So grateful I was able to book Elisabetta to help us plan our wedding. We are an American couple that booked everything for our wedding without seeing it first. We first found our venue, Pancolina, and then the venue recommended Elisabetta for planning. She helped us greatly with seeing through all the details and connecting us with amazing vendors. We booked her in July 2023, met her for a venue tour and to meet the caterer in November 2023, and then had our wedding in May 2024. The most daunting part was figuring out transportation for 20 people from Florence to our venue in San Gimignano, but she executed it with ease!

Not only was she incredibly skilled as a planner, but she has such a kind heart. We are so lucky to have worked with her and plan our dream Tuscan wedding.

Elisabetta is a very friendly and professional wedding planner! We were recommended for Elisabetta's service by our wedding venue, and we use her service for legal wedding paperworks.

Our case is a more complicated one since my fiance and I are not only non-Italian nationals, but we are also from 2 different countries! This means Elisabetta has to liaise with different embassies and authorities. What is worse, with COVID pandemic taking place and our wedding postponed, the paperworks I acquired has expired and it required her to liaise with all the relevant authorities again.

Throughout the period, she has always been very patient and thorough in answering our questions and providing her advice, ensuring that we were not left alone and allowing us to make our decision in this crazy pandemic period.

With her professional and detail-oriented attitude, We would recommend Elisabetta's service to anyone and we are sure that anyone who uses her service will also find her very helpful and professional as we did.

When we decided to get married in Tuscany, in Monteriggioni, we were advised to talk to Elisabetta of Special Days Tuscany. Elisabetta has accompanied us in the preparation of the wedding with absolute availability and professionalism, offering the collaboration of specialists in the field (DJ, Photographer, Videographer, hairdressers ...) of the highest level.

During all the preparations we have always been in close contact (by telephone, since we live in another city), Elisabetta has offered us her knowledge of the sector, advising us and suggesting the best possible alternatives for the cerimony. The weekend, from Friday night's dinner to Sunday breakfast, took place perfectly: the wedding came exactly as we imagined it!

Elisabetta was fantastic, she helped us and our families have a wonderful day.
Our ceremony was in the Palazzo Pubblico in Siena. Coming from Ireland and not speaking Italian we found the paperwork daunting but Elisabetta guided and assisted us through it all.
She organised a great photographer, musician and hairdressers and also airport transfers and cars for the day. The restaurant she recommended and booked for us was amazing.
Everything went flawlessly even though we had thunder and lightening! We would happily recommend Elisabetta to anyone getting married in Tuscany.

We couldn't have expected a better experience with Elizabetta on our Wedding day. The service we recieved was friendly, professional and effiecent and every request made was met with a variety of options for us to choose from. Being from the UK the legal process to marry in Italy appeared daunting but Elizabetta provided clear step by step instruction of what had to be carried out in the Uk. All the potential stressors were dealt with faultlessly by Elizabetta. On the day everything was seamless. We had a small wedding with fourteen guests. Transport, restaurants and accomodation had been recommended and organised for us and our guests by Elizabetta. We would strongly recommend Special Days.

We found Elisabetta did a great job for us and made sure we had everything. We had no experience with Wedding Planners, especially one in Italy! However, Elisabetta understands English very well and also the requirements for UK citizens to be married in Italy and everything that we needed was explained very well.

During the weekend Elisabetta worked non-stop and was very accommodating making sure we had everything that we needed and that everything was prepared. She clearly knows what she is doing and is very experienced.

Elisabetta is very sociable and a calming influence. She is very easy going and we like her very much.

Our experience with Elisabetta and her colleagues was exceptional.

We hired Special Days to do the following:

Pick us up in Rome and take us to our hotel in Florence, by way of a tour of Orvieto

Arrange our wedding (including photography by Mario) in Siena

Arrange a day trip to Tuscany (San Gimignano)

Everything was done to perfection. We could not be happier with the process, the price and the results. We kept worrying that something would go wrong on this very special event and trip, but it all went so smoothly and so "Special" that we keep smiling as we talk about this wonderful experience.

We recently got married in San Gimignano and used the services of Elisabetta from Special Days. We researched wedding planner and visited San Gimignano, before selecting a wedding planner and Elisabetta was highly recommended to us. She organized the civil ceremony (booking the town hall, legal documents and paper work, translation the ceremony), hair & beauty appointments, brides bouquet, transfers for guest from airport and on the wedding day along with reception drinks after the ceremony and even organizing to ship Emma's wedding dress home while we went on honeymoon. Elisabetta was excellent; she gave us a very professional service with a personal touch as she handles and over sees everything herself. Elizabbata is very efficient and always comes back to you without delay, more importantly she delivers exactly what she commits too, there was no fault promises. Elizabetta knows all the local suppliers which as great, as we wanted to keep everything locally. She was extremely patient and understanding when Emma had to change her hair and beauty appointments more than a few times.
She is extremely friendly and her English was perfect!!!! She translated our ceremony so beautifully on the day and our guests were very impressed by her. We have no problem recommended Elizabetta for your Special Day.

My wife and I had the perfect wedding in San Gimignano this July.

We used the services of Elisabetta at Special days. She was friendly and very professional and achieved everything she said she would. She was especially helpful with the legal paperwork which required meeting several deadlines, and dealing with several embassies since I am from the UK and my wife if from Germany.

Elisabetta also has very good connections locally (for instance with the commune), so was able to secure the ceremony room in the town hall at an early stage.

Business in Italy is mostly conducted face to face so you cannot do this with a wedding planner unless you can be there in person and have time on you hands.

I wish Special days all the best in business and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm.
