From the moment we contacted Serena and met her, our first feeling was one of calm and trust. She has the ability to guide and support you throughout the entire process without ever imposing her own ideas or preferences.

I believe we were a very demanding couple and, although we had very clear ideas, we wanted to create something quite unconventional for Le Marche, the region we chose for our wedding because it is Carlotta’s home. We wanted an Italian wedding, but also to bring all the festive atmosphere and Spanish traditions with us.

Serena understood this from the very beginning and became our link in Le Marche, since we live in Madrid. Always available, always resourceful, always “serena” (calm).

Serena didn’t design a wedding for us; she helped us bring to life the wedding we had in our minds and in our dreams.

As the bride and groom, and the protagonists of that day, it was important for us to be involved in the organisation so that the wedding would truly feel like ours. With Serena, we formed a great team from day one, and she was the key piece that adapted to our timings and our rhythm.

The result? An unforgettable day in which reality exceeded every expectation, surrounded by all our loved ones, who enjoyed a celebration that felt so genuinely ours.

Serena planned our three day wedding in Le Marche, Italy, which is a very special place for us. We knew we wanted to get married in Le Marche and to use only local vendors from the region, so when we met Serena, who was born and raised there, we felt the stars had aligned and that she was the perfect person for the job.

We planned our wedding over two years, and every stage of the process was such a joy. Serena made everything completely seamless and genuinely enjoyable, so much so that now that it is over I really miss it. All the vendors she found for us were wonderful to work with. They completely matched our vibe and aesthetic and were not only incredibly talented at what they do but also genuinely kind people. Even though we were based in London, we always felt that everything was under control and on track from start to finish. Serena went above and beyond, doing absolutely everything in her power to ensure we had the most perfect wedding weekend, and we truly did.

We have never felt so present and happy as we did during our wedding weekend. It was pure euphoria from beginning to end, and we do not think we would have felt that way without the complete trust we had in Serena. She was serene throughout, always calm, poised and in control, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. We did not have to think or worry about a single thing, which is exactly how your wedding should be. We lived in each moment, never thinking about the past or the future, and we are so grateful to Serena for making that possible.

Working with Serena was far more than planning a wedding. It was never simply a business transaction. We now have a lifelong friend who made all our dreams come true. She took our vision, sometimes a little crazy, and turned it into reality. She is a true genius, and what she created that weekend was pure magic that we will never forget.

We will continue to turn to Serena to plan all our future celebrations, and we could not recommend her highly enough.

We are an Italian-American couple — I'm Italian, and my wife is American — and we decided to get married in Loreto, in a different region from where we live. Planning a destination wedding can be challenging, especially from a distance, so we decided to reach out to Serena to help us organize everything.

From the very beginning, Serena was incredibly supportive and present throughout the entire planning process. She helped us find and select the best vendors, managed communication with the venue manager, and always provided us with thoughtful advice and smart solutions. Her experience and calm approach gave us peace of mind, even during the most stressful moments.

We had an amazing experience working with Serena while organizing our wedding.

It was an international wedding of 100 people in Le Marche. Being based in Milan it wasn't easy for us to handle the organization of the event and involving Serena was the best decision we could have made.
From the moment we met her we were sure that her aesthetics and taste matches with ours 100%. She has always been very attentive to details, was never afraid to tell her opinion at the same time listening to our needs and feelings.
The moment we got her onboard, she got engaged into the project straight away and took over a lot of things from managing the vendors to helping with little details, decorations etc.
We spent hours and hours in the calls and in person, and Serena was always helpful and supportive throughout the whole journey.

Serena saved our wedding day and made all our dreams come to life!

As an ambitious Dutch couple we thought we could do it all by ourself. Many stressful months later we finally made the decision to search for a wedding planner, preferably Italian. We first got in touch at the end of april 2021 for our september 2021 wedding. A little late, to say the least.

Serena was up for the challenge and reassured us from the beginning that everything would be OK. We had a lot of contact via whatsapp, video calls and our pinterest board. She was on top of everything. Even though we only met once before our wedding, she knew exactly what we wanted for our wedding and the ambiance that we were going for. While she listened very carefully and really implemented our personalities into this day, she also was not afraid to share her expertise and tell us what would or would not work. Serena guided us through all the decisions we had to make and we trusted her completely to make them for us.

Serena, thank you so much for creating the wedding of our dreams and made it even better!

Stai serena con Serena!
Racchiudere in poche righe mesi e mesi di preparativi è davvero difficile, ma questa frase fa capire perché scegliere Serena come wedding planner.
Fin dai primissimi incontri è riuscita a concretizzare i nostri pensieri decisamente astratti e molto confusi, ciò ci ha permesso di risparmiare un sacco di tempo andando dritti verso le scelte migliori per il nostro progetto.
Anche quando c’è stato qualche contrattempo è sempre riuscita a trovare delle alternative, addirittura migliori delle scelte originali, non perdendo d’occhio il budget prefissato.
Ci ha tolto lo stress di dover interloquire con fornitori non sempre celeri nelle risposte .
È stata una consigliera fidata soprattutto quando si è trattato di compiere scelte stilistiche su argomenti decisamente troppo frivoli per lo sposo :)
Serena ci ha aiutato e consigliato in tutto: dal come indirizzare le partecipazioni al tenerci aggiornati sulle disposizioni legate al covid, dal come addobbare l’auto al darci dritte sull’organizzazione del nostro viaggio di nozze; ogni dubbio, piccolo o grande, sapevamo che potevamo rivolgerlo a lei .. è stato un vero sollievo sapere di averla come punto di riferimento.
Il giorno del matrimonio poi è riuscita a far arrivare in anticipo anche una ritardataria cronica come me.
Ci siamo goduti la festa, rilassati e tranquilli, perché sapevamo che c’era lei a gestire e curare ogni dettaglio.
La sceglieremmo altre mille volte!

Una professionista con la P maiuscola. Nel suo lavoro mette passione, impegno, amore ed attenzione per i più piccoli dettagli. Sempre gentile e paziente, di una dolcezza assoluta. Serena è riuscita a trasformare il sogno in realtà. Creare un matrimonio nel 2020 ha già le sue difficoltà, noi volevamo anche un matrimonio a tema, e serena non ha sbagliato un colpo. Ha creato un evento unico nel suo genere, creando nella stessa giornata 2 matrimoni anni '50, uno per i parenti e l'altro per gli amici, due cerimonie e due ricevimenti, cambiando completamente l'aspetto della villa. Ci ha seguito in tutto, anche mentalmente ci ha supportato in un periodo storico così critico. Grazie serena è stato molto più incredibile di quanto immaginassimo.

Serena organized our wedding in September 2019. The task was not easy: we were living literally at the other side of the world and our numerous guests were coming from all coins of Europe and some part of the world. What she did was just amazing. She immediately grasped our taste and style even just through a Skype call. She managed to translate our ideas and desires into actions, she coordinated with suppliers, always keeping us informed but autonomously taking care of all the steps that did not require our action.
That special day we could dance, eat, laugh and hug our beloved ones because we did not have to worry about anything. Everything was just as we imagined.

Serena ha organizzato il nostro matrimonio il 7 settembre 2019. Non era un’impresa facile perché noi vivevamo dall’altra parte del mondo e i nostri numerosi ospiti sarebbero venuti da tutta Europa e da qualche angolo di mondo.
Serena è stata semplicemente fantastica, ha capito immediatamente i nostri gusti anche solo grazie a una chiamata su Skype. Ha gestito le relazioni con i fornitori tenendoci sempre informati ma gestendo autonomamente tutti i passaggi che non richiedevano la nostra attenzione.
Quel giorno è stato esattamente come lo avevamo immaginato e abbiamo potuto ballare, mangiare, ridere e abbracciare i nostri cari perché lei era lì ad occuparsi di tutto.
