La mia esperienza presso l'hotel è stata entusiasmante. Ad iniziare dall'accoglienza che ho rilevato attenta, calorosa e professionale. La camera è risultata accogliente, arredata molto finemente con scelte di grande sapore raffinato, antico e romantico. La temperatura interna è ottimale e facilmente regolabile. La posizione limita moltissimo i rumori molesti. Solo il canto degli uccellini al mattino è percepibile. La ristorazione è eccellente a iniziare dalla prima colazione che offre un buffet ricco e variato. La cena è senza dubbio il punto saliente del soggiorno. Un menu' di grande pregio per una serie di proposte sia di carattere internazionale che che nazionale, regionale e lacale. Ottimo l'abbinamento , "mariage" con i vini di prima scelta tra le offerte internazionali e regionali con possibilità di degustazione di prodotti anche proprie del resort che si estende su un vitigno autoctono proprio.

The hotel was nice and if it had been rated as a 3 star hotel, I would have been very pleased and provided a very good review. However, in my opinion this was not a 5 star establishment. The furnishings and bathroom could use some updating and the breakfast was only average. We had high expectations prior to arriving and was a little underwhelmed. Again, this was a nice hotel and we had a pleasant stay, but we expected a bit more and felt that we overpaid.

Sono stata ad un matrimonio organizzato in questa struttura. Leggendo altre recensioni negative mi sento di affermare che anche al matrimonio a cui ho partecipato io il servizio è stato estremamente lento e disorganizzato. Anche al nostro matrimonio vi sono state scorrettezze nella gestione dei "vini", tanto più che gli sposi mi hanno raccontato di aver trovato alla fine un prezzo che non era quello inizialmente accordato. Evidentemente è una costante. Inopportuno e altezzoso il proprietario che, ho visto personalmente rimproverare alcuni invitati ( adulte), perché a suo dire, stavano parlando ad alta voce nella hall dell'hotel ed avrebbero disturbato un pranzo che stava avvenendo nella sala attigua. Non consigliato.

We stopped by for a dinner and was treated to a tour by the GM (Daniel) to view the gardens and vineyards. Had a perfect dinner with plenty of wine from the grounds that went a bit late in to the evening ... so getting a taxi home proved problematic. To our surprise the GM offered to drive us back to our hotel - Such a wonderful place and staff. 5 Stars!

Wir sind ein paar Tage da abgestiegen. Hotel befindet sich wirklich inmitten von Traubenstöcken und ist echt eine Oase der Ruhe.|Der Pool ist gross und wir waren fast immer alleine drin. |Die Einrichtung im Hotel ist echt keine 5 Sterne wert. Aber das Hotel hat einen gewissen Charme. Man fühlt sich um 100 Jahre zurück versetzt. Hat auch einen gewissen Reiz.|Das ganze Personal war aber sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.|

We stayed four nights and it was really special. Tucked away amidst vineyards 20 minutes from Verona, it offered us a really tranquil stay. We received a warm welcome and a cold drink upon arrival. Both were very much appreciated. David at the desk helped us with our every question and request throughout the stay. Including acting as bartender! He was always smiling and helpful. Stefano organized a brilliant private tour of the surrounding area and a local vineyard which was the highlight of our trip. We had a large suite with wooden floors, beams and lovely views of the countryside. The common rooms of the hotel are all cozy and charmingly elegant. The pool is divine. We enjoyed it so much we spent an entire day relaxing poolside instead of sightseeing. We definitely want to return!

Ci sono stato per una cena aziendale. Devo dire che la struttura è bellissima. Barchessa e location esterna molto suggestiva. Ci sono stato d'inverno ma d'estate dev'essere un luogo bellissimo anche per le foto. PEr il cibo invece devo un attimo fare una piccola critica. Mi aspettavo di più. Il servizio è molto curato con il personale sempre disponibile che ti custodisce giacche e tu toglie il piatto appena finito. Mi sarei aspettato che dopo ogni pietanza ripassassero ma invece tutto molto ricercato ma senza possibilità di assaggiarne un poco di più.

Sono stata in coppia in dicembre. La Villa è magica con quadri, divani , tappezzeria che richiamano tempi maestosi antichi. Sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo . Si dorme benissimo . Al nostro risveglio in sala un tavolo già apparecchiato con mille delizie ed il giovane professionista che serviva elegante, attento, discreto ed impeccabile. Complimenti allo staff . Alla reception accoglienza ottima e serena . Ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio . Vi è un giardino con piscina che d ‘ estate deve essere una vera meraviglia!. Voglio ritornare presto ❤️ Grazie ancora

L'hotel è di stile antico ed elegante. Ha un grande giardino con bella piscina, circondato da vigneti. Il luogo è tranquillo e favorisce sonni beati, ma è anche in posizione strategica per visitare la Valpolicella, il lago di Garda e Verona. Consigliatissimo!

Ho conosciuto questo posto grazie ad un invito anche se la sua fama lo precedeva. Io e mio marito siamo stati invitati ad un matrimonio che dalla descrizione fatta dagli sposi doveva essere perfetto: un matrimonio da favola! Quindi con mille aspettative raggiungiamo la Villa veneta che è effettivamente molto bella e suggestiva.|| La grande delusione si è presentata subito dopo la cerimonia civile che come di consueto è molto breve. Dopo circa 20 minuti siamo stati invitati dai camerieri a recarci nei pressi della piscina dove era previsto l'aperitivo. E qui iniziano i tasti dolenti:||Per assaggiare qualcosa abbiamo aspettato più di un'ora in quanto non era pronto nulla. I camerieri correvano impazziti cercando di porre rimedio ad un ritardo dovuto ad una cattiva organizzazione dei tempi. Ricordo benissimo che lo sposo ha persino dovuto chiedere per cortesia di portare almeno da bere perché gli ospiti avevano sete. Il fritto non era adeguato ad un locale 5 stelle e non solo.... Gli affettati scarseggiavano e per la birra mio marito ha dovuto attendere il giorno successivo in quanto mai pervenuta. La cena non è stata da meno. I camerieri erano sempre di corsa e non coordinati... c'era chi mangiava e chi guardava... anche sui piatti avrei qualcosa da ||ridire: un ristorante di quella fama non può servire piatti freddi !||Per i vini apro una parentesi a parte: conoscendo lo sposo ci aspettavamo dei vini particolari: invece veniva servito un vino di qualità media che poi ho scoperto essere stato sbagliato. Sulla torta invece posso dire che era buonissima e adeguata alla cerimonia. Per concludere la delusione è stata determinata da un servizio approssimativo e da una scarsa attenzione per gli ospiti. Personalmente mi aspettavo di più...

Ein ländliches Idyll im Herzen Valpolicellas. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und macht es seinen Gästen sehr angenehm. Die Küche ist auf Sterne-Niveau. Mitten in den Weinbergen, erfährt man puren Luxus. Die Zimmer sind sehr mondän eingerichtet und man fühlt sich königlich.

The entrance to the Villa Del Quar is very unassuming but that all changes once you get inside. The hotel has several beautiful small common rooms where guests can relax with a view of the peaceful grounds and large infinity pool. There are also many pretty areas to sit outside. We had a nice room, with a comfortable bed, and received a plate of welcome chocolates, with a note from the owner, always a nice touch. We were also offered a drink at check in. The Reception Staff was very welcoming, funny and helpful. The Hotel was well staffed throughout our stay and everyone was attentive.||The Breakfast buffet was ample and guests can also order hot egg dishes at no additional charge. In fact, we were encouraged to do so by our server who convincingly told us how delicious they were! We did not eat dinner there as the menu choices did not appeal to us. There are many great restaurants nearby and the city of Verona is only a short drive from the hotel.

We stayed at the Villa Del Quar for 3 nights in July on our way to Puglia. The reason for the stop over was to attend on July 22 the performance of the opera "Aida" in the Verona arena. At the arrival at the Villa, some leaflets where waiting for us with all the details concerning the performance. We have appreciated this. Our room was in an antique style but really nice and very comfortable. The pool is indeed very large and surrounded by vineyards. The bar is really cosy and the breakfast is sufficient enough. The only concern is the overall customer experience during the evenings which forced us to go outside in Verona (e.g. very few people at the restaurant in the evening...we would have appreciated e.g. a pianist at the bar during the apperitivo and after the dinner)

We were supposed to stay for one night but because of the surroundings and cosiness we upgraded to a two nights stay. After a lot of driving we just wanted to relax by the pool and enjoy the beautiful surrondings. The size of the swimmingpool was a pleasant surprise and the design of it was just great. All the staff are very professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very small but they make everything you wish for of eggs a la minute. We are definitely coming back to this lovely villa again.

We stayed in an antique styled room in the annex building which was really great. The big walls kept the room cool while we had 30+ outside, no need to turn on the AC. The villa has a really large pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Verona. The breakfast is normally served in the winter garden but if you ask they will prepare you a table outside which is much nicer! We also took the gourmet dinner one time which was fantastic, the only drawback was that it was served inside. Great late night drinks at the Bar (Thanks, Mauro!!! :) Overall a fantastic experience!

We stayed here in May and had a wonderful stay. The Villa is about 15-20 minutes drive from the centre of Verona but is in the quiet countryside. It’s relatively easy to find and the drive into Verona easy. We received an upgraded room on arrival. The room was decorated in a very traditional almost antic style but was in keeping with the villa. It had charm and originality. There’s a beautiful garden and a very decent size swimming pool. The restaurant was pleasant we ate in the evening here the food was good but the price in keeping with this. Breakfast was buffet and of a decent quality. As an example on pricing in the daytime 2 cappuccinos cost €6 euros each but they did come with chocolates and macarons. The staff were very professional and friendly, they made a great negroni in the bar. In the room they left some complimentary chocolates on arrival. If you have a car don’t worry about driving into Verona from here if you leave by the back entrance and turn right you follow the road straight into a small town and the first traffic island you come to go right then immediately left at the traffic lights the road is then called lungadige attiraglio and runs alongside the the river adige and follow this straight to the public parking at Arsenale which is signed, it’s really simple and this leaves you be the old castle bridge and you can walk into the city in 5 minutes from here. It’s really simple to trace the driving route back to the Villa. We definitely will considered returning to this small charming hotel again.

Me and my sister stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. The hotel is beautiful, set in the Italian countryside only 15 minutes from Verona. With its traditional Italian decor, this is a real hidden gem. We strolled around the vineyard and enjoyed sitting by the pool most days. The staff made our stay truely memorable and were so attentive to all of our needs. The food and wine was incredible too - we couldn’t find fault with anything! We will most definitely be returning!!

Wenn Gastfreundschaft einen Namen hat, dann ist es Stefano der Concierge. Er hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. |Sehr gediegenes Hotel inmitten von Weinbergen, super Garten mit schönem Pool (leider schmückt auch ein rotes Kunststoff Krokodil den Garten). Das Zimmer war schön geräumig, kleines Fenster. Der Lift benötigte eine kleine Ewigkeit, aber das sind die kleinen, nicht perfekten Dinge, die den Charme und Charakter eines alten Landsitzes ausmachen. Uns hat es gefallen und auch die Gastfreundschaft.|Lage - 5|Ambiente - 4|
