Arianna was recommended to me as event coordinator/organiser by Giuseppe Belluardo of the Glass Cathedral in Murano for a gala evening that we held there on 3rd May 2025.

The event and its theme — a celebration of life, love and friendship — marked a most important moment for my family — my complete recovery from a brain hemorrhage in 2023 and all the support we had received from family and friends. It was therefore imperative for me to have a person who was not only capable from a professional point of view, but who would also grasp the spirit and atmosphere of the party.

From the very beginning — a Zoom call Arianna and I organised a mere three weeks from the date of the event — I found Arianna a very easy person to talk to. She struck me immediately as a very kind and attentive listener, a person capable of blending complete professionalism with warmth, patience and a great sense of humour.

I had already done most of the work needed for the evening — a full program which included drinks and canapes for 120 people accompanied by live music, a glass blowing demonstration, a three course seated dinner, speeches, a post dinner performance by a West End singer from London, a disco after the performance and transportation of the guests on a private boat to and from the venue.

Arianna was effectively taking on a half-ready event to which she nonetheless made an enormous contribution. Almost overnight, she became a fantastic sounding board for my ideas while offering lovely ones of her own together with an eagle eye for detail and an ability for rescuing me, whenever I found myself undecided, by pointing to all the right reasons to make one choice instead of another.

She thought of and produced the loveliest name cards for the sitting plan, which doubled up as a small souvenir that guests could take with them, she added tea candle holders to the table decorations which beautifully complemented the magnificent Murano candelabri at the centre of each table and helped choose the colour of the lights throughout the cathedral; she prepared countless detailed lists of the guests for the sitting plan, dietary requirements, mode of transportation as well as a detailed production schedule which she ensured was executed both before and during the event, managing the needs and requests — as well as the moods (!) — of everyone, from the AV team to the live band and the singer, with the proverbial iron fist in a velvet glove (but perhaps more iron than velvet because she is affectionately referred to by the Glass Cathedral team as ‘the general’ ;-)

The most enjoyable aspect of working with Arianna for me were the hours we spent together at the Glass Cathedral, working closely with Giuseppe Belluardo himself and his wonderful team, discussing and taking decision on each aspect and minute detail of the event. Having worked full time at the Glass Cathedral at the beginning of her career, Arianna knows the space intimately and was able to anticipate and resolve all the potential problems it may present as well as make full use of its stunning beauty and possibilities. She also has an excellent relationship with suppliers which meant she was able to deliver this extraordinary service in three frantic weeks punctuated by several public holidays, which severely cut down the time available to order and deliver items in a city where transport is notoriously difficult and expensive.

What I found lovely and truly touching was Arianna’s extraordinary commitment to the success of this event and her personal participation, perfectly captured in some lovely video calls we ended up having at 2am (!) to finalise specific details.

l will always remember Arianna on the day of the event itself as she moved among our guests — a discreet and helpful presence, operating behind the scenes to deliver the beautiful, joyful and moving celebration we had planned together.

In fact, the best and quickest thing I could have said for this review is that I can’t wait to organise another event with her!

We chose Arianna Pozzobon to plan our destination wedding in Venice, Italy while we are located in the US. Every single detail was planned long distance, and from the moment we began working with Arianna my husband and I were so pleased with how very organized and detail oriented she was. Everything was always presented to us in the most professional and thoughtful manner and beautiful presentations for us to review and make such important decisions for our wedding day, all while being thousands of miles away and never seeing anything in person until the actual wedding.
We planned a 3 day wedding event with Arianna which included a welcome dinner, the wedding, and a farewell brunch on day 3. To say we were absolutely blown away is an understatement. Arianna is worth every penny and more! She took our vision and turned it into what felt and looked like a fairytale wedding. The level of detail, thought and perfectionism Arianna creates for you is undeniably the best in the business. Our entire family and friends there could not stop telling us how our wedding felt like a fairytale and how blown away they were with every detail and element of the wedding and they were SO impressed with Arianna. They could not believe all she did for us to turn our wedding into a magical masterpiece and had said “whatever you spent to hire her she was worth every penny!” They also could not believe how Arianna was by our side through every moment of this 3 day wedding event. From walking us all to our boat to emark for our welcome dinner, to running a seamless “show” on wedding day AND continually keeping me calm AND making sure everyone was ok (including running around getting hotel staff to help my mother who felt ill), to refusing to leave our side at our after-wedding party that went until 12am, to creating details for our final day at brunch that were surprises for us. She had organized with the hotel manager to have printed menu booklets with one of our photos from our photoshoot the day prior. Our guests and families jaws dropped and said “how are you two already on the menu with your wedding photos?!” They, and we, were once again blown away.
We all felt like family by the time we had to say goodbye. Words truly cannot express how happy, thrilled, and overcome with emotion we were AND still are, with all Arianna did for our special day and time in Venice. We now have core memories made with family and friends that would not have been possible without her. Grazie mille, Arianna!
