We recently stayed at Borga del Carato in Sicily for a friend’s wedding, and it honestly felt like stepping into a dream. The whole setting was magical from the rustic Sicilian charm of the estate to the way the venue was lit up at night for the celebration. It was the perfect backdrop for such a special occasion.

The food deserves its own mention. Every dish was bursting with authentic Sicilian flavors, beautifully presented, and served in generous portions that made the wedding feast feel truly indulgent. You could taste the freshness in everything, from the starters to the desserts.

Our room was incredibly comfortable, with a reliable air conditioner that kept things perfectly cool during the warm Sicilian days. The showers were excellent too and spotless, exactly what you want after a night of dancing or a day in the sun.

Speaking of the sun, the outdoor pool was an absolute highlight. It offered the perfect spot to cool down and relax in between wedding events, surrounded by the gorgeous landscape.

The staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay, making sure guests had everything they needed. The combination of the breathtaking venue, delicious cuisine, and thoughtful service made the whole experience feel effortless and unforgettable.

If you’re looking for a place with romance, comfort, and authentic Sicilian character, Borga del Carato is hard to beat. It gave us memories we’ll treasure long after the wedding was over

I will forever love this place. We got married here ten years ago and have revisited every single year with our children. It's a natural beauty of a hotel - the tranquility, the open space, the peace and quiet and the beautifully manicured gardens mean that little else is required to make it the little slice of heaven that it is. We go here to switch off, relax, live simply and take in every stunning corner. The staff are wonderful, the owners have become like family and the food hasn't disappointed in a decade.

Nous avons adoré ce lieu à la première seconde de notre première visite .d abord l accueil et le professionnalisme de Lelia ! Ici tout est douceur et authentique le vrai charme discret d une maison sicilienne |Les jardins ,la piscine le patio …nous avons organisé le mariage de mon fils et c était juste PARFAIT :…je recommande sans aucune hésitation

Nella media...|Buon cibo, ma le camere dovrebbero essere un po' più pulite e rimodernati i bagni. E più silenziose...||E sono rimasto deluso dal fatto che mi hanno fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno per un bambino di otto anni. Che come riportato sul sito del comune di Palazzolo Acreide, non è dovuta per i minori di anni 12 ( vedi art 6 )

La mia camera era molto carina magari un materasso più comodo qualche cuscino in più e più acqua avrebbe meritato 5 stelle. Il servizio eccellente gentilezza e cortesia al top però la mancanza degli asciugamani in piscina e le docce dopo la piscina sarebbero stati determinanti. Il posto è curatissimo incantevole e con molto verde apprezzatissimo. Manca un parcheggio coperto.

This resort is located in the middle of the Sicilian countryside. It is a converted Farm (wheat and olives and a few orange trees). The rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of hot water and good pressure. Kettle and fridge in room. There is a decent size pool with some shade available. My wife and I were there for my cousin's wedding. Breakfast was adequate. The food at the wedding reception was catered and was amazing. The place is a spa. Very relaxing and pastoral views from everywhere on the property. Can recommend this place. 4 + stars.|The local town is lovely and a must visit. Just be cautioned about a pricey cab ride to and from. Driver was pleasant. Enjoy your vacation...

We booked this magical resort/spa for our wedding and from the picture perfect structure to the absolutely Devine grounds and comfortable rooms, this place will leave an everlasting memory. Perfect for a romantic getaway and a memorable family event. The dedicated staff and management and owners will stop at nothing to leave you with a lifelong memory.

The accommodations were rustic and consistent with an out of the way Italian experience.. You are located at 10 to 15 in a drive from the local town of Noto so it is not within walking distance.|I was travelling with a bike tour along with 15 other individual bicycle riders +2 individuals from the tour company. I would’ve given this resort four stars however I was taken advantage of when I purchased an after dinner liquor for the entire group. The tour operator confirmed that the value of the liquor was perhaps €10-€15 at most while I was charged €80 for 20 extremely small shots (less than an ounce each) provided in small paper cups. Even the tour operator said he was embarrassed to let me know how much I was to be charged. This obvious gouge suggest to me that the owner may take advantage financially of his guests in other areas. Beware.

Location molto bella e giardino circostante particolarmente curato. Non all’altezza della struttura invece i servizi di accoglienza sia alla reception che nell’area benessere. Colazione nella norma ma personale dj sala poco presente. E’ un vero peccato che una struttura così bella presenti così vistose lacune nei servizi offerti agli ospiti.

Il borghetto è sito in mezzo alla campagna siracusana ed è immerso nel silenzio. La struttura antica è molto curata, così come il giardino. La piscina è grande e ben tenuta. Vi è una deliziosa cappella e una palestra carina. Una SPA è presente, ma senza vasca. È possibile fare i massaggi e l' operatrice Diana è molto professionale. Le stanze sono confortevoli, pulitissime, il personale è gentile. Il telefono non riceve affatto, ma il wifi permette di usare internet senza problemi, ad eccezione della zona piscina. La colazione è discreta, i pasti ottimi. Tre cani e una gattina danno il benvenuto agli ospiti. La proprietaria, Lelia, è molto disponibile ad assecondare qualunque richiesta e ci ha anche fatto un omaggio a fine soggiorno. Unico neo, per quanto mi riguarda, è la mancanza di parcheggio interno alla struttura, per cui occorre lasciare l' auto all' esterno, in un'area non asfaltata e piuttosto buia. Un' insegna all' ingresso sarebbe auspicabile per trovare agevolmente il luogo all' arrivo. Nel complesso, bellissima esperienza. Consigliato.

4 ore per 4 portate microscopiche. Tutto in fase di startup, tutto da rivedere. Servizio pieno di pecche e attese interminabili fra un piatto e l’altro. Nonostante tutto FREDDO.|La location invece è bella ed accogliente e sperduta belle bellissime campagne. Anche la piscina è carina ma un po’ sporca. Praticamente una Ferrari guidata malissimo.

I have nothing but praise for this secluded farm stay in Sicily. Rooms were very clean and nice. All staff was very friendly and the hotel is super pet friendly. Every morning we were served with a delicious breakfast made of genuine food. There are quiet places to walk surrounded with the sound of roaming cows. ||The only thing I can complain about is booking for rooms online. Apprently it is best to indicate the number of guests in each room even if you book a single, double, triple or quadruple room. We were charged extra for having 3 guests staying in a triple room as we didnt indicte that we wil be 3 guests in the room.

Cet agriturismo offre un cadre idyllique et bucolique. La piscine est très agréable, le petit dejeuner inclut une grande variété de produits de bonne qualité. On regrettera la salle de bains dont la taille et la propreté n’étaient pas optimaux, ainsi que le bruit des canalisations des chambres voisines. |Accueil agréable mais sans plus.

We have stayed here many times and have loved it each and every time. It is set in the middle of nowhere, with the only sounds being crickets, cowbells and children playing in the beautiful swimming pool. Very family friendly, food incredible, staff always obliging. Every inch of the place is beautiful.

Atención, no es lo que parece!!!Lo peor de todo sin duda es la limpieza, me encontré un pelo largo dentro de la cama que cien por cien seguro no era nuestro! El baño olía fatal, y se oía muchísimo la habitación de al lado. Para colmo, esta en medio de la nada, hay que conducir un montón de rato por una carretera estrecha llena de curvas para llegar. Pasé mucho miedo, porque en Sicilia conducen faltan. Hay que llevarse comida y bebida, porque no hay ningún pueblo cerca y el bar del hotel es carísimo. La piscina y el spa, que en fotos parecen muy chulos, son mas bien cutres. Es un timo para turistas despistados!
