Ein wirklich außergewöhnliches Anwesen mit ganz besonderem Charme und Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Design ist modern und stilvoll. Auch in den Zimmern merkt man sofort die durchdachte Auswahl, von der geschmackvollen Einrichtung bis hin zur hochwertigen Bettwäsche. Ein Traum ist auch, dass das Zimmer zweimal täglich hergerichtet wird. Besonders schön ist die Exklusivität des Hauses: mit nur 11 Zimmern herrscht eine wunderbar private und ruhige Atmosphäre.
Das Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auf besondere Wünsche wird sofort eingegangen. So wurde uns zum Beispiel innerhalb weniger Stunden eine individuelle Liste der besten Weingüter der Region zusammengestellt. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Ryan aus dem hoteleigenen Restaurant. Seine Weinempfehlungen und sein Service waren ausgezeichnet!
Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse wäre es schön, wenn beim Frühstück auch die zusätzlichen Speisen von der separaten Karte (z. B. Spiegeleier etc.) im Preis inbegriffen wären.
Abgesehen davon einfach fantastisch! Ein Ort zum Abschalten, Genießen und Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

An absolutely splendid hotel beautifully designed to preserve some of the original features of the buildings and surrounding landscape. Thoroughly relaxing with well appointed air conditioned bedrooms. All the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive and went the second mile to ensure our stay was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We are extremely grateful to Dario for accompanying us to the local Doctors surgery to address a medical issue, likewise other staff members such as Ryan and Luisa who were excellent in every regard. A first rate team in a wonderful establishment.

Personale sia dell'accoglienza che della colazione super cortesi. Bravo Dario nell'averci fatto da Cicerone ed averci accolto. La colazione è molto curata così come tutti gli ambienti. Ogni stanza è diversa. Relax totale nel verde e punti di "meditazione " isolati con privacy.

We had an unforgettable visit to Dimora delle Balze. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was flawless. The property is breathtaking—set among rolling hills and olive groves, the estate is a masterclass in refined, rustic luxury. Every inch of the grounds is beautifully curated, with manicured gardens, serene courtyards, and design details straight out of a magazine.

The peacefulness of the setting made it feel like a true escape. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations. Breakfast in the courtyard each morning—homemade pastries and local fruit—was a daily highlight.

But what truly sets Dimora apart is its people. The staff are its soul: gracious, warm, and genuinely attentive. From thoughtful recommendations to small acts of kindness, they made us feel not just welcomed but truly cared for. Their hospitality elevated the entire experience.

We’re already dreaming of our return. Thank you to the entire team—from the front desk to the spa and restaurant—and especially to Dario, who kindly showed us around the grounds more than once. It was deeply appreciated.

Beautiful design and location, but for this price we expected much more. Rooms|Are dark with bad ventilation. The hotel is understaffed and the same staff (sadly) seem to work long hours with no days off (the same 3 people never had breaks the entire week we were there) There is no consistent poolside service we had to chase down someone for drinks many times finding no one, again for the price range not acceptable service. The biggest problem was the hotel seemed to host private events at night and given the small size it was extremely disruptive, noisy, and we were forced to drive far outside for food (10-30 minutes) several occasions. Being a guest at a small hotel when the only restaurant on site is being used for an event made our stay difficult. The staff were nice and the location beautiful, but overall disappointing.

Wir reisen viel, und geben immer viel Geld für besondere Locations aus. Daher denke ich, dass unsere Bewertung ehrlich und fair ist. Ein wirklich tolles Anwesen, sehr geschmackvoll und man merkt und erlebt die Liebe zum Detail. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die auch gute Tipps parat haben für die umliegenden Ortschaften und für Ausflüge. Schöner Pool, schöne Rückzugsorte mit tollem Blick. Unser Zimmer (EVA) sehr schön, zugänglich über eine nett angelegte Terrasse. Zimmer eher klein und wir hatten nachts und in den Morgenstunden leider Besuch eines grösseren Tiers unter dem Dach, ganz schön laute Krabbel - und Kratzgeräusche. Na gut, ist halt ein altes Anwesen. |Ein tolles, ganz tolles Frühstück, sehr schön hergerichtet, alles frisch und die gewählten Produkte haben alle köstlich geschmeckt. |Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass man für die EIERSPEISEN extra zahlen musste und das nicht zu knapp, 14 Euro für ein Rührei in Tomatensauce?! Bei den hohen Zimmerpreisen (über 800 Euro pr Nacht für unser Zimmer!) finden wir sollte das nicht noch extra bezahlt werden....|Wir haben einmal im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen. Auch hier die Preise für die Leistung gefühlt zu hoch wenn auch alles gut geschmeckt hat. |Alles in allem ein sehr schönes stimmiges Hotel, sehr individuell aber ... zu teuer.

A very special small boutique hotel. The hotel has been created by restoring an old farmhouse, with rooms arranged in courtyards, and a separate new area for the pool and restaurant - overall a beautiful sympathetic and stylish restoration.
Dined in the restaurant one evening and this is a must - gorgeous food with a focus on local produce. They also have a small secluded spa overlooking the valley - massage was amazing. Levels of service varied a little, which was our only minor complaint.

Beautiful setting and outstanding service. We adored it. A nineteenth century manor house has been turned into a really cool boutique hotel. The view of the hills is so beautiful. The breakfasts are delicious with local produce, pastries and cakes - some of my favorite meals in Sicily. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble
