Planning a destination wedding with a planner in a different time zone came with a lot of moving parts, but with The Elite Group, we always felt supported and in good hands. From initial conceptualization to the final execution, they helped us bring our dream wedding in Puglia to life.

One of the things we appreciated most was that Tissy was refreshingly honest. She didn’t sugarcoat things, and she kept us grounded — especially when it came to budget and staying aligned to our priorities. If something didn’t make sense or could lead us off track, she told us straight up, and that level of transparency was invaluable.

We came to her with very specific criteria for our venue, and she didn’t stop searching until we found the one. We couldn’t be happier with Masseria Amastuola, and we can honestly say it was our dream venue. Our wedding also involved a religious ceremony, and navigating that from abroad could’ve been overwhelming, but Tissy guided us through every requirement and handled communication with the church seamlessly, despite the challenges of reaching them and the added language barrier.

What truly set her and her team apart was their willingness to think ahead and anticipate needs we didn’t even know we had. Tissy handled tough conversations with guests and vendors when needed and was always quick to update us on any changes or important details. Small touches, like gathering our stationery and delivering it neatly to our room before we returned after the festivities, showed just how much she cares about her couples and her craft.

If we wanted to make an adjustment, she did everything in her power to make it happen. And if a mistake occurred, she owned it and worked quickly to course-correct — something we deeply respected.

At the end of the day, if you’re looking for a planner who is honest, reliable, dedicated, and truly committed to getting things done, look no further than Tissy and The Elite Group. We genuinely couldn’t imagine pulling off our dream destination wedding without them.

I truly cannot put into words how grateful we are for Tissy. Planning a destination wedding is no small feat, and after realizing my original coordinator wasn’t able to give the level of detail and support we needed, Tissy came in and completely saved the day. From the very first conversation, she was warm, organized, and instantly made us feel at ease.

She brought structure where I felt scattered, creativity where I felt stuck, and calm where I felt stressed. Tissy has this rare balance of being both visionary and practical. She not only dreamed up ideas that made our wedding truly one-of-a-kind, but also worked within our budget to make every dollar count. She was honest and transparent about where we could save and where it was worth investing, and because of her, we always felt in control without ever feeling overwhelmed.

Her communication was impeccable — quick to follow up, proactive with reminders, and always a step ahead of us. She held us accountable in such a graceful way that it never felt like work, just a natural part of the process. Most importantly, she cared deeply about making the day reflect us as a couple, which made everything feel so personal and meaningful.

On the wedding day itself, Tissy executed flawlessly. Every detail, from start to finish, was seamless. My husband and I were able to be fully present and just soak it all in because we trusted her completely and she exceeded every expectation.

Looking back, hiring Tissy was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. She turned what could have been an overwhelming process into the most unforgettable, joyful experience of our lives. Our wedding was more than just beautiful, it was uniquely ours and that is entirely thanks to her.

Tissy and her team at The Elite Group pulled off the wedding of our dreams, in beautiful Tuscany. We are one month post-wedding and still reliving the magic of the wedding week! Best wedding designers and planners out there - 10/10 recommend.

I’m incredibly Type A, and Tissy is the same - exactly what you want in a wedding planner. We had to source every vendor individually, and Tissy helped us find amazing options that fit within our budget. We essentially never had to communicate with a vendor, because Tissy and her team took care of it all. Tissy always started and ended our calls with, “what’s on your mind? Let me take it off your plate” — and especially in the final weeks leading up to the wedding, that was exactly what I needed to hear.

Now for vision, design, and execution — we really couldn’t be happier. She just “got” us and was able to pull it all together into a wedding design that felt like us from Day 1. She was able to stretch our budget farther than I even thought possible, and our big day looked and felt like a dream - and it felt like US ❤️

Looking back on this special time in our lives, Tissy and The Elite Group will forever be central parts of it. Thank you Tissy for all the hard work, extra effort, and the friendship you offered us during the season of our wedding!!! We miss you already 🥲💗

Tissy was the most wonderful and kind wedding planner. She was such a reassuring voice during the planning process! She made our wedding planning experience so enjoyable as she made sure that all the boxes were ticked with the various vendors so we could focus on enjoying all the fun stuff!!
