Soggiorno incantevole in un luogo magico, punto strategico di partenza per visitare le bellezze dei dintorni. Il baglio è veramente come appare nelle immagini, finemente ristrutturato, con attenzione ai dettagli. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, arredate con gusto. I proprietari, disponibili ma discreti, mettono gli ospiti a proprio agio. Consigliatissimo!

😊: Absolut unser Geschmack: sehr aufwändig restaurierte Masseria in sehr gepflegter Anlage, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, ALLES!! funktioniert!!, sehr geräumige Zimmer mit Terrasse im Obergeschoss und vista di mare.
Sehr bequeme Betten, luxuriöses Bad, dafür gibts 10 Punkte !! Frühstück lecker und reichhaltig, sehr sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Toller Strand in der Nähe, wir haben uns 4 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt!.
😢: Die Zufahrt ist eine unluxuriöse Herausforderung, in diesem Sinne ist das Ballium buchstäblich ein verstecktes Juwel ! Über Schlaglöcher und Feldwege , sehr schlecht ausgeschildert erreicht man mit viel Vertrauen in google Maps die Anlage..

😊: We loved everything about Ballium, from the beautifully renovated masseria with its super comfy beds, gorgeous bathrooms and lovely outdoor spaces to the warm courtesy and amazing hospitality of the hosts and all the staff. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. On-site restaurant with delicious home cooked meals open on weekends when busy but also many great options in nearby Avola. So much great seafood everywhere! We had a room with a spa bath which was great. The property is perfectly located to explore the southeast of Sicily and its amazing baroque cities like Modica, Ragusa, and characteristic fishing towns like Marzamemi. Syracuse is a 30 min drive north. There is a beautiful little bay for swimming just a minute’s drive from Ballium. Crystal waters, shady parking (for a fee in summer, we were there in October and no fee), or you can take your pick of the gorgeous coves along the coastline. Particularly loved the nature reserve of Vendicari. We stayed four days and it was just superb in every way..

😊: Toll eingerichteter, moderner Gebäudekomplex, wo trotzdem die Altgriechische Geschichte der Region sichtbar wird und deutlich zum Tragen kommt. Das Frühstück war top und durchgehend sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal vor Ort.

Wir haben 1 Woche die Junior Suite gebucht. Dort war sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und unser Bad mit Wellness Dusche & zwei Waschbecken war ein echtes Erlebnis. wir hatten außen eine kleine Parzelle mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten für uns zur Verfügung. Bzgl. der Räume könnte man es durch ein wenig Deko oder Wandbilder noch wohnlicher gestalten, da das Interieur so etwas „kalt“ auf uns gewirkt hat..
😢: Größter Minuspunkt für uns: An die Fenster und Türen gehören ganz klar Fliegengitter dran. Die Belastung durch Stechmücken auf Sizilien ist enorm, ich bin leider mit sehr vielen Mückenstichen nach Hause gefahren.

Punkt2, aber dafür trägt der Gastgeber nur bedingt die Schuld: Die letzten 5 Minuten Fahrtweg zum Ballium Luxury Resort führen über einen schmalen sehr schlecht ausgebauten Weg voller Schlaglöcher, das ist leider wenig „luxuriös“. Bei der Auswahl unseres Urlaubsortes wäre Avola zukünftig nicht mehr unsere erste Wahl - es ist kein besonders schöner Ort und der Strand leider zum Teil sehr dreckig..

Het is echt een prachtige B&B!!! Rustig gelegen vlakbij allerlei leuke plaatsen op 15 tot 30 minuten afstand. Anderhalve kilometer van het strand en de zee. Oude zeer mooi opgeknapte boerderij. Heel sfeervol. Kamers zijn prachtig met vide. Ontbijt is heerlijk. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Alles is schoon en sfeervol ingericht. Bedden slapen heerlijk. Wij hadden een jacuzzi erbij geboekt. Dat is echt helemaal verrukkelijk.

Quarto confortável mas so 1 travesseiro por hóspede. Banheiro sem ventilação o que permite mofo no teto e nas paredes.|Se propõe a ser "luxury" mas trocam as toalhas de 3 em 3 dias!!! Amenities só no primeiro dia sem reposição!!! Café da manhã com itens industrializados nenhum "feitos em casa" Para a Sicília com tantos deleites é uma pena.

😢: Mi sono trovata molto bene, unica "pecca" l'assenza di un bar (perlomeno a settembre), trovandosi la struttura in una posizione isolata, se si perde la colazione al mattino o se c'è una necessità in altri momenti della giornata, non c'è la possibilità di consumare nulla. Colazione buona e soddisfacente ma migliorabile dato lo standard..

😊: Absolutely perfect. The place looks much better than in the pictures. Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Keep in mind that you are in the countryside and it is very possible to have uninvited guests - a few centipedes appeared at our place. Nevertheless, I recommend it..

Un antico podere dell 1.800 completamente ristrutturato, un ambiente fine, elegante, ma al tempo stesso così accogliente, magico e caldo ke non lo lasceresti più. La conduzione, sia dei gestori ke del personale, è semplicemente meravigliosa, ti fa sentire proprio a casa, con tantissime attenzioni e coccole... nulla lasciato al caso. 😊: Het is een mooi gerestaureerd landhuis met luxe kamers en heerlijk rustig gelegen. De locatie is goed voor uitstapjes naar de prachtige steden Syracuse en Noto. Heel mooi zandstrand op korte afstand van het verblijf. Het personeel en management is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam!.

Le lieu est calme et apaisant, on s’y sent comme à la maison.

Non saprei da cosa cominciare , posto meraviglioso . Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per caso, era la prima volta in Sicilia ma quando siamo arrivati (la strada per arrivare è buia di notte e non si capisce bene dove ti trovi) siamo rimasti sorpresi! Alla mattina sembrava tutto finto dalla bellezza e la cura che hanno nel mantenere il giardino! Struttura con tutti comfort , stanza grande ma sopratutto letti grandi e comodissimi cosa da notare il toper sopra il materasso che fa la differenza TOP , si dorme da Dio e finalmente un letto con cuscini dove puoi dormire bene senza spaccarti il collo! Colazione abbondante e tutto scelto con cura eccezionale ! Beh che dire di Valerio il direttore della struttura è una vera guida turistica fidatevi dei sui consigli ..bravo ! Eravamo in 4 una famiglia con due bambini e sono stati felicissimi di tutto ! Spiagge vicinisssime , vicino a tutto Marzamemi , Noto , Scicli etc ! Nella
Struttura si può anche cenare , tutto buonissimo ma sopratutto la gentilezza di tutti ! Beh che dire tutto eccellente , vacanza indimenticabile ! CONSIGLIATISSIMO! Torneremo senz’altro !

Siamo stati al Ballium Luxury Relais con due famiglie e due bimbi piccoli (4 e 5 anni) e… che dire? È stato tutto perfetto!
Il posto è semplicemente bellissimo: curato, tranquillo, immerso nella natura e con un’atmosfera davvero rilassante. Un angolo di Sicilia che ti fa subito sentire in vacanza appena varchi il cancello.

I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo e anche noi grandi ci siamo goduti ogni momento. Le camere sono spaziose, pulitissime e arredate con gusto – quel mix perfetto tra comfort moderno e charme siciliano.

Un grazie speciale allo staff, sempre sorridente, gentile e super disponibile per ogni esigenza. Si percepisce la passione con cui gestiscono questo relais, ed è proprio questo che fa la differenza.

Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una pausa rigenerante con tutta la famiglia… ma anche per chi vuole semplicemente coccolarsi un po’ in un posto speciale.

Very modern, comfortable rooms and beds. The host Valerio listens to his guests and pays attention to detail. You do need a car to get around and do not let the mess on the roads discourage your impression of the place. Sicilia unfortunately is like that. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. My daughter enjoyed filling her own cannoli. Access to the beach must be done by car, if carrying any equipment. You park right before getting the the main road and it’s a safe walk to the beach. Must say, one of the most beautiful beaches to start a vacation, Spiaggia della Marchesa Golfo di Noto.

Spent three nights at Ballium with our daughters. They had set us a junior suite for us with an additional bed, so we were all able to stay in the same room. Fantastic experience, all the way around. The integrity of the renovation of the old farmhouse was pristine - rooms were spacious and well-designed (and modernized where appropriate - bathrooms) and, for our stay, the outdoor terrace/patio was the highlight (allowed for outdoor living / dining daily). There is also a great beach within 5 minutes of the property. We were in region for the flower festival in Noto, and this was a perfect location for us. This would be our first stop on a. return visit to Sicily. If possible, I suggest trying to contact and book directly with the Ballium team (not through an intermediary site), as they are a small, family-run property. Enjoy
