Olga è diventata un’amica durante i preparativi del nostro matrimonio. È

Olga and the team were very attentive and helpful. Villa Quaranta is an amazing place to get married. Valpolicella is just lovely. My husband is from Canada, and the way Olga helped coordinate his documentation and the guests’ attendance to the wedding was excellent. Our wedding was amazing and everyone had fun!

There are no words enough to describe the amazing hospitality and professionalism of Olga of Wedding Palvolicella. From the beginning to the end, the organisation was great. I really can’t think of anything what could be done better. Olga is a very nice person to work with, she has great ideas, she is taking your party (in my case my 50th birthday) to the next level and she cares for all the details. Details you were not even aware of.

Due to her knowledge of the Valpolicella area she came with very good ideas for locations, due to her experience she selected the best people to work with. It does not matter which subject you chose catering, the deejay, the menu printing, the photographer she all organises it flawlessly and with great eye to detail. As she did this so well, you can totally enjoy the party and you don’t have to care about anything. Even when you want to change things on the last spot, or have quite demanding questions, Olga does not blink, and she just takes care. Also, from all the guests I got very positive feedback about the party and the organisation.

So, everybody who wants to organise a party in the beautiful Italian surrounding, Olga is the person I recommend.

Olga was truly amazing to have as our day of coordinator for our wedding in Soave! My one compliant would be that I’m upset I didn’t find her sooner! Since my knowledge of Italian is not as much as I would like, it was super nice to have someone like Olga who understands and speaks English so well that she was able to translate and communicate with our vendors to make sure that my (now) husband and I’s vision came to life!

She was super accessible via email and we also had numerous Skype calls before our wedding day to finalize all of the planning details and to provide any additional help that we needed- like organizing a bartender, or thinking of design ideas. She was extremely thorough in understanding all of our wedding details and even met us at the venue the week of the wedding to go over all the details in person.

On the day of the wedding I was able to just fully relax and spend time with my bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law getting ready instead of worrying about any details for the ceremony and reception. Then during the reception if my husband and I had any questions or needed to communicate any possible changes that we wanted to make, Olga was always right there to relay anything to the other vendors.

Our wedding turned out to be such a perfect day and event, we could not be happier with that day! All in all, I would highly recommend Olga to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner, or a day of coordinator (like what we did)!

Having a dream wedding in Italy when you live is Iceland is not an easy task. There are language barriers and sometimes limited information online. Trying to organize a wedding celebration remotely by yourself, we soon found out was almost impossible. Fortunately, Olga was recommended to us, and we couldn’t be happier with her services.
One of the things we wanted most was to be able to have a stress-free and romantic wedding day where we could take care of our family and guests and prepare ourselves for the ceremony without worrying about the dinner party, deliveries, decorations and all the little details that need handled. Olga made our fantasy wedding possible. She is imaginative, resourceful and organized, an absolute pleasure to work with. Prior to and on our wedding day she was always available, ready to cater to all our needs. Absolutely went above and beyond our expectations.
