It is difficult to put in to words just how integral Francesca was in helping us create our dream wedding in Italy. When we first started planning our wedding from New York, we were overwhelmed, unsure where to begin and what order to make decisions in. From the moment we first spoke with Francesca we were immediately put at ease. She guided us every step of the way, from our first conversation, up until the final moments of our wedding weekend. Her insight into the wedding industry is unmatched, and she provided us with creative, unique and fun ideas that still stayed true to our wedding vision. In a day where the wedding industry can be so overwhelming and saturated with trending and mostly unattainable vision boards, Francesca helped us navigate our priorities and suggested the most amazing vendors while also helping us stay on track with our budget. She not only helped us plan every detail of our wedding, from timeline to flowers to seating, she also assisted in multiple additional weekend events for our guests. Our guests are still raving about our incredible winery trip near San Gimignano and the most amazing guided tour of Siena. Francesca made sure every detail on our wedding day was attended to, and kept everything running smoothly from behind the scenes. I did not feel stressed at all on our wedding day because I knew Francesca was at the helm and had everything running smoothly. We were able to have so much fun on our day with our 74 guests because of her and her amazing assistant. Francesca is not only an incredible wedding planner, but she is also a kind, thoughtful, and fun person to talk to and be around. Do not think twice about working with her to create your dream.

There are simply no words to describe the perfection that Francesca created for our recent wedding ceremony at Antico Borgo San Lorenzo. We knew she would do an amazing job, but she exceeded our expectations and pulled together the wedding weekend of our dreams. As an American bride, I was nervous about not being able to see the venue beforehand, not being able to meet the vendors and planner in person, etc. Francesca completely alleviated all of my stress, and assured me that we could trust her. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di affidarci a Francesca per il coordinamento del nostro matrimonio, e ha superato ogni aspettativa!
Ci ha seguiti con grande professionalità e attenzione in ogni fase, dal primo incontro fino al grande giorno.
Il matrimonio si è svolto in una struttura molto grande, con spazi diversi dedicati ai vari momenti della giornata. Nonostante il caldo intenso, la gestione è stata impeccabile: dal welcome drink, passando per la cerimonia, fino ad arrivare al taglio della torta, tutto è stato perfettamente organizzato.

Francesca was such a pleasure to work with!! She planned our destination wedding in Italy seamlessly and made it unforgettable. We are an overseas couple in America, and she made the planning process effortless. Francesca was always great with communication and quick to respond to us. Additionally, our work schedules are very packed, but Francesca was very accommodating and flexible with meetings. She arranged all of the vendors for us and made this process stress-free. When we arrived, we were astonished by the beauty of the villa and Francesca decorated it perfectly. She also helped us arrange a beautiful brunch at a wine vineyard which our guests raved about. The make up artist that she connected me with, Beauty on Fleek Studio, was absolutely perfect - the best make up artist i could have wished for. The wedding was the best weekend ever with memories to last a lifetime, and she helped make it a reality! I would highly recommend working with her!

Francesca was amazing in planning our dream wedding day. From start to finish she was extremely organised and sent us lots of local recommendations for suppliers/photographers etc. We had previously had a very negative experience with a wedding planner, but Francesca put us immediately at ease and never once did we feel stressed throughout the process.

Francesca catered to all of our requests (however strange some of them were), and understood exactly what we wanted for our perfect wedding day. She has an amazing eye for detail which made our day more than we’d ever dreamed of - the set up was so beautiful.

We hope that we never have to get married again, but if we do, we would definitely use Francesca.

Francesca and I started communicating through email and WhatsApp a year ago when my venue Antico Borgo San Lorenzo pointed me in her direction and choosing to work with her was the best decision made in my wedding. Francesca is very personable and is always communicating and working with you every step of the way, she makes sure you get all your details taken care of and is always one step ahead. She provided me with multiple options for each planning piece. All her vendors are fantastic and easy to work with, they will ensure you get the wedding of your dreams and have different price options. We just came back from celebrating our three day wedding affair in Tuscany last week and all our family and guests were raving on all things Francesca made happen for our celebration of love ❤️ , her attention to detail in our color palette, decoration, everything was top notch. I can’t really describe how grateful I am to have met her as I felt her warmth through every email. At times, it was just me and her planning details and if it wasn’t for her I would have been stressed out. She was our lifeline in many moments, even when she had to come rescue us the day before our welcome party when our car got a flat tire, and all shops were closed. I say totally as a bride you need a wedding planner, but not any wedding planner, you need Francesca to make sure you are enjoying every one of the events as much as we did!

We have worked with Francesca for the 1st Anniversary of our son which we wanted to organise in an intimate setting with a few close friends and family but at the same time to be elegant and celebratory and to satisfy the little and the older ones, so the brief was not a simple one.
However working with Francesca was an absolute pleasure - extremely professional, organised but also fun and enjoyable! The event itself (the garden apero, the dinner and the party) were perfect - ran smooth, with 3 options considering the weather and every little detail thought of. In particular we were extremely pleased by the decorations - gorgeous, tuscan style, simple yet sophisticated and it created the atmosphere we dreamed of and the sweet corner was an absolute hit with our guests.
She is very intuitive when it comes to preferences and small details and she has a excellent taste.
We had a wonderful time and not a worry in the world, all thanks to Francesca’s efforts. Looking forward to working with her and Divina Fortalezza as well.

Francesca was absolutely amazing. She was very organized and communicated promptly at all hours of the night and weekends. This was especially helpful as we were planning the wedding from the United States. The wedding was a four day event, with guests from around the world. She was on-site everyday to ensure that no detail was missed. The florist, photographer, bar tenders and transportation she recommended were very professional and easy to work with. She organized an e-bike wine tour for 60 riders from the venue through the Tuscan countryside with lunch, hors-d'Oeuvre, wine and olive oil tastings at two vineyards. The wedding was perfect and our guests have memories that will last a life-time.

Francesca & Simona were ESSENTIAL for our wedding. Since we were abroad, they made it possible for us to have the beautiful and personal Tuscan wedding we wanted down to the last detail. Francesca went above and beyond the normal duties of planning the actual wedding day, and guided us through the complex paperwork that we required as foreigners and all the meetings we needed in Italy and helped us submit it all in a timely manner. The actual wedding details were perfect, we gave reference images and ideas about what we wanted regarding decor and themes and Francesca perfectly understood our intentions and carefully communicated everything to the florists, makeup artists, musicians, caterers and others.
