I regret to say that our experience was deeply disappointing and, at times, very distressing. At the time we were working together, I was experiencing significant health issues, which Susana was aware of. Despite this, I was repeatedly pressured to upgrade and pay additional money even though I had already paid in full and clearly communicated what I wanted and what I could manage. The lack of sensitivity during an already difficult personal situation was upsetting.
After I declined the requested upgrades, two out of the three contracted photo/video shoots were missed without adequate explanation. Susana arrived late for our first scheduled day and missed it entirely, then asked me to extend shooting late into the evening to accommodate her late arrival, which I was unable to do the night before our wedding. On the wedding day itself, while some footage was captured, she appeared distracted and did not capture the getting-ready shots we had planned. She then left early that evening to attend another event and did not return for the following day’s scheduled photo shoot, which was entirely missed despite ideal weather conditions.
Additionally, our raw wedding footage remains incomplete, and she has refused to collaborate with us to revise the final edit or ensure the footage reflects what we requested for our wedding day. Items listed in the contract continue to be referenced as a “courtesy,” despite the fact that the contract was not fully performed.
For an event that cannot be redone, compassion, professionalism, accountability, and follow-through matter. While we were pleased with the quality of some of the work that was delivered, these issues could have been resolved with cooperation. I am unwilling to pay additional requested funds when the original contract was not fully honored. Based on the missed services, withheld footage, and lack of collaboration toward resolution, I do not recommend this photographer.

Non possiamo che consigliare Susanna a chiunque stia cercando un fotografo per le proprie nozze che sappia catturare ogni singola emozione di una giornata così speciale. Fin dal primo incontro si è dimostrata professionale, attenta ed incredibilmente empatica.
Le foto che abbiamo ricevuto sono semplicemente spettacolari: ogni scatto racconta una storia, ogni dettaglio è curato alla perfezione. La luce, i colori e le composizioni sono da sogno. Ha saputo metterci a nostro agio in ogni momento, rendendo il servizio fotografico un’esperienza divertente e naturale.
Un grande punto di forza è stata anche la capacità di immortalare momenti spontanei catturando sguardi, risate e lacrime senza mai risultare invadente. Ci siamo resi conto che aveva una capacità straordinaria di essere “invisibile" ed, allo stesso tempo, presente al punto giusto.
La consegna del materiale è stata puntuale e ci ha sorpreso per la cura dei dettagli.
Per dirla in breve gli scatti sono ancora più belli di quanto immaginassimo.
Grazie Susanna per la tua energia, la tua solarità e soprattutto per la tua capacità di aver reso unico il nostro giorno più bello!

Abbiamo conosciuto Susanna al matrimonio dei nostri migliori amici e siamo rimasti subito meravigliati riguardando le foto del loro giorno più bello.Quando poi hanno deciso di regalarci il servizio fotografico per il battesimo di nostra figlia,non potevamo che esserne felici! Era quello che volevamo...un professionista che immortalasse ogni singolo momento,per poterci godere la festa e gli invitati, senza stare con il telefono in mano !!! Certo, non è facile gestire ed entrare in relazione con un neonato, tra pianti,stanchezza,fame... Con i bambini bisogna averci pazienza e in Susanna abbiamo trovato una delicatezza e dolcezza assoluta nei nostri confronti. Per questo, le ho affidato "mia" figlia dicendole:" Fai quello che vuoi!" . Il risultato è stato favoloso.
Grazie mille per averci regalato degli scatti meravigliosi!

Hai 45 anni, sposarti è il tuo sogno fin da quando a 5 anni hai visto Cenerentola, finalmente incontri un uomo che ami e che ti ama e condivide i tuoi stessi valori e visione del mondo...è ovvio che per il tuo matrimonio nn vuoi una fotografa, vuoi LA fotografa!
Con Susanna abbiamo fatto bingo.
Le sue foto hanno un'anima, la tua, sa catturare in quello scatto l'emozione del momento...e quando le vedi ti lasciano senza fiato...
Di una foto ne faremo addirittura la testata del letto per la camera matrimoniale, tanto ci ha emozionato.
Importantissimo, ci ha guidato nelle tempistiche per cogliere la luce migliore in base alla location che abbiamo scelto per fare le foto dopo la cerimonia, è un aspetto che io e mio marito nn avevamo valutato ma fa la differenza fra un risultato bello e uno eccellente!
Importantissimo 2, Susanna è una persona garbata gentile che si arrampica pure x farti lo scatto come lo vede LEI, non per ultimo è anche molto simpatica, quindi il risultato per noi è stato un vero giorno di festa gioia e amore.
Le nostre foto saranno sempre lì a farci rivivere il giorno più bello della nostra vita.

Susanna è stata la fotografa del nostro matrimonio e dopo aver ricevuto tutte le foto posso dire che non potevamo fare scelta migliore.
Da prima della fatidica data è stata sempre presente con suggerimenti e consigli, per poi dare prova di professionalità e amore per il suo lavoro durante il giorno del matrimonio.

Wow where do I even begin. Susanna was amazing to work with! My husband and I were visiting Italy and we reached out to Susanna last minute to take some photos to capture the beauty of Tuscany. Not only was she available in 2 days, she made the entire experience a breeze! My husband is not a fan of photos however she was so easy to work with and made us feel comfortable and not awkward at all. I can actually say this is the most fun I’ve ever had on a photo shoot. The end result was nothing short of perfection! Thank you Susanna…we will cherish these photos for a lifetime!

Ci siamo sposati il 3 settembre di quest anno..dopo aver richiesto qualche preventivo in giro un nostro amico ci consiglia Susanna..già sfogliando qualche suo lavoro sul web ci eravamo innamorati di alcuni scatti.. così abbiamo deciso di prenotarla per il nostro giorno!

We had a wonderful experience with Susanna in Italy!!! She picked us up at our hotel in Tuscanny and took us to a few places to explore and take photos throughout Val d'orcia, including Pienza and Montalcino. She even set up a wine tasting and tour of a vineyard for us. We took photos in multiple sceneries and they all came out stunning! Susanna was such a joy to spend time with and the day was truly unforgettable for us. We highly recommend doing a tour with her.
