Santa was an absolute dream to work with as our wedding planner. From the very first meeting, it was clear that she’s not just there to execute a checklist—she truly cares about making your vision come to life. She’s incredibly kind and patient, always taking the time to listen and understand what we wanted, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Her flexibility was one of her biggest strengths—whether it was a last-minute change or a new idea we had, she always found a way to make it work.

What really sets Santa apart is her problem-solving ability. No matter what came up (and in wedding planning, things will come up!), she always had a solution at hand, offering options we hadn’t even considered. She thinks with you throughout the entire process, offering helpful suggestions and creative ideas that made our wedding even more special than we’d envisioned.

Everything was planned down to the smallest detail, and we never had to worry about anything falling through the cracks. Her calm demeanor was such a source of comfort on the big day, knowing we were in such capable hands. In short, Santa is not only an exceptional planner but a genuine partner in making your day perfect.

On the 29th of September 2018, Santa organised the wedding of Anna and me. It turned out to be a fantastic day. Described by the bride as “I’ve lived my dream” and by many of the guests as “the best wedding ever”. Santa was involved from picking the location together, throughout the wedding planning, organising, she made all the flower arrangements, proposed bands for the party, helped pick the menu and helped optimise the menu to have maximum local produce. Then she ran the day itself, so that we didn’t worry about all kind of little details during the day. I’m writing this review from the grooms perspective, and I’m the more budget conscious part of the couple. Planning a wedding abroad, you need to have a relation with a lot of trust with a wedding planner. What makes Santa unique, is that she is completely independent. As a couple, you pay the wedding planner, and she’s not taking any kick backs from wedding suppliers. That ensures that as a couple, you’re getting exactly what you want, not things from suppliers who pay out the highest kick back. As stated by the owner of the venue who hosted our wedding: “this is the first time I see a wedding planner who does not ask for a commission”.
