je bij het zwembad ligt en serveert lekkere drankjes. Hij brouwt ook zelf het een en ander en dat laat hij graag proeven. De koelkast is meer dan goed gevuld voor een lekker ontbijtje en zelf om een lekkere pasta te maken.

I stayed with my mom down at the bottom cottage of the property. Each morning we could hear the cowbell ringing (attached to horses, not cows) as the horses grazed, and we caught glimpses of them in pastures or resting under the shade of trees. Enormous cows in another pasture. Lizards everywhere, wild flowers and herbs erupting everywhere. These white flowers grew on tall stems that would disappear in low light, making the white heads look as though they simply floated. This place is simply beautiful and full of life, but quietly so.

This is such a unique, remote and cozy place to stay- very private and quiet. It is run by the family, and the hosts, Carmine and Carla go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The food is amazing and fresh, many items come directly from their land. There are several different lodging types, each unique and fully equipped with all the basic comforts. We stayed at Casa delle Erbe, and it was lovely! The attention to detail helps to add a feeling of being really cared for by the hosts. The surrounding area is spectacular, with olive, fig, lemon trees, grape vines, herbs, and vegetables. It is remote enough to offer respite and relaxation, with many quiet spots to lounge and rest. But also located within walking distance of the Noci town center (a few miles of a scenic, neighborhood walk) which has restaurants, churches and shops to visit. It is a truly special place to stay and experience a less touristy side of Apulia.

Perfect location. Thoughtful, kind and generous hosts. Exceptional food for breakfast. The suite was comfortable, spacious and elegant, well equipped, and the balcony has an exceptional view across the bay to the lighthouse. The ancient building has been exquisitely renovated. Great roof terrace too. Will return!

I am writing this review on our last day here. Our stay has been amazing! We love our little stone house ( Olive House). It has a beautiful patio and big picture windows with views of the wild garden and trees. The house was stocked with all the items we could ever need! Wines, liquor, olive oil, vinegar, cheese, etc. Amazing! We ate a few meals here instead of going out! Carmine is a wonderful host! We were invited to a dinner for the guests one evening and had a fabulous time. The food was prepared in the local style and we even got to try all the liquor that Carmine makes. Outstanding! Today, Carmine saw we were enjoying the pool and relaxing. He brought us over lunch! Pasta with green beans and a tomato, potato salad. It was delicious! We can’t thank him enough! Our stay has been the best. The house is so cozy and has everything you need! If we ever come back to this area we will definitely return here! Book your stay here and you will not be disappointed!|Thank you Carmine and Clara for everything!

A wonderful and unique experience. Several individual cottage like homes spread over a park like setting… Very private from each other… Living room, kitchen, bedroom,… all beautifully designed and curated… we were in Erbe (herbs) They all share a big beautiful swimming pool area… A wonderful central location to explore Puglia… The owners Carmine and Clara are absolutely wonderful… So helpful… In planning day, trips, restaurants, places to go, and things to see…. The accommodation was so comfortable and homey and aesthetically pleasing… When we arrived, the kitchen was stocked with cheeses and meats and breads , milk, juice…and pie and local foods… So comfortable that we actually stayed home and cooked and had dinner at the outdoor table in the garden several nights… Highly recommended.

Après avoir profité à deux reprises des trullis de la Collina, cette année nous avons profité en famille des 3 maisons Ravel, les Herbes et les Oliviers. Que bonheur et ravissement pour tous. Les hôtes Clara et Carmine sont en permanence aux petits soins pour vous. |Le cadre est absolument superbe. Un endroit calme et retiré idéal pour se ressourcer. À l'arrivée, une belle surprise vous attend avec un frigo bien rempli qui vous permettra de faire plusieurs repas et tous les petits déjeuners .|Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas les Pouilles un petit programme vous est envoyé par WhatsApp (moyen de communication idéal et gratuit - le WiFi fonctionne très bien.|Carmine se fera aussi un plaisir de réserver pour vous - si vous le souhaitez - un restaurant lors de vos sorties en soirée. |Un dernier conseil pour ceux qui découvriront : l'endroit est un peu compliqué à trouver, aussi, n'hésitez pas à vous donner rendez-vous en ville (via un point GPS par exemple)

we had the most magical time at sonora casanoja during our honeymoon, we stayed 3 days and it was so relaxing and unwinding. we got to our little casa where some fresh veggies, herbs, pasta and vino were waiting for us. we had the best time in our perfect designed cabin and the huge garden. in the afternoons we always went up to the pool and carmine spoiled us every time with his homemade beverages or tiramisu. we even got a tour to his destillery and learned so much about wine, gin and grappa production. clara and carmine are extraordinary hosts and we never experienced more hospitality than here. we will definitely come back. all the best to this beautiful family

Clara et Carmine nous ont accueillis comme des Rois. Du début à la fin, jusqu’à la dernière minute. Au delà, de l’endroit magique dans lequel nous avons séjourné, au milieu des chevaux, chien, et renards, dans une petite maison cosy et décorée avec énormément de goût et de style, en totale intimité, l’accueil et la gentillesse de Clara et Carmine m’ont laissé sans voix.
Après un long trajet et une arrivée vers 15h, Nous avons été accueillis avec un plat de pâtes cuisiné par Carmine et Clara, un frigo rempli de bons produits, mais également tout pour se faire un petit déjeuner et 4 bouteilles de vins. Je ne rentre pas plus dans les détails, mais pleins de choses supplémentaires et de petites attentions étaient à notre disposition. Je n’ai jamais vu un service de qualité à cette hauteur-la, et des personnes aussi gentilles, en plus du cadre magique. Une de mes meilleures expériences hôtelière. Noci, le village dans lequel ils se trouvent n’est absolument pas touristique, et vous pourrez aisément vous balader dans les rues seuls. C’est un village typique des pouilles dans lequel vous pourrez découvrir plein de belles petites ruelles. Nous sommes restés à dimora Casanoja toute la semaine tout en visitant : Monopoli, bari, Ostuni, tarento, matera, pogliano, alberobello etc qui se trouvent tous à une heure de la où nous étions ! Notre logement était quasi central !
Et si vous passez par chez Clara et Carmine j’espère que vous aurez la chance de goûter le café froid au lait d’amande de Carmine ! Un luxe auquel nous avons eu le droit au bord de la piscine sans demander quoique ce soit. Le rêve ! 😍
Se doucher dehors à côté des chevaux, voir des renards et des furets passer dans notre jardin le soir lorsque nous étions sur les chaises longues, ont rendu le séjour encore plus magique. L’endroit est très calme, atypique et très bien décoré.

We stayed 7 nights and had a beautiful time.😍 The villa Erbe was excellent for the 5 of us. Everything is decorated very tasteful and plain, just like we love it! Our 3 children loved the pool area and enjoyed
it every day after visiting nice beaches and villages. In the kitchen there are several local specialities such as cheese and wine etc. The owners where always so helpful and gave us warm and lovely hospitality. 🙏✨🥰grazie mille per la meravigliosa ospitalità

Das Anwesen von Carmine und Clara ist traumhaft. Vom selbstgemachten Gin, die liebevollen hausgemachten Lebensmittel, die im Apartment auf uns gewartet haben bis zum wundervollen Grundstück - ein Aufenthalt in der Dimora Casanoja lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sehr sauber, die Wohnung wurde sogar in der Mitte unserer Aufenthalts nochmals gereinigt und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher getauscht. Alles war total entspannt, ruhig, naturnah und trotzdem sehr stylisch und exklusiv. Würde es jedem ans Herz legen hier ein paar Nächte zu verbringen und am Pool zu relaxen!

Partir en vacances, c’est partir à la recherche d’un lieu splendide, du calme, d’un excellent confort, d’un hôte aux petits soins et d’une région magnifique.||Dimora Casanoja est tout cela à la fois. En plus des maisons individuelles, le site de la Collina a été ouvert cette année. Il est composé d’un groupe de trulli totalement restaurés et modernisés et d’un nouveau bâtiment regroupant une cuisine moderne, toute équipée, d’une grande salle à manger et d’un espace détente avec rétroprojecteur. Un espace idéal pour se faire la popote à midi et organiser la visite de la région et choisir le restaurant pour le dîner. A noter que tous les sites du domaine sont équipés d’un Wifi performant. N’hésitez pas à faire appel à Carmine, qui se fera un plaisir de vous conseiller dans le choix d’un restaurant et même de faire la réservation pour vous. Il a même édité un document très pratique et détaillé regroupant l’essentiel des lieux intéressants à visiter dans la région. Petite info pour ceux qui viennent pour la première fois. Le domaine est en pleine nature et il faudra quitter la route pour un chemin étroit bordé de murs en pierre. C’est assez impressionnant pour ceux qui arriveront de nuit, mais une belle surprise les attendra à l’arrivée.

We stayed at Dimora Casanoja for 4 nights. This place is fantastic, the little houses are very well equipped and have everything you need. This is an old farm converted into a very nice B&B with lots of space and quietness. A very good place to explore the area. The hosts are very nice and helpful.

Het eerste wat opvalt is dat de 3 bungalows ver verspreid liggen van mekaar zodat je in en rond elke bungalow rustig en ongestoord kunt genieten. Het zwembad ligt bij het hoofdgebouw (waar ook een vierde verblijf aan verbonden is) en is uiterst aangenaam om uit te blazen en te genieten op een hete dag. Je wordt er ook nog regelmatig verrast door de gastheer met een hapje of een drankje. Bij aankomst merk je dat de frigo en voorraadkast van de bungalow goed gevuld is zodat je niet onmiddellijk moet boodschappen gaan doen. Tijdens ons verblijf werd die ook nog eens aangevuld. Ook (flessen)water wordt voorzien. Gastheer en gastvrouw zijn uiterst joviaal. We hebben samen met hen tweemaal kunnen koken. We hebben zowel in Casa di Ravle als in Dimora delle Erbe kunnen logeren en zijn er nog steeds niet over uit welke ons best bevalt. Het domein is groot en mooi en ideaal om nog eens rustig een avondwandeling te maken na het eten. Gastvrijheid staat hier centraal. Echt een aanrader. Wij gaan zeker terug volgend jaar.

We arrived here down a beautiful winding road and were given the warmest of greetings from Carla and Carmine. We were taken to their wine trulli and given a taste of their splendid masala wine and walnut licqure which were delicious.
Our trulli is beautiful with great attention to everything that we may need. Spotless bright and airy. A well stocked fridge with an assortment of cakes and breads.we are surrounded by beautiful gardens full of fig,walnut trees, grape vines wild plants and herbs and the aroma from the lavender garden is wonderful. It is like a small oasis.The swimming pool is surrounded by pockets of secluded spaces to relax and eat or simply drink and take in the quite beauty. There is even a small trulli where guests can help themselves to refreshments.
Noci is a lovely town were we ate most evenings. Our restaurant was amazing and not expensive . Monte Grapa where Angela looks after you wonderfully. We were even invited to eat an amazing meal cooked by our hosts which was unforgetable. We will certainly return here and recommend Dimora Casanoja to anyone. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
