我是來自台灣的獨旅遊客，也是Access consciousness的學生，在這裡住了三個晚上，謝謝Gary Douglas 和他的團隊帶著愛心呼應這座城堡的召喚，花了那麼多心力賦予它新的生命！

這裡非常要求安靜，非常喜歡房間裡不設置電視以避免干擾，服務也溫暖且恰到好處。客人可以自在的將腦袋放空，靜靜欣賞圖畫般的美景一整天的變化，非常幸福！

古堡裡的眾多收藏被細心的保養和善待，有很多容易被忽略的細節也都一塵不染，圖書館的收藏令人難忘，走廊被佈置了彩色的鮮花，周遭的花園也被整理得很好，這是一個擁有無需證明的豐盛、愛和尊重的環境，看得出維護成本很高，是為了懂得欣賞的有緣人而存在不是為了賺錢，令人感動，也祝福這裡有更多好客人來體驗它的美好。

Старинный замок, прекрасно сохранённый и улучшенный хорошими людьми, кто любит и ценит историю, уют и комфорт.
Внимание к деталям запредельное. Качество сна 100/100. Очень приятно провести время за ужином или завтраком, порции умеренно-скромные, но прекрасно оформлены и приготовлены.
Замок-отель днозначно рекомендуется к посещению на несколько ночей.

Notre séjour au château de Casalborgone a tout simplement été magique !

L’ambiance qui émane du bâtiment nous replonge dans un temps révolu, tout en nous faisant vivre le romantisme du passé. C’est une chance incroyable d’avoir pu séjourner dans cet endroit rempli d’histoires d’un autre temps.

Le personnel, dans son ensemble, est d’une gentillesse sans égal. L’attention portée aux moindres détails vous plonge dans un confort délectable. Tous, sans exception, nous ont chaleureusement accueillis, nous laissant vivre pleinement notre conte de fées tout en restant disponibles en cas de besoin.

Mention très spéciale au cuisinier du château qui, au-delà de l’ambiance romanesque, a su faire tomber nos papilles sous le charme d’une expérience gustative jamais rencontrée auparavant.

Nous remercions sincèrement toute l’équipe du château pour cette merveilleuse expérience et recommandons à 100 % cette adresse qui restera à jamais dans notre top 3 des endroits les plus atypiques et agréables que nous ayons testés !

Basically, it was a wonderful and peaceful stay (we were the only guests in the castle) at Castello Casalborgone. The accommodation is rated 5 stars. First, the truly extraordinary: the dinner was fantastically cooked, the chefs really know their stuff. The rooms are different and unusual, furnished with antique furniture from different eras and regions. It doesn't really have a consistent style, but that doesn't really matter. The house itself is a smorgasbord of antique objects, wonderful high ceilings, bold colors, and old paintings. The staff, without exception, were all very, very friendly and helpful. The idea of a WhatsApp chat group for assistance was also excellent, with great tips on restaurants or wine tastings, for example. Now for the criticism: there are a few things about the infrastructure that are simply not acceptable for a 5-star luxury hotel with these prices (normally around 450 euros on the website). However, we had a good discount price, so it was still okay. We are very familiar with special accommodations, as we often stay at the New York Peninsula, the Dolder Grand Hotel in Zurich, the Montreux Palace, etc. What really needs to change if luxury clientele is to be attracted is a safe in the room. Sorry, but it's a must. It doesn't matter if you can deposit your valuables downstairs at the entrance; this is a very personal matter and an absolute must in this category. A minibar, as no drinks or food are allowed in the room and none are brought by room service. This is completely excessive and actually unacceptable in this category. In addition, every reasonable person shows a certain degree of care in such rooms; at these prices, you're not attracting any low-class tourists. Then the etiquette itself that is required is also completely exaggerated. In the evening at dinner, gentlemen must be elegant (no jeans) with a jacket, ladies in dresses, no T-shirts, no sneakers, no shorts at any time. This is simply not okay in a 1800 Piedmontese village. It is perfectly clear to any normal person that you don't walk around in ripped jeans or flip-flops in such an environment. These things should be urgently reviewed.

PS: One more word about “no TV” or music – that was really very pleasant and relaxing, wonderful for us, especially in this day and age.

Uno dei posti più magici d'Italia: immerso tra le colline del Monferrato, il castello domina il paesaggio. La sua maestosità si sposa perfettamente con la bellezza senza tempo che lo circonda, che ho avuto il piacere di ammirare al tramonto di fine estate sorseggiando un Negroni sour affumicato: uno dei Negroni più ben presentati e appaganti che abbia mai bevuto. Giorgia è stata un'ospite magnifica, ci ha introdotto al castello e poi ci ha servito, descrivendo e sublimando alla perfezione, una cena raffinata e fantasiosa, che è riuscita a portare innovazione pur celebrando e rimanendo fedele ai sapori più profondi di questo ricco, orgoglioso territorio. La selezione di vini era di prima classe: ho assaggiato uno dei migliori Ruchè e Vermouth che abbia mai assaggiato. Sebbene questa esperienza non sia economica, si colloca assolutamente nel decimo più alto degli hotel di livello mondiale. Una gemma rara, che possa continuare per sempre.

A place to visit at least once in a lifetime, and as often as possible. The Castle offers a rare combination of peace, elegance and comfort. I can easily put my mind to rest there.
Service is remarkable. Food is delicuous. People are kind. Decoration is exquisite: like a livable museum. Location and views are stunning.
I highly recommend it.

There is nothing like this stunning place. The castle is warm, inviting and so incredibly comfortable. The staff were wonderfully nurturing. I highly recommend this immaculate experience …oh, and the food!! We stayed for four nights and enjoyed every meal there. Delicious!

Everything is so unique, antique and elegant. I get a lot of care and attention during my visit. Staff pay a lot of attention to small details from glass for wine to Food decoration and combination different types of tastes.

He cumplido un sueño!
Todo ha sido perfecto. Nos dejaron hacer fotos en todas las habitaciones del castillo.
El servicio ha sido inmejorable. Sin duda ha sido toda una experiencia, pasar una noche en un castillo, con tanta historia.
Además todo se encuentra en perfecto estado y está súper limpio. Es como un museo.
