This beautiful, rustic hotel is not to be missed. Our room was large and comfortable. The service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was amazing. The views are jaw droppingly beautiful. The only negative is that there is nothing within walking distance and, during shoulder season at least, there are few transportation options. But it is a magical place and we will be back!

Tourist trap, service can't even be called service to begin with: the waiters they hired don't even know how to take an order, ask for drinks or apologize for their own mistakes. No English speaker among the staff in a "5 stars", chef always shouting from the "kitchen", food is clearly frozen or bought from a cheap company and Fiorentina is not a Fiorentina and definitely not a Chianina, probably some foreign cheap cow. The fine dining restaurant was a hospital meal, honestly, even my child would cook a better meal, at least there the servers were able to talk English. Reception: the 2 "girls" with black hair, one young, I think Elena, and one old Verginia?, honestly were very rude, the first brought us straight to our room without saying anything, the second I always found her with her phone, busy in private conversations, she didn't even hang up to answer our queries. there is much more to say, but better I stop here... STAY AWAY

Outstanding Stay in Tuscany

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is breathtaking — set in the Tuscan hills with views that don’t seem real. Everything is done to perfection: the service, the food, and the atmosphere.

Both restaurants were exceptional, offering some of the best meals I’ve had in Italy. The staff went above and beyond in every way. Florence and Siena are just an hour’s drive, and even the road there is beautiful.

Truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in — flawless in every detail. I’ll definitely be back.

Soggiorno Eccezionale in Toscana

Semplicemente eccezionale dall’inizio alla fine. L’hotel è spettacolare, immerso tra le colline toscane con panorami che sembrano surreali. Tutto è curato alla perfezione: il servizio, il cibo e l’atmosfera.

Entrambi i ristoranti sono stati straordinari, con alcuni dei migliori piatti che abbia mai provato in Italia. Il personale è impeccabile, sempre attento e professionale. Firenze e Siena si raggiungono in circa un’ora di macchina, lungo una strada splendida.

Uno dei migliori hotel in cui sia mai stato — perfetto in ogni dettaglio. Tornerò sicuramente.

A Fairytale Escape in the Heart of Tuscany

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely magical — truly like stepping into a fairytale. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The property is breathtaking, surrounded by the rolling Tuscan hills, and filled with charm, elegance, and peace.

The hotel offers an incredible variety of activities, all perfectly organized and thoughtfully designed to showcase the best of Tuscany — from cooking classes and wine tastings to relaxing pool experiences and scenic walks. Every day brought something new to discover.

We tried both restaurants, and each meal was unforgettable — beautifully presented, full of authentic flavor, and prepared with so much care. Dining here was easily among the best culinary experiences we’ve had in Italy.

The location is ideal, with Florence and Siena each about an hour’s drive away along a smooth and picturesque road. Every detail of our stay — the rooms, the service, the food, the surroundings — was flawless.

Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Italy. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so memorable. We can’t wait to return very soon to this little piece of Tuscan paradise!

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon trip. This place was amazing. So quite and beautiful. The view from pool area was breathtaking. Our room was really clean and smelled great. The staff was super helpful and was quick to meet our needs. We ate at La Terrazza restaurant on the property and the food was amazing. The waiters there were so nice and helpful. We took the cooking class that they offered with Chef Daniel and his Sous Chef Francesca. They made the experience worth while and memorable as we learned how to make homemade tagliatelle pasta and tiramisu for dessert. The complementary breakfast was great. The bar tenders at the pool bar and Borgo bar were great. One of the bartenders at the Borgo bar showed us how to make fun garnish with an orange peel that they put on their Negroni Sbgliato. The woman who showed us around when we checked in was so nice. Overall our experience here was amazing and we miss it so much. We really plan on coming back especially during the summer when they do their dinner in the piazza. It feels like you're part of a small community at Borgo Vescine and that's something really special.

Where to begin. Some of the most beautiful views surrounding the property along with the most peaceful places I've ever been. Wow. Opening the window a.m. and just hearing birds - perfect.
Rooms a little dated but still ticked all the boxes. Staff were incredible and couldn't do enough for you. Wine tasting was fantastic. Food 10/10. Exploring the grounds was fun however don't wear white/yellow walking around the vines as the bees will love you (mad running at 8a.m.). Our best bit was the truffle dogs. The experience was so pleasant. The dogs were irresistible and the guide was the nicest chap. Really enjoyed.

I had an amazing stay at il borgo Vescine. The location of the estate and its lush green surrounding with an infinity view over the green mountains is so serene and cleansing for the mind, heart and eyes. The staff made me feel am home yet in a professional manner. Stefano, the manager was so kind and seemlessly accommodated all my last minute requests. The food is so delicious in every restaurant. Don’t miss out on their organized diner, it was a charming experience where all guests connect over amazing food and wine. I made new friends up there.

Esperienza molto piacevole , il borgo è curato anche nei dettagli, l’organizzazione delle serate che varia nei giorni della settimana offrendo informazioni proposte da visionare con attenzione per diversità di prezzo location e cucina. Ne abbiamo sperimentate un paio, ambedue positive. Con la cena nella terrazza e aperitivo in limonaia abbiamo gustato una cucina di ottima quantità, raffinata e gourmet in ambiente panoramico e elegante . Indovinata la scelta dei vini grazie ai consigli della sommelier Serena. Il conto è adeguato all’offerta. Più confidenziale sia per il luogo che per il menù è stata la cena nella piazzetta con un’offerta varia e gustosa. Qualità- prezzo buona, il personale tutto è cordiale e premuroso attento alle richieste dei clienti. Bravo il signor Gionatan che ha risolto velocemente il malinteso nella prenotazione. Il proprietario potrebbe essere più cordiale
visto che noi siamo “ clienti “

No es posible explicar con palabras la belleza y exquisitez de este lugar. Es un verdadero sueño para disfrutar a pleno la Toscana. Las instalaciones son realmente de lujo, mucho mejores que en las fotos. La calidez de todo el personal, en especial Silvina y Pietro, es de destacar. Los desayunos con vista a la campiña, inolvidables. La cena entre los olivares, divina experiencia. La comida en todo momento es de alto nivel, desde los desayunos con gran variedad y calidad de productos hasta el restó y el bar. Tomamos una clase de cocina y fue una experiencia única. No se pierdan este lugar, es encantador.

Excelente opción y de buen costo para hospedarte durante un viaje en la región de la Toscana. Desafortunadamente estuvimos poco tiempo y no vivimos la experiencia completa, pero ofrecen múltiples experiencias en la visita. El risotto con trufas que probé en la cena, fue el mejor de todo el viaje.

En medio de un lugar de ensueño. El lugar tiene una ambientación única en el medio de la Toscana. Fácil para visitar desde ahí los distintos pueblo. La atención, limpieza, calidad de la comida y desayunos y la buena predisposición de su gente hace del Borgho di Vescine un lugar al cual sin dudas, quiero volver.

El hotel es muy limpio, pintoresco, estilo campo. Las habitaciones y el baño son impecables. Está rodeado de la campiña italiana con un paisaje único de la Toscana. Está inmerso en ese entorno q lo hace mágico. Tiene piscina con reposteras muy linda. Un bar y un restaurante en la terraza donde se puede disfrutar del atardecer y de un exquisito desayuno. Es un ambiente muy tranquilo y en la noche puedes disfrutar del cielo y las estrellas como nunca visto. Es ideal para ir en pareja.

Es un lugar en medio de la zona de Chianti, el ambiente es totalmente confortable y medieval, te lleva a tiempos remotos del siglo XIII en donde la|Comida y los ingredientes son tan puros y deliciosos que deseamos regresar. Fue uno de los hoteles mas esperados en nuestro viaje de bodas..habíamos tenido una experiencia súper cálida la noche anterior en IL TOSCO en Montepulciano (super recomensadble!!!) con su dueña Elena y al llegar a Il Borgo fue raro el recibimiento, se supone que ibamos a tener una linda habitación con vista a los paisajes de Rada ya que la habiamos reservado con muchos meses de antelación y lo que recibimos fue una habitación que daba como al contrafrente. El Conserje no nos prestó mucha antención, las pocas preguntas que le hicimos o no las contestó o las evadió- La verdad, una pena. Sí, tengo que destacar la atención y la predisposición del personal (salvo el Sr que nos recibió, creo que se llamaba Lorenzo)-

Hemos estado en este hotel 2 noches en Agosto. El lugar es un oasis de tranquilidad en el Valle del Chianti. Es como una pequeña aldea convertida en Hotel.|Nuestra habitación consistía en una habitación doble y una individual más el baño.|Decoración rústica, con unos techos muy altos y ahí es donde tuvimos el problema, ya que dichos techos estaban llenos de telarañas. No soy una persona que tenga fobia a las arañas, pero arañas negras enormes encontramos en la cama, suelo y mesitas de noche.|En el baño otro insecto, dos veces una especie de 100pies, por lo cual no estuvimos muy cómodos.|Nos quejamos en recepción y no le dieron importancia. La siguiente noche igual.|El desayuno bastante escaso y con productos de no muy buena calidad.|Es una pena porque el sitio es precioso y decorado con muy buen gusto. Un poco alejado, ya que para llegar siempre tienes que conducir por una carretera con muchas curvas.|Lastima del tema de los bichos y el desayuno porque sino se merecería una puntuación de 5.
