We can't thank Isabella and Gabby for all of the amazing support they gave us. Our wedding was everything we could have possibly dreamed it could be and so much more - the day was absolutely perfect and everything ran perfectly to time. Totally exceeded our expectations!

Isabella was a total star in making our dream wedding a reality and we feel so grateful to have to have found her and had such incredible support through finding a venue, planning the wedding and making the day go as smoothly as it did. No question was too small and no request too outlandish - expert guidance and brilliant coordination from start to finish.

Isabella and Gabbie were instrumental in making our day perfect. All the stress of the day was totally alleviated by Isabella's calm and helpful guidance, we felt so much love and joy that they felt like a part of our family by the end of the week. Not only did they provide great help, guidance and translation on the day, but supported us in every aspect in the days leading up (even helping us with a minor hotel dispute!)

We had the most perfect wedding day at Malcesine Castle, it was all we had hoped for and more! Isabella our planner at the venue was brilliant from the moment we met her a few days before the wedding right though to the day it’s self and always on hand to make sure we had perfect day, with Gaby assisting the day was wonderful with a million fabulous memories made!
Isabella even followed it up the next day to see that we and our guests had got back to our Villa safely.
It was not only a brilliant professional service but we were left with the feeling that it was delivered with care and nothing was a much for them in making our wedding so special

As we eloped and had no family there having a family run wedding planning company be there on your special day really did make us feel like we had our own little italian family with us.

Isabella and the Beautiful Italian Weddings Team are a perfect choice when it comes to finding a planner for the most important day in your life!

Isabella is a very attentive listener and sensitive to your wishes and requirements. Her English is excellent and so are her communication skills. She grew up in Malcesine and knows the Lake Garda region in and out, restaurants, photo locations, hair stylists and bars. She even considers the seasonal weather and always has a plan "B" - just in case.

Isabella´s approach is very structured which allows her to filter out quickly your priorities on a given budget...more for the cake, more for the wine, less on the flowers, a quiet venue or a big party , she will help you through all these questions.

We had a very comfortable feeling throughout the entire chain of decisions, her team always reflected that everything will be allright and on time.

Everyone we delt with including Isabellas mum was all very friendly and welcoming, nothing seemed too much to ask of anyone. I would highly recommend as our wedding day wouldn't of been the same without them.

Would highly recommend Isabelle. Isabelle looked after my sister wedding. Living in Ireland Isabelle made my sister wedding plans plain sailing,communication through phone and emai.

Morning of the wedding Isabelle arrived 1st thing in the morning making sure very thing was in plan and on time and was even there last thing at night to make sure everyone got home okay

We are from Germany and had a wonderful and relaxed wedding thanks to Isabella and Adriano in Malcesine at the Scaliger Castle. We were very happy with the service. Isabella lives her job and plans and organizes the wedding as if it were her own. All appointments were organized by Isabella, castle, hairdresser, make-up, flowers, photographer, tuk tuk etc. and she was actively involved in all appointments. All formalities with the registry office were also taken care of for us. A very competent and friendly family business. Wir sind aus Deutschland und haben eine wundervolle und entspannte Hochzeit dank Isabella und Adriano in Malcesine auf der Scaliger Burg erlebt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Service. Isabella lebt ihren Beruf und plant und organisiert die Hochzeit als wäre es ihre eigene. Alle Termine wurden von Isabella organisiert, Burg, Friseur, Make-up, Blumen, Fotograf, Tuk Tuk usw. und sie war bei allen Terminen aktiv dabei. Auch alle Fomalitäten mit dem Standesamt wurden für uns erledigt. Ein sehr kompetenter und freundlicher Familienbetrieb. There isn’t enough I can say about Isabella and her mum, they were fabulous to us on our wedding day. We are from Ireland and communicated with Isabella though email and phone. Everything was explained to us perfectly and nothing was to much trouble for Isabella.
We went over a year before our wedding and met Isabella and her mum, they showed us around numerous locations for our reception. You just knew they really cared about what they did and wanted us to be happy with our special day. Real family feel to the business and nice touches going for a coffee to discuss things because it’s the simple things that matter. We done alot on the day so would be too much to write about. But what I would say is, if your thinking about getting married in lake Garda you will not find a better planer than Isabella, she will look after you like she was your own daughter 🥰.

Isabella is the perfect wedding planner! So calm, focussed, knowledgeable and lovely! We had the most amazing day! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Before the big day Isabella helped us decide on the venues for our wedding - we were married in Malcesine castle, followed by a drinks reception on the terrace next door, followed by a sail boat reception, followed by a dinner reception on the lake! The groom even had everyone for drinks at another venue before heading to the castle. All in all FIVE venues - and Isabella and her darling mother Gaby managed the day (and our 50 guests) seamlessly. Writing this review I have such a huge smile on my face remembering such an unforgettable day! Before the big day, people kept warning me that things might not go perfectly (as is the norm), and not to sweat the small stuff etc. But I can honestly say that because of Isabella’s meticulous planning, attention to detail and clearly great relationships with her suppliers and venues that the day really did go perfectly! Another very important consideration when it comes to planning a wedding - we also loved how transparent Isabella was with costs, no hidden charges - everything (including some amazing ideas for entertainment (a string quartet and a caricaturist)) set out in a list at the start, which made it so much easier for us to plan our budget and gave us some great ideas for the day!
