Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura e siamo stati accolti da una receptionist cortese e professionale. Inoltre abbiamo avuto il piacere di essere “finiti nelle mani” della superlativa Claudia nella Spa, ricevendo un trattamento imparagonabile e infine abbiamo concluso la nostra esperienza con la squisita colazione del mattino. Great location with beautiful grounds. 2 restaurants on-site, breakfast. The rooms were updated in 2014 and in 2016 with high quality materials. There is parking on-site, you can borrow umbrellas if it's raining.

However, simple things are not thought through, like there is not enough light in the bathroom - actually none in the tab, the bathroom door opens right into the toilet, the pillow choice is very limited, and the hot water does not come fast enough. I hope they can address these.

This is an amazing hotel |1. Food - incredible breakfast, with the tastiest cakes you can find. The restaurant on premises, Trattoria, was delicious - dishes were fresh with good variety. |2. Service - 5/5 from check in, to breakfast, to dinner. Everyone was pleasant, fun to talk too and took care of every request.|3. Premises - beautiful territory, with a huge pool, the rooms felt sufficiently spacious, there is also a gym with all the basics. |4. Vibe - when we were there the hotel was not completely full and it felt super tranquil and relaxing. |5. We just wish we had booked more nights

Came expecting a spa and wellness retreat as per Booking.com. Reality - soa was closed even though all facilities were listed in the booking confirmation when they took our prepayment days before arrival. We were not given the prepaid Junior Suite with terrace / but a ground floor room off reception adjacent to the car park with people walking by constantly and early wakeups as no staff in reception to answer the phone. Both restaurants closed on Monday so ordered room service. Almost 2 hours to get food from the bar snacks menu!|Beautiful pool but there are other places nearby. Martins Franca is lovely - save your money and book somewhere else!

Lovely hotel, lost in the south of Italy.

The food is amazing, the pool is giant and calm.

Only 21 rooms so it’s never overcrowded.

Zeer goede ligging (5 min 1 rechte weg van het oude centrum), zeer goed ontvangst koffers werder al uit de auto opgehaald en in bewaring genomen tot de kamer klaar was. We hadden een kamer aan het zwembad met de ligbedjes voor de deur. |Heerlijk rust. Mooi gesitueerd goed onderhouden tuin. |Kamer was mooi. |Personeel super vriendelijk |Ontbijt erg goed je kon eieren laten bakken zoals je wil (omelet bijzonder lekker). Verse vleewaren en kaas laten afsnijden en heerlijk kleine zoetig en hartige broodjes. |Kleine fitnesruimte en spa & welness. |Enige minpunt deze was niet open omdat er werkzaamheden waren.

The beautiful surroundings of the hotel are completely overshadowed by the disastrously poor service, incompetent management, and a complete disregard for the comfort and well-being of the guests. I chose your 5 star hotel, at the rate I paid, for a premium experience, but instead, I was met with frustration and disappointment.

Un 5 étoiles !!! : Un grand gaspillage, en arrivant vous découvrez un parc et une demeure magnifique.
C est après que tout ce gâte , on avait réservé une suite junior avec balcon ou terrasse, et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une grande chambre certes mais avec juste 2 chaises devant sur une pseudo terrasse ou les clients de l hôtel pouvait passer devant nous avec des jardinières de séparation où ils cultivent la terre et les mauvaises herbes. Je passe les détails de pas de verre ni d eau dans la chambre, une seule tase à café pour 2 , pas de peignoir, et je ne parle pas du service de couverture inexistant dont nous sommes en droit d attendre dans un 5 étoiles, c est dommage pour un voyage anniversaire de nos 33 ans de mariage qui devait être un souvenir exceptionnel, le site internet ne reflète malheureusement pas la réalité !!!

We spent a week at Villa San Martino and absolutely loved this elegant hotel with beautiful surrounding grounds, including a trulli restaurant that we had dinner at three times because the food was so delicious. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, healthy and everything was made on-site. The location is convenient to visit popular towns in Puglia. We would then spend the other half of the day by the pool. It was very relaxing. Our room had old world charm, was clean and comfortably fitted 4 adults (parents and 2 teen children). The staff were very friendly and helpful, we started to feel like family by the end of our stay. We were travelling for 4 weeks and stayed at 9 different accommodations. Villa San Martino was the highlight of all the hotels we stayed at.

Ce petit hôtel est un ravissement. Niché au cœur d’un magnifique jardin plein de recoins il y fait calme. Jolies chambres décorées à l’ancienne confortables et propres offrant tous les services nécessaires. Petit déjeuner soigné, service à table (un peu lent) + petit buffet, beaucoup de « fait maison », délicieux café. Super accueil. Très bel espace gym et wellness. (Non accessible car défectueux pour l’instant…voir si il sera réparé ). Les soins ont encore lieu. Quelques sièges autour de la piscine pourraient être remplacés mais très confortables. Bon rapport qualité prix.

It is not a 5-star hotel experience whatsoever. We had two different rooms in two different buildings. Here is a summary of our experience: you have to wait 20 minutes for hot water, and the staff says that’s normal; the A/C turns off automatically after a while, so you have to keep turning it back on, which is a major problem at night; towels are not replaced but simply re-hung; the gym doesn’t have working A/C; and the breakfast is very poor (although the coffee and juices are great). The list goes on and on.

On the good side, the staff was great and tried their best to accommodate us considering the circumstances.

Le lieu est magnifique ms l entretien et le service sont déplorables très très loin d un 5 étoiles .|Aucune info ni à l arrivée ( vous portez d ailleurs vos bagages ds les escaliers. Jusqu’à votre chambre), ni ds la chambre (pas de menus / spa/ sport..)|Concernant la chambre : |Joints moisis ds la baignoire |Ménage pas fait correctement ( cf photos avec moutons sous le lit)|Les transats sont branlants et détériorés .|La terrasse de la piscine ainsi que celle du petit dej ont été nettoyées au bout d une semaine !|Personnel qui tourne en rond et vous attendez votre café 15 mn certains jours. Petit dej succin ms bons produits.|Bref 3 etoiles max pour l entretien et service

No entiendo como hay una sola opinión favorable de este hotel.||Habitación de luxe, SIN VENTANAS!! solo veías la luz a través de la puerta de entrada q estaba rota y no habría bien.||Un olor a humedad irrespirable, una GOTERA en el techo q te caían las gotas cuando estabas en el lavabo.||Nuestra Segunda y ultima noche, organizan una FIESTA en el jardín que teníamos pegado a nuestra habitación… música y DJ gritando y no podíamos dar crédito… el pobre chico de recepción nos ofrece dormir en otra habitación y cambiarnos a media noche….||El hotel debió de ser muy bonito, está completamente dejado, sucio, decadente….||Le sobran 2 estrellas y encima lo venden como 5* L||VERGONZOSO

Es maravilloso este lugar y la atención es de primera todo me ha encantado y lo mejor es la atención del personal de recepción y el restauran es increíble el cheff francésco y el camarero Giuseppe son una joya volevere !!!! Solo diría un topin a la cama porque para mi ha sido un poco dura !!! En línea general 5 estrella 🌟💯❤️ antigua maceria ahora un bello hotel con vistas hermosas si quieres relajarte y tener un poco de privacidad es el lugar perfecto

El hotel es bastante senillo para ser un 4 estrellas, y está muy trotado. La moqueta está muy gastada. Si viajas con niños, tienen un sofá cama de 1,20 para compartir, así que depende de como sean de grandes los niños, se les queda un poco escaso. Alrededor del hotel no hay nada, ni para cenar ni desayunar, si no es en el hotel. Lo bueno es que tiene una parada de metro a 3 minutos andando y se puede aparcar fácilmente junto al hotel.

El personal del hotel te mira por encima del hombro y da la sensación de que te hacen un favor. El hotel está descuidado, el desayuno es patético. No hay fruta fresca, sólo en almíbar. La habitación daba justo delante del almacén de toallas y limpieza en general del hotel, por lo que a las 7h de la mañana el equipo de limpieza ya empezaba a entrar y salir de dicha habitación impidiéndote dormir. Además como el comedor quedaba justo debajo, se oía a los que desayunaban (la sillas cada vez que se levantaban para ir al pobre bufet). Nos alojamos cuatro días y hasta el último día nadie nos preguntó que tal estábamos, Para más inri, se trata de un Relais Chateaux. Una vergüenza total, un auténtico timo. El día de la partida, nos llevaron las maletas al coche, llovía ellos se protegieron con un paragüas y a nososros no nos ofrecieron ninguno a pesar de tenerlos en recepción.
