They helped us thoughtfully plan every aspect of our entire wedding weekend, offering guidance, local knowledge, and endless patience. Their communication was warm, clear, and reassuring throughout the process, which made planning a destination wedding feel not only manageable, but joyful. They were genuinely invested in making our wedding special and treated us and our guests like family. We will forever be grateful to them for helping create memories we’ll cherish for a lifetime. The property itself is absolutely stunning and pictures cannot fully capture the beauty that is Villa Cilenia. The Villa is full of character, beautifully maintained, and set in a tranquil and rustic Italian setting that truly felt intimate and unforgettable. Every detail was cared for, and it was clear how much love and pride Simona and Clara put into their family home. Por donde empiezo...
Las fotos jamás le harán justicia a la villa, es un lugar realmente mágico y todo es espectacular. Esta muy bien cuidada, todo es como se describe en su sitio web y Carla y Simona son excelentes anfitrionas.
Para cualquiera que este planeando su boda este es el lugar que buscan!!!
En mi opinión una gran boda se define por la comida, la bebida y la música y en Cilenia la comida es DELICIOSA, no puedo decir nada malo en verdad comimos delicioso todos los días y la comida de nuestra boda algo que a la fecha nosotros y nuestros invitados soñamos con volver a comer.
Carla y Simona se esmeraron mucho en crear una decoración hermosa, y el aperitivo, el vino y todo fue espectacular.
Celleno es un pueblo hermoso, muy muy tranquilo e ideal para descansar, reconectar y con una muy buena ubicación para ir a Roma ida y regreso.

A cualquier persona le puedo recomendar esta hermosa villa, esperamos volver muy pronto

We loved Cilenia. The property is even more beautiful than the images portray. I had the opportunity to lead a yoga retreat here and cannot recommend it more. They were very accommodating. We loved learning about the family history of the land, tasting the olive oil and aromatic salts, and relaxing by the pool with an apertivo. Thanks again to Carla and sisters 🫶

What an amazing place to stay. Carla was a great hostess. She let us know about the history of the area and the best restaurants nearby. The pool is huge. It is nice to cool down in the pool during the day, then enjoy the ambiance of the grounds.

Abbiamo festeggiato il nostro matrimonio, celebrato a Celleno, a Villa Cilenia e non potremmo essere più felici di questa scelta!
Non si può che amare questa villa, ristrutturata e arredata con grande cura, affetto per la storia e occhio anche per i piccoli dettagli.
Delle molte stanze, arredate con gran gusto, ci è piaciuto che ciascuna avesse una sua anima. Anche i bagni sono efficienti rinnovati con materiali di qualità.
Stupende le cantine, dove è stato possibile allestire il buffet della colazione: i soffitti a volta sono uno dei tratti più affascinanti della storica villa.
Non dimenticheremo l’incanto del giardino, con grande varietà di piante tutte seguite con cura: rose, cipressi, il grande pino e il fico antico, lo stesso prato. Anche di sera i punti luce e le catene di luci contribuivano a sottolineare l’effetto di un panorama quasi sconfinato che discende verso l’uliveto seguendo la valle.
L’elegante piscina è stata fondamentale per un bagno fresco nei giorni più caldi dell’estate.
Fin dal principio ci ha convinti la filosofia del cibo proposta da Villa Cilenia: con prodotti biologici e il più possibile a km 0. Le aspettative sono state superate: i buffet di antipasti sono stati un tripudio di colori e sapori, dalle bruschette ai formaggi alla frittura fatta sul momento. Gustosissime e raffinate sia le paste che le varietà di pizza. Ottimi i vini, sia quelli sfusi che le bottiglie, sempre di aziende locali. Impeccabile anche la squadra per il servizio a tavola e al buffet.
Carla e Simona sono state straordinarie: sempre pronte a prevenire possibili desideri e suggerire piccoli cambi necessari; discrete ma efficienti nell’assicurarsi che il programma delle giornate proseguisse secondo i piani e noi potessimo godere appieno della nostra festa. Notevole è stata anche la loro flessibilità rispetto ai nostri desideri su come festeggiare, in particolare sui diversi spot della proprietà in cui organizzare le tavolate di pranzo e cena.
Un grande grazie, di cuore, e complimenti per questa bellissima struttura immersa nella Tuscia!

We had the most magical few days celebrating our wedding at Cilenia. From the moment we booked, Simona and her sisters were incredibly helpful and supportive. Planning a wedding from overseas can be challenging — especially without speaking Italian — but they made the entire process seamless. They assisted us with menu planning, connected us with local florists, and helped arrange all the equipment we needed for the day.

From check-in to check-out, the experience was exceptional. The sisters were warm, welcoming, and always available to assist with anything we needed — nothing was ever too much trouble. And the food was absolutely outstanding. Huge compliments to the chef for delivering such memorable meals across the 4 days we were there.

We truly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect venue. We’re so grateful to the sisters for opening their beautiful home to us and helping create such an unforgettable celebration. Thank you again — we’ll treasure the memories forever.

We celebrated our wedding at Villa Cilenia and had the perfect event thanks to the friendly and warm-hearted hosts. Carla and Simona were available for any questions we had and did their utmost to ensure we had an unforgettable day. They took care of the catering, and the food was absolutely delicious. They also supported us during the preparations and provided us with a list of local vendors. The villa and the garden (including a second villa and a pool) are an absolute dream, and the grounds are spacious enough that even a larger group can enjoy a few very relaxed and beautiful days there.

Absolutely spectacular villa. My wife and I got married in Celleno at the Borgo and had our families stay with us at Cilenia for 5 days. It was a beautifully appointed property perfect for a group of 14 adults and 4 kids. The rooms are very spacious and the grounds are filled with fresh flowers. The pool is very inviting, even in late spring before the heat of summer rolls in. Finally, the service, communication and professionalism from the Montesi sisters (Carla and Simona) was incredible. They attended to all of our needs as a large group.

We would recommend this place to anyone!

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti a capodanno. Eravamo un gruppo di 22 persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La villa è molto bella, ristrutturata con cura e buon gusto, spazi ben distribuiti.
Essendo inverno non abbiamo usufruito più di tanto degli spazi esterni e del piano sottostante, penso che durante la bella stagione diventi superlativa considerando anche la piscina. Simona è stata molto gentile e discreta. Ottimo!!!

We spent three amazing days at this venue for our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. The villas are comfortable and clean, the pool is a serene retreat, the garden and nature all around is perfect, and the overall atmosphere was both magical and relaxed! Every morning, we were treated to delicious home made cakes at breakfast, which were a real delight.

Carla and Simona are really exceptional, with such kindness and incredible attention to detail, they made us feel truly taken care of from start to finish.

The food at our wedding, from the aperitif to the dinner, was flawless. Every dish was beautifully prepared and tasted incredible.

There are also so many things to explore nearby and also Carla and Simona can help arrange transportation, extra activities, and anything you can think of. Thank you so much for making our special day even more unforgettable! I can't wait to come back here to stay with our families in the future.

We stayed at Villa Cilenia in September 2024 for our small wedding of 16 guests.

The Villa and grounds are absolutely beautiful - the photos do not do it justice. The property is well kept and clean.

Carla and Simona were always there to help us for any thing we may have needed. They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay and our wedding day in particular was perfect.

We mostly stayed in the Villa as it had everything we needed and plenty of space. We loved the pool to cool off and the olive groves for a sunset walk. We also ventured out to the nearby Borgo Fantasma & Civita di Bagnoregio.

The local village of Celleno had a supermarket, butcher and general store.

Many thanks to everyone in Villa Cilenia for making our stay so special.

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende mit unserer Familie und unseren Freunden auf diesem einzigartigen Areal verbracht, um den schönsten Tag in unserem Leben zu zelebrieren, unsere Hochzeit 👰‍♀️🤵 :)
Wir waren verzaubert, das gesamte Team ist bemüht, hilfsbereit und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegegangen. Wir genossen ein fantastisches Essen bei unserer Pizzaparty, den Frühstücken und dem Dinner, das ein Highlight für uns war. Die Villa ist das Kindheitszuhause der Familie und man merkt mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail alles renoviert und dekoriert wurde. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und liebevoll platziert. Der wunderschöne Olivengarten mit einem hundert Jahre alten Baum war unser Zeremonienplatz, ein magischer und verträumter Ort, der uns in einen Traum eintauchen ließ, aus dem wir einfach nicht erwachen möchten, weil es so schön war. Wir werden wieder kommen, um diesen Ort wieder zu besuchen, mit unserer Familie unseren Freunden oder einfach zum Yoga machen. Wir sind verzückt und dankbar, diesen besonderen Ort gefunden zu haben und möchten den Schwestern unseren Dank aussprechen, sie sind einfach besonders und mit ihren Herzen dabei. Danke! ❤️

Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend con un gruppo di amici di 21 persone . La villa è bellissima completa di ogni comfort con grandi spazi comuni sia all’aperto che al chiuso , a disposizione : giochi all’aperto per bambini, Ping pong, biliardino, freccette e piscina super sempre pulita con lettini sia al sole che all’ombra . La villa ristrutturata con comode camere e bagni , i giardini ben curati e pieni di fiori. Grazie a Simona per l’ospitalità e la disponibilità .

We had our dream wedding about 2 weeks ago. Simona, Carla and their team were wonderful hosts. They were very caring towards my family and friends, were present everyday but not overwhelming. They ensured that everything went smoothly during our stay and during our wedding weekend. They were so proactive, payed
attention to every details and were flexible; everything you can ask for during a magical week in Cilenia.
They brought so many toys for the little one and made sure we never lacked of anything. The food was also outstanding , the aperitivo the day of, the dinner and the BBQ sunday for lunch.Our guests were so happy:)
I cannot recommend enough this place, it is managed by a beautiful family and team that will for sure make your time there unforgettable.

This venue hosted my daughter and son-in-laws wedding recently and I cannot praise it enough.
The accomodation and grounds are spectacular and kept to very high standard 5*. The owners could not do enough for us - they worked tirelessly to ensure the wedding was beautiful and as special as it should be. Also ensuring that the guests wanted for nothing. The food provided all weekend was first class and delicious 🥰

I had a wonderful stay at Cilenia! We never lacked for anything thanks to the hospitality of Carla and her sisters. You end up in an authentic Italian setting in the middle of an old olive grove. The surroundings and the view are breathtaking. You can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and it is an excellent base to discover the beautiful Tuscany. I took yoga and ceramics classes there and it was a fantastic experience in this beautiful area! In short: The ideal place to recharge your batteries and to enjoy "La Dolce Vita" :-)

Very comfortable and well located house with well taught out setup and all the things you need to feel like home. We were with 8 people and enjoyed our stay, the pool and the play area was excellent for the kids. Carla and her family are very hospitable and are always there to share information and guidance. We enjoyed the well prepared dinner and breakfast and would recommend it! The pasta class was fun with the kids as they learn to make their own pasta.
