Fantastic hotel in a great location. Very upscale design and service, great rooms, great Simmons beds in the rooms. The entire marina setting is quite charming, and quiet at night, so you can sleep with open windows and hear the waves rolling into the harbor. Breakfast was outstanding, and so was the coffee. We tried only the pizza restaurant in the complex, but that was amazing too. In addition, we appreciated that we could charge our electric vehicle in their parking garage.

Super friendly staff - as you'd expect from a 5 stars hotel, but better. The whole district is very recent and the hotel looks brand new. Rooms are spacious and well furnished.
Well adapted to families even though we had to get 2 rooms for a family of 5 (3 young kids).
Breakfast is fantastic.

This is the most beautiful and special hotel we have ever been to. All thanks to Piero and his team. Food 8s beautiful, rooms with balconies simply stunning, amazing beach club and completely pedestrianized. It's magical!

Der Ort ist natürlich ein neu geschaffenes Ferienresort. Wenn man sich darauf einlassen will, erwartet einen ein traumhaftes Hotel direkt an der Adria.

Die Zimmer haben eher das Niveau eines Ritz. Unser Zimmer bot einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Der kleine Balkon mit gemütlichen Sesseln einfach nur perfekt!

Das Frühstück ist ein Traum. Die Terrasse liefert ebenfalls Blick aufs Meer. Die Auswahl reichhaltig und alles von guter Qualität. Das Personal kennt die Gäste mit Namen.

Der Beach Club des Hotels ist das wahre Highlight. 10 Min zu Fuß und man liegt mit offenem Adriablick und privatem Strand! Die Liegen sehr gemütlich! Getränke werden auf Wunsch jederzeit serviert.
Auch hier ist das Personal sehr freundlich.

Es gibt lediglich 1 kleine Manko:
- das Wlan im Hotel funktioniert nur sehr unzuverlässig- Telefonieren im Zimmer somit leider sehr oft unmöglich

Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel. Allerdings sind nicht alle Zimmer gleich schön.

Bei unserem 2. Aufenthalt hatten wir ein Zimmer zum Innenhof. Im kleinen Innenhof waren kleine abgeschnittene Büsche. Nicht gerade schön. Das ganze Zimmer wirkte dadurch auch eher dunkler. In unserer Badewanne war Rost, was ich bei 5 Sterben anders erwarte.

Die Anlage und der Pool sind wirkliche sehr schön!!! Die Öffnungszeiten sind allerdings von 10 Uhr bis 19:00 Uhr. Um 10 Uhr stehen die Leute schon in einer Schlange am Pool an um ihre Handtücher zu bekommen und zur Anlage rein zu kommen.
Auch bei den Checkout-Zeiten ist das Hotel leider nicht flexibel um 12:00 Uhr muss jeder weg sein.

Dennoch ist es einen Besuch wert. Allerdings ist hier noch Luft nach oben und an den Poolzeiten sollte sich auf jeden Fall etwas ändern.

Instagram worthy hotel but other then that there are far better places to go. Service at the hotel is sub-par. The resort is, like others have commented, artificial. As a Marriott member I am glad I used points for this stay otherwise I would have been extremely disappointed. We were to stay an entire week and 1 night was more then enough.

This should be a 5* resort but it has a 3* hotel service!
Thought the staff is very nice and trying hard to do their best the resort is not organized for a high end and sophisticated guest list, rather the opposite ! The restaurant has a terrible menu and it’s overpriced. The beach club is a joke: not even with the cost of a suite we could have the chairs we wanted. Definitely not memorable and will never recommend .

Für zwei Nächte passt es super. Schöne Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal. Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten: Willkommensgetränk fehlt, es fehlen Badetaschen am Zimmer, das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig, Strand/Poolöffnungszeiten müssten früher und länger sein. Mit einem 5-Sterne-Standard in Bezug auf Leistung mit Österreich nicht vergleichbar - beim Preis schon.

This was our second stay at the hotel and it was simply perfect. We stayed in 3 different Marriott hotels this year and this is by far the best. We were there with our toddler daughter and our dog, and without specifically asking for it, there was a baby cot, dog bed and bowl in the room. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. It would be great if the other hotels from the Marriott group had the same standard as the Falisia.

Das wunderbar in der Bucht gelegene Hotel ist ein traumhaftes Ziel an der Adria und zeigt sich freundlich und modern.
Unser Zimmer war schön und hell, aber leider nicht frei von Mängeln. Die Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Ruhe sind herrlich. Der Service an der Rezeption und am Zimmer ist gut, aber nicht 5*, dafür italienisch locker.
Herausragend ist hingegen der Service beim Frühstück, so freundlich und aufmerksam hab ich Kellner nur selten erlebt. Auch das Angebot am Buffet ist toll und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Prosecco, ja, der hätte noch gefehlt.
Der Spa und Sportbereich sind sehr klein und Dunkel. Das größere Spa schlägt sich mit €30 für 2h zu Buche und ist daher keine Option.
Der Hotel eigene Beach Club, am äußersten Ende der Bucht gelegen, bietet einen kleinen Pool, direkten Zugang zum Meer (Achtung Quallen!!), angenehmen Liegen mit großen Schirmen und eine Bar mit reichhaltigem Angebot an Speisen und Getränken.
Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch wenn man auf 5* Niveau mehr bieten sollten.

My stay at Falisia Resort was nothing short of amazing. All the staff were warm and inviting and were ready to assist when I needed anything. The views at the property were breathtaking!! I enjoyed the food at Cliff restaurant and the pizza restaurant. The private beach club was an amazing touch. I enjoyed tasty drinks and a beautiful day by the pool. The resort is a luxurious oasis! The rooms were spacious, clean and relaxing. I am already planning my next stay. If you are considering this place, you will not be disappointed!

Abbiamo trascorso diversi giorni come L anno precedente..in linea di massima ci siamo trovati bene ma considerando che stiamo parlando di un 5 stelle luxury non ci aspettavamo un affollamento di bambini ci siamo accorti tardi che L hotel faceva promozioni in merito ,troppi sembrava un villaggio vacanze ..nella zona piscina si dovrebbe sentire solo una musica di sottofondo e qualche parola e mi risulta che anche gli appartamenti gestiti dal Falisia usufruissero degli stessi spazi . Ristorante hotel direi nulla di così entusiasmante anzi consiglierei di fare attenzione soprattutto se ci sono persone allergiche e lo fanno presente cosa molto grave ...il servizio conciergie molto bravi per qualsiasi informazione e prenotazioni varie

На балконе сьюта вместо растений пустые горшки с мусором.
В ресторан на ужин впускают в шортах и шлепках.
Уборщица как специально всегда приходит в самое неудобное время.
Бестолковая планировка номера ( окно у гардеробной без каких-либо занавесок выходит на соседнюю террасу).
Перед окнами мини- сад, где проходят все желающие ( не гости отеля), собаки и выпившие люди справляют нужду там в кустах.
Об амбассадорских привелегиях данной сети отелей здесь не знают.

Что порадовало:
Beach club ( обслуживание, расположение, атмосфера)
В ресторане Cliff отличный персонал, а также вкусные блюда.

Premium hotel in a premium location. First thing - if you're driving to this resort, do not trust your GPS. It will direct you to the the wrong road which is gated and only for residents. The correct road is down Strada Provinciale 3 whose entrance is a couple of kilometers down the highway and is a twisty road down to the marina area. You'll need to drive past parking lots and businesses all the way to the end, where you'll still find a gate at a parking garage. However you'll see references to the resort and know you're in the right place.

Given how the resort is built along a cliff, the parking garage is actually above the main reception area and you'll need to take an elevator down to check in. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as you'd expect at a resort location like this.

The room was clean and spacious with incredible views of the marina and sea. While I was only spending a night here I would have happily extended my stay to experience more of the area. They have an extensive spa that I would have loved to have taken advantage of. This is the kind of location that I like to use all those points from business travel and make it seem worthwhile.

There are several restaurants and stores on the property and the nearby public beach has a number of small stands to pick up street food and snacks. Overall this was a great stay and highly recommend staying for a memorable visit.

first time, a week ago everything was beyond wonderful and i left a 5-star review. this time, it started with the smell in one of the showers, two rooms had ac working, the second bedroom didn’t have ac. one shower and sink were completely clogged so i had to use all the towels to make sure the floor is somewhat dry. on top of that we had issues with the door. moreover the room service dropped my clothes on the floor and when i asked if they can clean it after they said my clothes wont be ready on time. it is my birthday trip and overall very disappointed. we asked for the late check out having platinum status, and were barely given check out at 3pm but also were told that because of all the issues it will be complementary vs $300 regular price for the late check out. considering that platinum status gives you complimentary late check out regardless this is pretty silly. so overall very disappointed i doubt i will ever come back here

My husband and I stayed at the Falisia Resort on February 24-26, 2020 and we have been incredibly well taken care of! Beata greeted us when we first came in and she has been a wealth of knowledge, kindness and outstanding service from the first moment we arrived. I would come back just because of her! But that's not all...The breakfast service was also outstanding as Samer and the staff was attentive, kind and very professional. Everything here is the absolute finest, especially its staff. This resort is amazing and we hope to come back to this hidden gem again soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I could never have imagined booking a modern 5 start hotel in Italy ( I have always loved grand palace hotels) but this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. Attention was paid to every detail, from the flowers in the car park to the lighting in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the room was bright with a sea view and balcony. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the staff are very kind and attentive. The hotel has a beach club reached by walking or golf cart and the infinity pool and the surrounding area is done up in white canvas. It is breathtaking. When we went, the marina was full of small yachts and boats.
We tried 4 restaurants in the complex--all were good. The stores in Portopiccolo remind me of Capri and the spa is outstanding. The one drawback of staying here is that it is difficult to leave to explore other places--one is just too comfortable and the complex too beautiful. A special shout out to Valentina who is the epitome of customer service . T he guy who drives the cart and helps with the luggage and the young lady in the bar at night are also outstanding employees. . Can't wait to return. Thanks for making our experience so wonderful.

My family and I stayed here 3 days on our way to Split. It is a very nice place if you are looking for a quiet room with a view over the marina. We ate at the Pizza restaurant in the shopping area one night and it was good with homemade dough prepared as orders came in. Breakfast was included and was nice but limited to mainly sweets, fruit and cold cuts with cheese. It was fine for me. We went into town each day and toured the area so didn't spend the entire time there. Staff was polite for the most part.
