We stayed at Parc Hotel Gritti earlier this year. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the friendly waiters at the poolside bar were great. Breakfast was buffet style and plenty of choices, including sparkling wine! We stayed half board so evening dinner was included. The food was very very disappointing and for saying its in Italy, hardly any decent pasta dishes. The choice and quality lets the hotel down. We ate in the Poolside Restaurant on 2 nights and also walked into town on 2 nights to eat at the many restaurants on offer. The tea tray in our room wasn't replenished every day nor was the toilet rolls or bin. The prices of the drinks in the mini fridge were very expensive. They advertise free Afternoon tea aswell, but its just a drinks machine and biscuits and maybe a cake if you're lucky. Overall, a pleasant stay but wouldn't return to this hotel. Bardolino is amazing though.

Tutto perfetto, dall’accoglienza all’accortezza dello staff per rendere il tuo soggiorno piacevole senza preoccuparsi di nulla. La sala colazione ben fornita da dolce a salato e anche prodotti senza glutine. Abbiamo cenato presso l’hotel e anche qui siamo rimasti soddisfatti in quanto ogni sera c’era molta varietà. Ogni volta che soggiorniamo qui ci sentiamo a casa!

Very Disappointed – Not What We Expected

We were really disappointed with our stay in May. We booked this hotel for a relaxing vacation, only to quickly find out it's more suited for children and large groups. Apparently, it's popular with youth soccer teams, and during our stay, there was a tournament called Bardolino. Every month, it seems, the hotel is flooded with kids running around, yelling, and making it nearly impossible to relax.

But the worst part wasn't even the noise. We found bed lice in our room. When we reported it to the manager, all they did was move us to another room—no apology, no compensation, nothing. After speaking to other guests, we realized we weren’t the only ones unhappy. Many felt the same way.

This place might be fine if you're part of a sports group or traveling with children, but for anyone looking for peace and comfort, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Molto delusi, dato che abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze a maggio, ma abbiamo subito scoperto che non è un hotel per bambini. Ho scoperto che questo hotel è per giocatori di calcio. C'era un torneo chiamato Bardalinio e ogni mese ci sono tantissimi bambini che corrono e urlano. Ma questo non era il problema più grande. Abbiamo trovato pidocchi del letto e quando abbiamo parlato con il direttore, ci hanno semplicemente spostato la stanza. Ho parlato con molte persone e la pensavano allo stesso modo.

We stayed here for 7 nights end of Sept beginning Oct. The rooms were lovely, very clean, large balcony and fridge. Had to ask for key to safe but that was fine. Staff helpful and friendly. Pool area nice, used side gate by pool for quick access to lake it was amazing. Eurostar just at bottom of street. Only negative and reason for lack of star was food not great. We stayed half board if we went next time would do B and B only. Buck’s Fizz was a nice touch with breakfast but fried egg and boiled egg cold other than that it was fine. The evening meal was awful, runny mash (like water), soups were awful, ribs and carvery some nights so looked great but again cold. Wasn’t a great eating experience so would recommend avoiding. We ate out a couple of nights the meals are amazing in the restaurants and affordable. You also pay for drinks with evening meal (not a prob) just making ppl aware. Fresh fruit on evening was lovely but soggy and tasteless in a morning (suspect it was soaked overnight). Anyway apart from food all good

The hotel is in a fabulous location with the lake side, restaurants, shops , ferries and bus stops only minutes away|The hotel itself is tired and in need of updating. The restaurant is uninviting and lacks atmosphere. Breakfast is okay with some variety some mornings but still pretty standard. Evening meal is less inviting and we ate out on a couple of evenings even though we were half board|Would advise bed and breakfast only at this hotel as there are many reasonable priced restaurants and bars in the town

I can't understand the bad reviews of this hotel as we couldn't fault anything. The staff,facilities,food,room were all outstanding. Room cleaned every day eith tea,coffee replenished also bottle of water every day lovely bathroom lots of hot water. Breakfast and dinner plenty of choice. The only fault was there wasn't a spoon to stir your drink in the room. Apart from that outstanding will return and recommend to friends and family.

Non certo un hotel meritevole di 4 stelle. Camere purtroppo molto sporche e polverose. Abbastanza datate e poco curate. Letti scomodi. Colazione di scarsa qualità. Vialetti non curati, garage sporchissimo e pieno di pattume per terra. Uniche note positive, la gentilezza del personale e la posizione. Non lo consiglio.

Four Star Hotel this is not, whilst in a great location for the stunning Bardolino area of Lake Garda this hotel needs a total revamp inside and out, rooms were clean and towels changed everyday, the only good part was the Lido accross which allowed us free access to sunloungers all day with stunning views of the lake. The staff were ok some more friendly and helpful than others, I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay here. The food was average breakfast for me was toast & butter could not eat anything else whilst dinner was a hit and a miss, thank goodness for Pizza and Ice Cream outside the hotel. Next time I will go B&B only as there were so many beautiful restaurants in the area serving amazing food choices and reasonable priced. Visited Verona, Garda and Lazise whilst I was there and they all took my breath away will definitely return to Bardolino but not to this Hotel. I also believe that you don't have to go as a package holiday we went Jet2 they were ok but I would look at separate travel and more hotel choices.

We did enjoy our week's holiday in this hotel, while not a new build this has the advantage of larger rooms and balcony than newer builds and mature gardens and trees. The hotel has been revamped and our room was clean and modern with a fridge and an odd little safe in the wardrobe floor. The bathroom was big well well-lit and had a good powerful shower with plenty of hot water.| Its location could not be better just a few minutes walk into Bardalino with the lakeside entrance right on the pedestrian/ bike way that circumnavicates the whole lake and on Thursday brings you out in the middle of the market. while the front entrance is only a block away from the main road with the main bus depot and a big Eurospar supermarket as well as a petrol station. |We were half board and the food in the main restaurant was pretty standard stuff for tourist hotels loads of salads two meat dishes, a fish dish and a carvery offering, they did have a gluten free options. evening meals can also be taken at the poolside bar where you can try an authentic 5-course Italian meal, which I would recomend. They are also happy provide a lunchtime meal if you prefer to have a night out of the hotel.|We found the staff very friendly and approachable and my thanks to the mantenance guy who helped me get into my suitcase when the lock failed.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen!
Leute unter 60 Jahren sind hier fehl am Platz. Das Durschnittsalter liegt gefühlt bei 70 Jahren.
Das Hotel selbst ist wie seine Gäste auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Reparaturarbeiten wäre dringend notwendig.
Die Lage ist natürlich perfekt. Auch der kleine Strandabschnitt, der von den Hotelgästen mitbenutzt werden kann ist sehr einladend.
Das Frühstück hat eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Die Brötchen und der Automatenkaffee sind jedoch nicht zu empfehlen.

Wij hadden een kamer met balkon 2e verdieping, slaapkamer redelijk groot maar badkamer is erg klein, zaakje is gedateerd en niet erg proper. Ligging aan meer is prima buitenbad heel mooi en strand is heerlijk.
Ontbijt is prima, vooral als een hond hebt kun je lekker buiten ontbijten.

A Jet2 holiday package. Nice hotel with good staff. Spotlessly clean but looked a little tired in areas but everything worked OK. Very convenient for ferry services all around Lake Garda. Usual buffet breakfast and snack/pool bar offered lunchtime food. Not expensive - especially when compared to some UK offerings. Good deal if you booked in advance for using the pool bar in the evening for which there was a good A La Carte choice. Staff very cheerful and helpful.|Bardolino has good connections to most parts of Lake Garda and no visit to this area is complete without a trip to Sirmione. But take your credit card!

This hotel is shown as a four star hotel. It definitely is not. It is on a massive site with gardens and water features and in the distant past must have been impressive. Today it is worn , dated and in a poor state. The e worst feature is the dining room food. The quality of the food is extremely bad and main courses like fish or meat and the veg are always cold or luke warm. The toasters at breakfast should be on the antiques roadshow and don’t work properly . The bedrooms are very old and poorly furnished and the bathrooms tiny. We paid almost 3000 euros for a week and it was a waste of money. The one good thing was that the staff were brilliant but everything else was rubbish.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY by booking a holiday here
