On our wedding weekend, her incredible team executed the plan flawlessly. They worked seamlessly behind the scenes, ensuring we remained stress-free and fully present in every precious moment. The coordination was impeccable, a testament to her leadership and their shared commitment to excellence.

Above all, the most incredible part of this experience was how Roberta treated our special day like it was her own. Having the opportunity to work with Roberta, Vania and Elisa was a genuine pleasure and our wedding weekend would not have been possible without them. From drafting a vision board, to them narrowing down options and helping us find the best possible vendors; talking us through timelines; helping us keep our heads when we got stressed - they were so supportive, kind and professional through it all.

We had a vision of what we wanted for our wedding, and to say they exceeded our expectations, and our guests, would be an understatement. Every details dazzled (including things we hadn’t thought of), the weekend ran beautifully, and ultimately we got to be in the moment knowing we had the best team to support us through it all.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience planning our wedding in Piemonte with Roberta, Elisa, Francesca, and team. We started by touring venues, which was in itself a fun experience that was made easy by the team selecting a handful of venues in the area that met our criteria. Over the course of the next year, we shared many (always detailed and prompt) emails and zoom calls, and they guided us through the whole wedding planning proccess. They were always creative, thorough, and professional in the process of setting budgets, choosing vendors, and every other detail. They were intentional in curating an event that felt authentic to us and our guests, and also really helped us create a cohesive creative vision for the day. The wedding and welcome party that they helped us plan were beautiful, every detail was taken care of, and thanks to all the planning and the presence of Elisa, Roberta, and Francesca during the day, we were able to truly relax and enjoy every minute of it. We first met Roberta through Monica at Relais San Maurizio, our wedding venue. Monica highly recommended her, and after our initial Zoom call, I completely trusted her. Planning a wedding in Italy while we live in the US seemed like an insurmountable task at first, but Roberta made the entire process feel effortless and, most importantly, enjoyable. She wasn’t just a planner; she was a guide, a problem solver, and someone who genuinely cared about making our wedding as special as it could be.

One of the things I appreciated most was the bond my wife created with Roberta and Elisa. These are not just vendors we worked with—they’ve become cherished friends and special people in our lives. Roberta and her team were amazing wedding planners and we can’t recommend them enough. We live in the US but wanted to get married in the Langhe, close to my family. They were great at understanding our vision and made everything so easy - for most decisions they sent us 3-4 carefully selected options with clear prices and explanations. 80 of 120 guests were traveling from the US, and Roberta’s team helped us to organize a welcome event the night before the wedding, reserve spaces in surrounding hotels and organize transport to and from the venue.

Everything came together beautifully—the venue had breathtaking views, helpful staff, and amazing food. The flowers, prints, and dinner setup were stunning. Roberta’s suggested vendors were fantastic, especially the photographers and videographer, who captured everything perfectly and joined in the fun at the dance party. The music team was excellent, with a DJ and saxophonist for the cocktail party and a dance party DJ who blended our (sometimes weird) preferences seamlessly, keeping everyone on the floor all night!

They have organized many weddings and they know exactly what needs to come together for it to work, including the big decisions and the small ones you never considered. On the wedding day, Roberta and Elisa arrived early and made us feel at ease. They were present throughout the events, taking care of any logistical hurdles so that we could truly enjoy the day. In the end, honestly, neither of us can imagine anything more perfect, and we have Roberta and her team to thank!

Abbiamo scelto come location Tenuta Tamburnin, un posto incantevole a Castelnuovo Don Bosco.
Roberta ci ha seguito passo passo in tutte le scelte, consigliandoci fornitori eccellenti e gestendo al meglio tutta l'organizzazione.
E' stata di fondamentale importanza quando abbiamo purtroppo deciso di rimandare il matrimonio a causa dell'emergenza Covid. Lei si è preoccupata di contattare tutti i fornitori stabilendo insieme a noi una nuova data. In questo momento così delicato ci è stata molto vicina e ci ha supportato.
A una settimana dal matrimonio eravamo molto tranquilli e rilassati, perché Roberta si è occupata della maggior parte delle cose (bomboniere, mise en place, ecc).
Il giorno del matrimonio è stato semplicemente fantastico, ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. Ci siamo affidati a Roberta per poterci godere appieno il nostro matrimonio e la festa con amici e parenti.
Così è stato, Roberta e il suo team sono stati sempre presenti, ma con discrezione. Dietro le quinte hanno tenuto tutto sotto controllo facendo sì che fosse una giornata magica.
Abbiamo ricevuto tantissimi complimenti dai nostri invitati e questo ci ha riempiti di gioia. Roberta è sicuramente la persona giusta per organizzare il vostro matrimonio da favola!

Roberta helped us with our 3 day wedding in Piemonte and we can only say good things about her. We would highly recommend her as wedding planner if you are planning a wedding in Italy!

Our wedding was a three days event with both wine tasting, Friday BBQ, Alba Market visit, Wedding dinner and cermony and then lastly brunch. Despite the complexity with this intense schedule and over 100 guests that all flew in from abroad, everything went above expectations and we (and all of our guests) were really happy. Roberta was instrumental in making it happen and we have her to thanks for everything! Also, it was impressive how well everything went despite us not living in Europe during the entire process.

In details, Roberta helped us to find our dream wedding place after going with us on a scouting tour in the region. She helped us to arrange almost ALL the vendors including florist, DJ, hair and makeup, baby sitters etc and we found most everyone to be very good and price competitive. She also setup a full itinerary for us to meet the vendors when we were in Italy for the preparation. All the preparations was done virtually over email, skype and whatsapp which worked surprisingly smoothly. During the actual wedding, Roberta just made things happen in the background so we could sit back and relax e.g. fixed the tableau the marriage, did all decorations, took care of guests, handled cash payments etc. Last but not least, we want to highlight that the greatest thing with Roberta is that she cares. She really cared about what we wanted and went out of her way to make sure that our wedding dream came live. Also she is a pure joy to be around which makes her feel more like a friend than a wedding planner.

Overall, we highly recommend Roberta and wish her the best of luck going forward!

Se ci fossero più stelle le metterei tutte.
Ho scelto Roberta perché l'ho conosciuta per lavoro e ho subito notato quanto fosse brava nel gestire più fornitori ma soprattutto per la sua determinazione, organizzazione, senso e gusto estetico ed enorme dolcezza ed empatia.

She was always available and willing to help with all small and big questions, caring about all the obvious and not so obvious issues and her help has been very much appreciated. She knows the area chosen for the wedding (Langhe-Monferrato) very well and suggested many different places as well as providers for e.g. food, flowers or the wedding cake. She organized everything to our full satisfaction and also took great care to include our ideas and wishes.
