Slightly disappointing ||Good points - nice countryside, clean room and breakfast was quite nice. WiFi and aircon were also good. ||Things they could improve - as a vineyard it would’ve been nice to get wine glasses and a corkscrew in the room (maybe even a half bottle of wine as a welcome gift?). You must have a car if you stay here, there are no taxis and walking anywhere would be about an hour each way, on poorly lit roads. We’d have liked to both been able to have a glass of wine but one of us had to drive every night. There’s also no small shop or restaurant here so you have to go out every night. The staff are nice enough but not very forthcoming with information, eg. We had to WhatsApp the receptionist and ask what time checkout was. Overall it was ok, would have been massively improved if there was a taxi service so we didn’t have the nightmare of parking in san gimignano or there was a little snack bar so we didn’t have to drive 20mins to get a can of coke. With it being so remote even a kitchenette or bbq outside so we could cook for ourselves one night. ||Useful info||- you will definitely need a car |- The driving can be a bit wild |- A lot of the food here is traditional Tuscan, lots of cured meat, cheese, pizza, pasta and wild boar (and limited other options)

Elke dag werden onze bedden opgemaakt en werden de handdoeken ververst.
Elke dag een lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk onthaal.

Soluzione ideale per staccarsi dalla frenesia della città, a qualche minuto di aiuto da S. Gimignano.
Stanze pulite, accoglienti e con un arredamento adeguato alla location!
Personale cordiale e molto disponibile, colazione ottima!

Cadre exceptionnel, presque un château, très calme au milieu des oliviers et des vignes. Le personnel est adorable. La chambre était confortable. Le petit déjeuner extraordinaire. La possibilité de faire une dégustation vin et huile d'olive à côté. Une piscine dans un jardin magnifiques avec de très beaux arbres. Un lieu apaisant et enchanteur.
Le seul bémol est la petite route pour y accéder qui aurait besoin d'être refaite, mais le lieu est tellement charmant qu'on finit par s'habituer à la route.

Affascinante residenza in sasso all'incirca del XII secolo, ristrutturata ed inserita in un bel parco con piscina situato tra uliveti e vigneti ed a pochissimi minuti da San Gimignano. Il nostro alloggio, dotato di due camere con bagno finestrato si è rivelato essere molto confortevole soprattutto per gli spazzi. Il personale che abbiamo trovato sul posto è stato veramente molto gentile e disponibile.
Purtoppo nel nostro alloggio mancava l'aria condizionata e non si potevano tenere le finestre aperte perché, essendo all'interno del parco, le zanzare erano veramente tante. Fortunatamente ci sono stati forniti due ventilatori. Il frigobar presente non raffrescava e le prese per la corrente elettrica erano veramente pochissime. Consiglio di portare almeno una presa multipla.
Attenzione in fase di prenotazione perché, da quanto appreso telefonicamente da una NON gentilissima interlocutrice quando ormai eravamo sul posto, la struttura è suddivisa in più corpi (B&B La Torre - Fattoria Larniano) ed i servizi cambiano da struttura a struttura. (Vedi aria condizionata)

Teilweise sind die Gebäude 900 Jahre alt.
Einsame Lage inmitten Weinbergen. Großes Park ähnliches Grundstück. Schöner Pool

Frühstück einfach aber lecker.
Kein Abendessen möglich

In die nächste Stadt etwa 10 Minuten.

Einfache Zimmer ohne TV und toskanischem Ambiente. Badezimmer relativ neu und sehr schön.

Tre stelle in totale di incoraggiamento. Servizio inesistente, appena arrivati ci mancava poco che ci mandassero via e essendo in una cantina speravo di gustare un buon calice di vino locale ma mi e' stato negato. In compenso acqua a volonta' ed un complimento alla signora Antonella della colazione molto gentile e simpatica.

Abbiamo trascorso 7 giorni in questo magnifico B&B immerso nel verde e nella quiete. Posizione ottima. Camere sempre pulite e belle. Ma il salto di qualità lo fanno le persone presenti nella struttura: Gabriella sempre con un sorriso e una battuta ad accoglierci ogni mattina per colazione. Paolo silenzioso ma attento ad ogni aspetto della struttura. E infine il pezzo forte: Carla...fin dall’accoglienza ti fa sentire a casa per la sua simpatia e schiettezza! È stata una vacanza breve ma intesa Grazie.

I went to Larniano with my family for 10 days. We stayed in apartment for 6 persons. There were 3 spacious bedrooms, cosy living room and quite big kitchen. I really enjoyed the pool, it is very close to the building. |Unfortunately there were few things missing. The apartment is located nearby a pond, so there were lots of mosquitos. It’s not such a big deal, however there weren’t any mosquito nets. It was really annoying, especially at night, because we had to keep windows open to get some fresh air. In the apartment was really hot, because there is no air conditioning. |Another minus: there wasn’t warm water in one bathroom. But it wasn’t such a problem for me, because rest of bathrooms were 100% ok.|Anyway I really enjoyed my stay. Location is phenomenal, quiet and very close to must-see places in Tuscany. Kitchen is well equiped. Outside the apartment there is a table where we spent lovely evenings :) |

We celebrated our wedding with our family and friends (70 people) at Fattoria di Larniano. It has been absolutely amazing...the beautiful rooms, tasty breakfast and wonderful place were just perfect! Especially the service and staff was outstanding. A big thank to Paolo, Francesco, Gabriella and Carla! Especially Carla, the customer assistant, made it much more special for us - thank you very much for your professionalism, service orientation, always smiling and friendliness to all of our guests. |We will come back for sure for our anniversaries ;-)! ||See you soon,|Ben & Dominik||P.S. The local wine from Panizzi is amazing and fits perfect to the location!

For a family reunion or family/ group retreat in peaceful, tranquil settings amidst the rolling hills of Tuscany/ Toscana, look no further than Larniano.
Villa Laura has 6 bedrooms. Can easily accommodate 12 adults & many children. Spacious living area to entertain or to seek privacy. Outdoor activities aplenty.... private 15 metres swimming pool, tennis court, vineyard tours, trekking or running around the estate's numerous trails, challenging uphill-downhill terrain perfectly designed for the keen trail runner.
The kitchen & dining areas are designed for self-caterers up to 12 adults & half a dozen children.

The most amazing wedding I've ever been to! The place is gorgeous and spectacular views. The town is beautiful. We had an amazing time the whole week! The views from all the rooms are just breathtaking. It's the perfect place to celebrate a wedding. It has 2 outdoor pools, tennis courts and privacy. There are vineyards and olive trees as well as a green house. There's plenty of spots around the property to get lost away from everyone and enjoy the quiet countryside. It's 15 minutes away from the town of San Gimigniano and about 1 hour away from Florence.

We booked this property through www dot larniano dot it.||Valeria, came back with availability and prices. She was also the one that met us upon arrival. Our stay was 7 days from Saturday to Saturday and we had booked the "il cipresso" apartment. The property is located about 10-15 minutes drive from San Gimignano. Having a car is needed, since it would be a bit of a far walk especially in the summer heat.||||Upon arrival Valeria upgraded us to the "LA TORRE" villa which consisted of 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms! It also has a private swimming pool and a private car entrance.||||The villa and surroundings where well kept. The villa also had a washing machine which is great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay except for small things in my opinion that could have made this a 5*||||1.) There was no AC. It was very hot during our stay 95*F each day! It was very hard to sleep at night.||2.) The Wifi was extremely slow (though this might be because of the remoteness of the location) and was only available outside of the kitchen area and not inside the house.||3.) Bed sheets or towels where not changed during our seven day stay. No cleaning was done also. I suggest they would do one change every third or fourth day for people staying seven days. Yes these can be requested but at a charge.||||Other than that I would most likely stay here again, but not sure if I would come in the dead heat of summer. Please check there website for photos of each of their apartments and villas for rent.

This villa is set up perfectly for 5-6 couples. Each bedroom has it's on en-suite bathroom, the dining areas are spacious and well decorated, the living space is divided into 3 areas for different activities, and the kitchen is well equipped. The service is wonderful; they are at your beck and call for everything. The location is only a few miles to town and all it's wonderful shops and historic buildings. Be prepared for the gravel road for the last mile or two (very typical for Tuscan villas).

We had a fantastic family vacation and the location was great. Enjoyed being close enough to drive into SanGimigano for groceries, ice cream or just a change of scenery... while also far from the tourist traps you find all over Italy in the summer. We had 4 grandparents, 2 families and a total of 5 children ranging in age from 2-10. Tennis courts, pool and all the space is great for everyone to enjoy time together but also not be on top of each other. Outside eating area was fantastic and enjoyed spending most of our time outside.

My sister nagged me for 2 years to meet her and her husband in Tuscany in 2014 with 4 other couples succumbing to her power of persuasion! I will never be able to thank her enough for what turned out to be one of the most amazing times of my life. I discovered Italy in San Giminano and Fattoria di Larniano! ||A car is a must but renting a car in Italy was daunting only in that we had never done it before. In reality it was simple and efficient. A Tom Tom is your best friend! The accommodation was easy to find and well sign posted. An hour drive from Florence past the romantic walled town of San Giminano. Driving into the villa was wonderful and full of promise for the experience we would experience. Its history exudes from its walls and surrounds, lingering just outside the visible spectrum but remains palpable. The rooms are all beautifully presented in traditional Tuscan décor, all had updated ensuite and all were lockable with own key for security.||Updated kitchen and living areas were similarly decorated and centrally located to provide a unifying group experience for everyone, yet there were many nooks and crannies for an individual to escape for some alone time if desired. ||My favourite was the loft in the ancient renovated grain tower! a climb up the steep ladder revealed a wonderful croft with quaint working windows that gave views of the surrounding country side to the horizon. even glimpses of San G itself!!||every room gave a different perspective of Arcadian Tuscan views which were to die for!! ||Make sure when planning your trip you allow for a couple of days to just Laze by the well maintained manicured pool side and enjoy the facilities which are shared with another rental house and function centre! We had a wedding while we were there which was lovely. Maria made sure that the guests did not encroach on our villa. Making us feel like we were her prime directive!||If I have to mention some draw backs, it was that WIFI was restricted to only above and outside Marias office and the unfortunate smell that perfused from 2 of the bathrooms when they were used. I suspect it was related to the septic system, and when we realised not using the bathrooms in those rooms stopped the issue we adjusted our accommodations to suite and continued unaffected. It was reported to Maria and I am sure she will ensure this is fixed for our next stay!! It is the only thing stopping me from rating this place as 5 stars!!! ||Sleeping at night was delightful with the silence of the country side and the howling of the wolf packs (dog pound... I have a wild imagination) floating through our open windows and shutters, completing our Tuscan experience!!||I would definitely stay again and wish I could bring everyone I know with me!!!

Abbiamo affittato l'appartamento Leccio per i 3 gg del capodanno (dal 30.12.2013 al 01.01.2014) ed eravamo 8 amici e 2 bambine piccole. L'appartamento è davvero grande e estremamente pulito, potevamo scegliere in quale dei 2 saloni mangiare ed eravamo comodi in entrambe le situazioni. Sia la stanza a piano terra con divano letto che la singola (modificata in doppia) erano comunque spaziose, le 2 matrimoniali adatte anche per il posto occupato dalle piccoline.2 bagni - uno con vasca e l'altro con doccia - più una stanza con wc e lavandino nel sottoscala a piano terra: quest'ultimo piccolino ma estremamente pratico. All'esterno ampio posto per parcheggiare e un giardino riparato con piscina che durante la bella stagione deve essere davvero fantastico! Grazie a Mariateresa per la sua gentilezza e molto consigliato anche perché si trova a pochi minuti da San Gimignano. Da provare!!!

la ubicación es buena el entorno precioso pero cuidado, hay un suplemento por limpieza del cual no te avisan hasta que pagas la reserva y la electricidad la cobran a precio de oro, por otro lado nos tuvieron sin televisión dos días, no vi el microondas ni la lavadora que anuncian, por lo demás bien... ah, me olvidaba la ducha funciona a cuentagotas.
