Google La colazione nella sala affrescata del '500 vale il soggiorno. Personale gentile e disponibile, camera enorme vista piscina.

Leggere che la colazione nella nostra sala affrescata del '500 da sola 'vale il soggiorno' ci riempie d'orgoglio: è un momento a cui teniamo molto, pensato per far sentire i nostri ospiti parte della storia della Villa fin dal mattino.
Un ringraziamento speciale va anche alle sue parole sulla gentilezza del nostro staff; la disponibilità verso chi ci sceglie è per noi un valore fondamentale.

Google We planned on staying here with 2 elderly family members, one who has Parkinson’s Disease and another who has heart, lung and breathing/respiratory issues. The room that was recommended for the 4 of us was a Family Room with 3 beds. We let the host know of the health issues with the 2 elderly family members and were told that the Family Room had air conditioning which was an absolute must especially on a very hot, humid summer day in June. When we were given the key to the room and checked it out we were shocked to see that there was no air conditioning in this dark, dank stuffy hot room. We decided that staying in this room would be detrimental to the elderly members health so we decided not to stay and to look elsewhere. We paid for the one night we were supposed to stay but when we requested a refund they refused. A dispute on our credit card was also denied and so Villa Dragoni got our almost €300 and we never got our money refunded. They outright lied to us and stole our money. They should be ashamed of themselves!

We would like to clarify, however, that the description of the Family Room clearly specifies that it is not equipped with air conditioning, and no member of our staff provided different information. Unfortunately, we had not been informed in advance of the health conditions of your family members; otherwise, we would have done our best to recommend a more suitable accommodation option.
During your stay, the property was fully booked, and we were therefore unable to offer an alternative room. Villa Dragoni is a historic residence, and while we do our utmost to ensure the comfort of all our guests, some rooms reflect the original features of the building.
We always encourage our guests to contact us before arrival for any specific needs or preferences, so that we can assist them in the best possible way.

Tripadvisor Wir waren vom 3.10. bis 6.10.25 in Villa Dragoni. Tagsüber war die Lufttemperatur max. 15 Grad, nachts waren es 7 Grad. Das Zimmer und auch das Bad konnten nicht geheizt werden. |Auch der Frühstücksraum war unbeheizt, sodaß die Gäste im Mantel frühstücken mußten. Deshalb sind wir nach 1 Nacht wieder abgereist, wurden aber von Villa Dragoni gezwungen, alle 3 Übernachtungen zu bezahlen. Wenn die Zimmer beheizt gewesen wären, hätte es keinen Grund zur Abreise gegeben. So aber hat Villa Dragoni einen normal erwartbaren angenehmen Aufenthalt unmöglich gemacht. Zudem verweigert Villa Dragoni die Rückzahlung von 2 Übernachtungen. Uns wurde keine Alternative und kein Verständnis entgegengebracht. Das Personal war entweder unfreundlich oder inkompetent. Alles hatte den Charme einer rustikalen, sehr kalten Jugendherberge.|Wir können wirklich nur abraten, dort zu buchen bzw. zu übernachten.

Tripadvisor Premessa obbligatoria, non considero le recensioni uno strumento sano per denigrare il lavoro altrui, tuttavia quanto passato la scorsa notte è giusto scriverlo per spingere i gestori a migliorare e essere da monito per i futuri visitatori. Viaggio spesso per lavoro e più di qualche struttura ricettiva l'ho vista. Camera freddissima, chiedo di avere un'altra sistemazione, ma avendo fatto richiesta alle 19, orario di chiusura della reception, la responsabile non ha risposto in tempo e quindi non ho potuto cambiare. In bagno non esiste il piatto doccia. Fare la doccia vuol dire allagare tutto il bagno. Non c'è neanche pendenza per lo scarico. L'acqua rimane lì, in bagno. Mi è stato spiegato che essendo una villa non si possono mettere delle prese per caricare telefoni pc o altro. Mi sono arrangiato spostando una piantana. Inutile continuare. Per me è stata una esperienza... Fresca

Tripadvisor All'arrivo il posto appare meraviglioso e lo è, e anche la posizione, spettacolare per visitare il Collio. La villa è antica e si fa colazione in una stanza meravigliosa con affreschi del '500 ci hanno riferito. Purtroppo però siamo arrivati il 17 agosto nel mezzo di un temporale, il cancello era chiuso, all'accoglienza non erano provvisto di ombrelli. Ci hanno sistemato nella depandance sopra la piscina , tutto molto bello. Purtroppo la forte pioggia ha fatto accumulare moltissime foglie lungo l'ingresso e ai bordi della piscina, e la pulizia non e' avvenuta fino all'ora del pranzo del giorno successivo nonostante avesse smesso di piovere. Infine non possiamo esimerci dal rappresentare altre importanti lacune, la completa mancanza di chiusura della doccia nella stanza n. 10 e la Presenza sicuramente di acari nella stanza n. 11, nel letto singolo sulla destra che ha causato due notti insonni per mio figlio a causa di forte prurito sulle bolle comparse. Prima di recensire abbiamo cortesemente preavvisato la signora con la quale abbiamo prenotato che ci ha garantito che saremmo stati contattati dalla referente, ma purtroppo nessuno contatto avvenuto. Davvero un peccato.

Tripadvisor Bella villa, con un parco ampio e curato e con piscina pulita, le pareti affrescate della villa enorme rendono in pratica impossibile un'illuminazione dal soffitto in ogni ambiente , sala lettura o camera da letto che sono infatti dotate solo di abat jour e piantane. Bagno per disabili, (non richiesto ) e non corrispondente alle immagini riportate sul sito, la doccia senza protezione ha allagato il pavimento che avendo pendenza sbagliata , restava allagato tutta notte, niente bidet ovviamente essendo un bagno disabili, spegnendo la luce centrale si staccavano tutte le prese quindi niente TV anche se muta e niente ventilatore.per chiudere il tavolo della colazione pur splendido ma unico , obbliga gli ospiti a stare assieme, creando imbarazzi fuori luogo

Tripadvisor The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely, particularly Michela who not only responded promptly to my queries before we went, but was also really helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble! When we went, it was 36 degrees so the swimming pool was a great thing to have and both the pool itself and the pool area were clean and tidy. There was an honesty bar there which was very reasonably priced and included delicious local wine made by the property. Our intention had been to head out to find a drink but the pool was the perfect location to relax and Michela kept the bar stocked. The main house has wonderful frescos on the walls and the breakfast room is a great place to start the day. Breakfast is simple but filling, with delicious coffee and croissants as well as bread, meat and cheeses. The location was good, a short walk to Buttrio train station or short drive to Udine. We had a car which I would probably recommend for this property. The only slight negative I can find is that it was very, very hot when we went (25 degrees at night) and not all rooms have air conditioning. A fan was provided but it still made it difficult to sleep. Throughout the rest of the year though, this will not be a problem. A lovely place to stay, full of character, which exceeded our expectations.

Trip.com Amazing location and breakfast, still some improvement points…Dragoni is a nice and well family maintained villa, managed by a very motivated and active staff. I see some improvement points though.The rooms should be better maintained: in the bathroom, the shower hadn’t a curtain (water everywhere, also with maximum care…), the water pressure was at the bearable minimum, and the extractor fan wasn’t working, despite I reported the failure several times. The number of bathroom towels was at bare minimum as well. There weren’t complimentary toiletry products, but I admit I didn’t specifically ask for them.In essence it was definitely a pleasant stay with small faults which, corrected, would massively improve the customer experience.

Tripadvisor Een heerlijke plek met zwembad. We hadden een kamer bij het zwembad incl airco. Het ontbijt werd geserveerd in het oude gebouw, een hele bijzondere locatie om de dag te beginnen! Verder heerlijk rustige omgeving waar ontzettend veel goeie restaurants in de omgeving te vinden zijn.

Tripadvisor Ho soggiornato per quasi 5 settimane. Tra ottobre e novembre 2023. Ogni settimana mi è stata proposta una camera diversa, Ogni caméra bella colorata confortevole. Prima colazione ottima per servizio e qualita'. Il personale gentile e sempre a disposizione. Camere pulite , in ordine.|Consiglio soggiornare presso Villa Dragoni un B&B in un ambiente storico e rilassante.

Google Die historische Villa ist im Allgemeinen sehr schön, jedoch kann ich eine Übernachtung dort nicht empfehlen. Es gibt im wunderschönen Örtchen Buttrio einige Alternativen, die ein besseres Preis-Leistungsverhältnis haben und definitiv mehr Komfort bieten. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, die Matratzen sind alles andere als komfortabel, generell alles lieblos eingerichtet, ein Pool ohne Liege-Möglichkeiten und altem Plastik-Rasen, stilwidrige Kunststoff-Sitzmöbel ohne System im Garten verteilt, usw… Am Pool wurde eine Art Sichtschutz angebracht, der geschmackloser nicht sein könnte. Dahinter wäre nämlich ein Traum-Blick auf den Kirchturm und den Weingarten. Am Tag unserer Anreise war eine große Veranstaltung von 10 bis 18 Uhr für & mit Fotografen, die ohne Scheu alles und jeden, inklusive uns fotografiert haben. Wir reden hier von sicher 50 Fotografen + 8 Models - wir sollten uns am Pool entspannen bis alles vorbei ist, was schlichtweg nicht möglich war, da an jeder Ecke bis hin zu unserer Zimmertür ohne Skrupel fotografiert wurde. Das hätte man auf jeden Fall vorher kommunizieren oder das Hotel für diesen Zeitraum komplett sperren müssen. Wir kommen sicher wieder nach Buttrio, jedoch bestimmt nicht mehr in die Villa Dragoni. Auch wenn die Dame an der Rezeption sehr bemüht & freundlich war und das inkludierte Frühstück in Ordnung ist, wiegt das keinesfalls die negativen Punkte auf.

Villa Dragoni is a building from the 1500s and it has been completely renovated.
Most of the rooms' furniture is antique: perhaps to the untrained eye they may appear old but many of them date back to the 1700s.
The plastic garden furniture, designed by the internationally acclaimed company Moroso, was carefully selected for its regional production.
As regards Saturday's event, your arrival occurred just as the event was ending and there were around thirty people left distributed between the large external spaces of the Villa and the internal ones. We are very sorry that this has caused you any inconvenience and we would have intervened immediately if you had shared your discomfort at the time.
We are always available to our guests to resolve any small inconvenience and ensure that their stay is the best possible.

Google Gorgeous location for a wedding or corporate event. It's also a perfect place to retreat and write and/or reflect. The villa is 400 years old and has been carefully restored by a wonderful local family.
P.S. the frescos in the main common area are epic.

Google In der Villa befindet sich die Rezeption. Die Gästezimmer sind in einem Nebengebäude. Der Pool und der Liegebereich laden wegen der Sauberkeit nicht gerade zum bleiben ein. Die Gästezimmer sind lieblos eingerichet und wirken nicht sauber. Mein Bett war eine stark durchgelegene Liege. Hier war ein Schlafen kaum möglich. Gedankt wurde dies mit Rückenschmerzen am nächsten Tag. Die Gastgeberin war trotz allem sehr nett. Am zweiten Tag bekam ich ein neues Zimmer mit einem etwas besseren Bett. Frühstück gab es im Zimmer. Ein Tisch fehlte aber. Preis Leistung stimmen hier nicht. Ich werde dieses Haus nicht mehr besuchen.

Tripadvisor My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at the Villa. The young woman in charge is adorable, very nice and flexible. We asked to change of room upon arrival and she did it with a smile. We needed to put some food in a fridge. No problem. Even if we did not share a common language, it was easy to understand each other, because, I believe, she is totally tuned to the needs of the clients. The bed was very confortable and the room obviously renovated. Good shower, nice complementary soap and shampoo also. When you stay in the annex, you can go directly to the pool (cold in September) in your bathing suit.||I had the opportunity to visit the different rooms with frescoes. It took three years to renovate them. Great! ||This place merits a visit for the gentleness of the manager of the place, for the comfortable rooms, the very nice breakfast (great everything and a special note for the ham and prociutto) and because you feel that your visit and bill will help to pay for further renovation and/or for improvements of the b&b area.||If something could be done against the mosquitoes, it would be just perfect. But to be fair, you have a fan in the room, a plug and i was even given a spray when I asked. The room itself was no problem.
