Working with Pia was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding weekend! Pia listened to all our ideas and made our vision a reality - helping us select great suppliers, negotiating pricing, and working tirelessly to ensure the aesthetics of the day were perfect.
Pia's communication was consistent and was always there for any questions we had, especially closer to the date finalising last-minute details. She even managed to find a replacement hair and makeup artist for the bridal party when the UK stylist cancelled 48 hours before the wedding day. Replacement suppliers were sourced and confirmed within 4 hours of being flagged as an issue.
Pia remains calm and professional at all times, which makes her the perfect project manager for a wedding.

We felt defeated about planning a destination wedding until we met with Pia virtually over coffee. She was the only planner to suggest a meeting in this way, and when we met her, we already felt a part of Pia's team.

Pia quickly became our eyes, ears, and feet on the ground. We never had a chance to visit our venue before the wedding, but Pia helped us plan a 3-day wedding event without visiting on-site and made sure to help us feel comfortable from afar. She went to all the venues and took pictures and videos for us. Pia managed all the events to ensure that our guests and we were cared for, and she helped us plan all of it in less than a year. From site seeing to virtual meetings with the venue and vendors, Pia made us feel as comfortable as we could meeting everyone from afar. I can't stress the importance of having a planner that understands you, your partner, and your vision. She does a great job of understanding who you and your partner are and your wedding vision. Pia also does a beautiful job of tying intentional moments together, and she always tries to make the vision come to life, which was very much apparent during all our wedding events!
