La mia esperienza avuta presso la Masseria Amastuola è da considerarsi senz' altro positiva. Riguarda un pranzo di compleanno. Ottimi il menù e il servizio. Da ritornare senza pensare due volte. Masseria Amastuola, vai avanti così.
Oggi 14 dicembre sono ritornato.
Un altro capolavoro. Musica per il palato, le note sono... le pietanze.

We celebrated our wedding this July at Amastuola and to say that it was perfect is an understatement. The staff have been so accommodating from the second we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to make us and our guest feel welcome. Every single person loved the experience. The Venue is truly beautiful once you come up the driveway it looks like a castle, just stunning. The food was impeccable from the pizza party over to the steak for dinner or our wedding cake, everything was just to die for. If you are looking for a truly outstanding venue to celebrate your wedding we can recommend Amastuola to you with our whole heart. A special thank you to Walter and Enzo for making our wedding day unforgettable!!

Location Suggestiva, Servizi Igienici inaccessibili.

La masseria offre un ambiente davvero incantevole e immerso nella natura, che da solo vale la visita. La location è estremamente suggestiva e contribuisce a creare un'atmosfera unica per qualsiasi evento.

Tuttavia, sono rimasta profondamente delusa dalla gestione dei servizi durante l'evento. Nonostante avessi partecipato e pagato per l'evento stesso (e per i gadget su cui la masseria si è pubblicizzata), mi è stato negato l'accesso ai servizi igienici interni. Siamo stati costretti a utilizzare dei WC chimici che, purtroppo, versavano in condizioni igieniche precarie. Questo aspetto è inaccettabile, specialmente in un contesto che si propone come struttura ricettiva di qualità.

In sintesi: Location da 5 stelle, ma l'esperienza è stata rovinata dalla scarsa attenzione e rispetto per gli ospiti riguardo i servizi essenziali (1 stella). Spero che la struttura prenda provvedimenti, perché un luogo così bello merita una gestione all'altezza.

She made the entire experience engaging and memorable, sharing stories about the land, the winemaking process, and the passion behind every bottle.||Although we didn’t stay overnight, the property also functions as a boutique hotel — and it’s absolutely breathtaking. The facilities are top-notch, with an infinity pool that seems to melt into the surrounding vineyards, a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of the countryside, and 800-year-old olive trees that add an air of timeless beauty.||It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down and soak in the magic of Puglia. We left with full hearts, a few bottles, and every intention of returning for a longer stay. Absolute perfection.

Amazing, absolutely amazing! Masseria Amastuola is beautiful and the staff are absolutely incredible.
We got married at Amastuola in June this year and first visited about 18 months prior, and from the very first visit it was clear how much the staff cared and how brilliant their service would be. They know the history of the venue, talked us through the beautiful restorations and were so happy to share wedding plans and ideas. The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful; uphill from the coast you get a lovely sea breeze as you look out across vineyards and farmland to the sea. The restorations and decoration of the Masseria are gorgeous, you really don’t need to add much/anything on your wedding day because the venue speaks for itself.
When we returned for food tasting we asked to revisit rooms to make sure we allocated guests accordingly and they were happy to oblige. The chef and waiting staff at the food tastings were fantastic, super knowledgeable and very personable, you really understood that they cared about what they were serving. Part of the care was serving delicious traditional Puglian food, it was all spectacular. Myself and other guests have allergies and they were amazing at accommodating for us without ever feeling like it was a problem. The cherry on top of the cake is that Amastuola wine is absolutely delicious!
We had the Masseria exclusively to us and our guests for 3 days for our wedding. On arrival day our guests were blown away by the beauty of the venue and the welcoming and helpful staff. It was immediately clear the Amastuola team wanted to go above and beyond to make it a special time for us. We had a couple of wedding events whilst we were there (welcome dinner, light lunch, pool party, final supper) as well as the wedding day, and every single one was perfect! They listened to what we wanted and gave great advice which resulted in the best few days ever.
Our wedding was perfect and so much better than we could have ever imagined, and that’s without doubt because of the amazing team. Thank you to Walter and all of the Amastuola team for being so fantastic, it is truly the best place with the best team! We can’t wait to go back there for the people, the views, the food, the wine, the service. It’s a very special place ❤️

Ho provato varie volte, in occasioni diverse, il ristorante di Amastuola ed ogni volta sono tornata a casa soddisfatta. Dall’accoglienza al servizio, un posto che sa di casa e dove ti senti coccolato. In Ogni piatto, fatto con materie prime rigorosamente stagionali, si assapora tutto il lavoro e l’amore che ci sono alla base. Ci tornerò sicuramente! Consigliatissimo

Masseria Amastuola non ha bisogno nè di presentazioni, nè di recensioni positive poiché, semplicemente, è un luogo meraviglioso.
Si tratta di una struttura in pieno stile pugliese, dotata di ben due piscine riservate agli ospiti dell'hotel, con ogni comfort possibile.
Un pauso particolare ai ragazzi Andrea e Alessia, davvero disponibili con il corner food a bordo piscina.
Il ristorante è di alto livello.
Il costo di questa struttura è assolutamente adeguato alla qualità e al livello del servizio offerto.

Ideal um Energie zu Tanken und um zu entspannen. Die 360° Aussicht bis hin zum Meer ist einfach magisch. Die Lage in Mitten vom Weingut trägt zum Wohlfühlen bei. Kinder jeden Alters sind herzlich willkommen, jedoch wäre es nicht meine erste Wahl, da das Hotel sich mehr um Ruhe und Wein dreht, mein Kind aber eher Action braucht :)
Personal ist sehr freundlich und gute Laune scheint nicht aufgesetzt. Restaurant kann ich auch nur empfehlen, sehr herzliche Bedienung. Extrawünsche à la "Blumen zum Geburtstag" sind auf Anfrage kein Problem, und die Info wird vom Personal in allen Bereichen mitgetragen. Erweitertes kontinentale Frühstück mit lokalen Produkten mit, wie überall in Italien, super gutem Kaffee.

Sono stato cinque giorni in Amastuola con la mia compagna e la bimba piccola ed è stato tutto perfetto. La struttura è meravigliosa e tenuta con cura, il personale sempre disponibile e gentile. Ci siamo sentiti veramente coccolati e seguiti in ogni nostra esigenza. Che dire dei vini? eccezionali!

Non penso che questo posto necessiti di una mia recensione, perché é perfetto in tutto.
Oltre ad essere in una posizione fantastica, che regala, di giorno, una vista meravigliosa, é anche estremamente elegante. Ho festeggiato in masseria il mio trentesimo compleanno ed è stato tutto perfetto.
In fase di visita e accordo per l'organizzazione della festa c'è stata cordialità, gentilezza, cura nei dettagli, atteggiamento mantenuto per tutta la serata. Il personale, nella figura del signor Gaetano prima e della sua collega poi (con la quale mi scuso, ma non ricordo il nome), tutti sono stati gentilissimi. Organizzazione perfetta e cura nei dettagli. Posto non solo da consigliare, ma da vivere pienamente per ogni singola occasione.
Ringrazio tutti per avermi saputo comprendere.
L'unico consiglio che mi permetto di dare é quello di cercare di mettere una segnaletica più luminosa, perché di sera, senza lampioni, mi è parso difficile imboccare la strada giusta.

Esperienza Perfetta, finalmente un Capodanno in cui nulla è mancato.
Con un gruppo di amici abbiamo scelto di trascorrere il 21/12 e 1/1 in questa fantastica masseria.
Tutto è stato gestito in modo impeccabile: dal primo contatto con il Direttore Filippo alla cena di qualità, al dopo cena divertente, passando per le camere accoglienti ed bel arredate e concludendo con il gustoso pranzo del 1/1.
Nessuna sbavatura nonostante il numero alto di commensali. Sto già pensando di organizzare un evento privato in questa fantastica masseria perché il servizio è stato tutto ciò che si desidera per una buona conclusione d’anno :)
Grazie Amastuola… a presto.
Ps. Non vedo l’ora di vederla d’estate e di usare quella magnifica piscina a sfioro

Ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere il pranzo di Capodanno in questa masseria e devo dire che sono rimasto complessivamente soddisfatto. La location è davvero suggestiva, immersa nella tranquillità della campagna, e il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile, contribuendo a creare un'atmosfera accogliente e rilassata.

I piatti serviti erano buoni, ben presentati e con una cura evidente nella preparazione. Durante il pranzo mi sono trovato molto bene, tanto che l'ho anche condiviso con il maitre, il quale ha mostrato interesse per il mio giudizio. Tuttavia, la serata ha avuto un risvolto meno positivo: ho avuto alcune difficoltà nella digestione, soprattutto dello stinco, che purtroppo mi ha causato un po' di disagio.

Il prezzo, purtroppo, mi è sembrato leggermente più alto rispetto a quanto ricevuto. Una nota che mi ha sorpreso è stata l'assenza di una macchinetta da caffè professionale, sostituita da una più semplice macchina a cialde, che non mi aspettavo in un contesto simile.

Nonostante queste piccole criticità, consiglio la masseria, in particolare per la bellezza della location e la cortesia del personale, che sono davvero i punti di forza del posto.

Wonderful wedding venue and winery. We all enjoyed their hospitality this week for a wedding of 50 people. Very accommodating staff and they have very nice wines on a beautiful property. Great pool and views. No fitness center. The food was also very good. Only nitpick was the guide they suggested in Matera who was bad. Definitely a great place for a stay or event.

Un lugar paradisiaco y fantástico para pasar unos días inolvidables. El hotel está situado dentro de las bodegas del vino Amastuola, un vino delicioso. Está situado en medio de viñedos y de olivos. Realmente fascinante.||El servicio es excelente, todos los trabajadores muy amables y simpáticos. Nos ayudaron a elegir buenísimos restaurantes en la zona y tambíén en otras gestiones que necesitamos.||La habitación sencillamente perfecta. De nueva construcción estaba muy limpia y estaba decorada con un diseño fabuloso. La cama muy grande y contaba con ducha y una bañera de diseño.||También si lo deseas puedes hacer una cata de vinos y lo mejor, tienen la posibilidad de enviarte el vino a España.||El desayuno también estaba muy bien, con pastas, tostadas, queso, zumos etc. Perfecto para empezar el día.||El parking está al aire libre y puedes aparcar sin problemas.||100% recomandado y volveremos. Además son pet friendly y pudimos ir con nuestro perrito Eddie que fue bienvenido y lo trataron como a un rey. Gracias por todo!!
