Of all the decisions we made for our elopement, choosing Francesco was the easiest and best decision of them all. He made the process comfortable and fun for my husband and I (neither who love dressing up and taking photos!) Francesco even helped translate and coordinate with the videographer, transportation & venue, which made everything go infinitely smoother. My fiancé and I had an incredible time shooting our engagement/pre-wedding photos with Francesco in Lake Como! Throughout the process, he was responsive and it was easy to coordinate with him the logistics of the shoot while we were in North America. He also provided suggestions for shooting locations and was knowledgeable about Lake Como. I also appreciate he was funny and getting to know him made us comfortable and relaxed for the shoot itself.

He also followed our vision for the shoot perfectly - he took photos of us on the boat using his drone and edited all of the photos in a beautiful, vintage style. He turned around our photos to review in 1 day and edited our favourites in 2 days

I would highly recommend working with Francesco to anyone looking for a photographer to capture your special moments!

My husband and I first met Francesco in 2015 when he photographed us as a newlywed couple. From that moment on, I knew I couldn’t wait to capture other memorable moments for us. Fast forward almost 10 years and he just took the most tender photos of our daughter’s baptism. If you’ve seen his work, I don’t need to tell you about his talent as his pictures speak for themselves. His work ethic and dedication to the craft are next to none. When he came to our house before the baptism to capture us getting ready, it was brutally hot and we were all on shambles as the baby had overslept. We also had about ten family members there: it was chaotic to say the least. His calming presence put us all at ease and we were able to enjoy the moment. His peaceful put practical demeanor continued all the way into the church where he managed to dovetail beautifully into the ceremony gifting us with the most beautiful photos.

Prima ancora di scegliere l’abito ho scelto Francesco, sperando che fosse libero nella data del matrimonio mio e di Alberto. Per lavoro ho incontrato moltissimi fotografi matrimonialisti di talento, ma nessuno mi aveva mai colpito come lui, per la qualità del suo lavoro e per l’attenzione incredibili a certi dettagli.
Fortunatamente ha accettato, contattandolo con un anno circa di anticipo.

We had such an amazing experience with Francesco and Angelina. They were very professional and personable. My husband and I eloped to Italy for our wedding. We booked Francesco himself to take our wedding pictures, however he wasn't available on our wedding date so Simone and Alex who are from the Francesco Bognin Photography studio came out to northern Tuscany to take pictures of our special day.
They were totally involved and were running around everywhere capturing the perfect moments of the day. Many guests even commented on how hard the two photographers were working and also how much they were enjoying themselves.
Once we received our images we were absolutely stunned, they were amazing! They looked even more beautiful than we imagined and were the perfect reflection on our wedding.
We were so glad that we went with Francesco's team, they were professional, hard working and most of all passionate about their craft!

Francesco è un ottimo fotografo ed una persona piacevolissima.
Dal punto di vista fotografico, ha un suo stile ben definito e decisamente accattivante, l'uso dei neri e la gestione delle luci denotano grande tecnica e studio della location. Ci siamo sposati a settembre e le foto (tante) ci sono state inviate nei tempi previsti e sono tutte ottime. Ci ha saputo mettere a nostro agio, risultando per tutto il tempo della cerimonia praticamente invisibile. Ha curato anche tutta la fase precedente al matrimonio, avendo cura di conoscerci bene, capire i nostri gusti e le nostre aspettative... Davvero un'ottima scelta!

Per il mio matrimonio desideravo delle foto non in posa, non banali che mi restituissero le emozioni di quel giorno. Ho contattato Francesco perché colpita da un suo scatto. Francesco and his assistant Nicola were FANTASTIC!!! He was very professional, he listen to our wishes and was a pleasure to have at our wedding. They became apart of our special day and captured wonderful moments that we shared with our family and close friends. He has an amazing talent and eye for creative emotional photography.
