We came for a welcome dinner celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary with family and a group of 40 friends. Manager Dario and his staff set up beautiful indoor dining in the Event Hall and a cosy outdoor area for the aperitif. Paired with local wines, the Tuscan feast prepared by chef Emiliana and her team was pure perfection! My guests couldn’t stop raving about it! Stunning sunset views, vineyard fall colors formed an amazing backdrop for the unforgettable evening. We’re already thinking of coming back to stay a few days, lounge by the pool, take chef Emiliana’s cooking class, drink more wine and experience more of superb Tuscan hospitality at Borgo Argiano. Grazie mille!

אין מה לומר על המלון הזה! הבעלים/מנהל - דריו בחור מקסים ומסביר פנים, מוכן לעזור בכל תחום הצוות שירותי ועוזר בכל דבר, אמנם אין חדר אוכל אבל החדרים מכילים מטבחון ובו כל הדברים הנחוצים מכלי מטבח ועד תבלינים. חדרים מרווחים מאד ובאווירה רומנטית, בכל בוקר יש קוראוסונים וקפה באווירה רגועה, מיקום המלון מבודד אבל נקודת מוצא מצויינת לטיולים בכל חבל טוסקנה, חנייה חופשית.
הייתי חוזר בשמחה לאותו מלון שוב

There is nothing to say about this hotel! The owner/manager - Dario is a charming and hospitable guy, ready to help in every area. The staff is helpful and helpful in everything. Although there is no dining room, the rooms contain a kitchenette with all the necessary things from kitchen utensils to spices. Very spacious rooms and in a romantic atmosphere, every morning there are croissants and coffee in a relaxed atmosphere, the hotel's location is isolated but an excellent starting point for trips throughout Tuscany, free parking.
I would happily return to the same hotel again

Heerlijk verblijf en genoten van de kwalitatief goede wijn. Dario is een hele vriendelijke eigenaar en geeft persoonlijke service. Leuke wijnproeverij die tot in de puntjes verzorgd was door Francesco. Echt een aanrader om te verblijven.

We stayed at Borgo Argiano for three nights and it was lovely. I would highly recommend booking at Borgo Argiano. Everyone that worked at Borgo Argiano was fantastic, especially Francesco, the manager. Francesco was communicative and very helpful in making recommendations for activities and where to go to dinner. The apartments were well appointed with everything you’d need. The kitchen had the basics you’d need to cook a meal and was supplied with some tasty snacks, fresh fruit, and other items to help curb your appetite between meals. About 1KM from the hotel is a little village where you can get groceries, etc. The hotel was only a 10-15 minute drive from several vineyards and amazing restaurants.

The bathroom had a nice hairdryer and the shower was great with good pressure and amenities. The bed was very comfortable and had several pillows and extra blankets, though they were not needed. The apartment had split vac air conditioning systems, which were great to cool the apartment in the heat of the day. The apartment was very quiet and we had excellent sleeps.

The grounds of Borgo Argiano are stunning. A lot of thought went into the gardens and we enjoyed seeing everything that was in bloom. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool, but it looked beautiful and overlooks the rolling Tuscan hills.

Though the apartment is spacious and fantastic to hang out in, Borgo Agriano also offers a lovely lounge area with delicious espresso, breakfast pastries and great indoor and outdoor seating.

Truly a lovely place to stay with incredible hospitality. You should book a stay if you’re in the area.

My husband and I stayed at Borgo Argiano June 2025! We stayed at a few other hotels during our trip, but I must say this stay was the best! We loved everything about it! From the time we pulled up, and were greeted by Dario and his staff, through out our entire stay we felt the hospitality and genuine treatment like family, the wine tasting was fabulous, the pool is beautiful, we had a cabinet of groceries and fridge waiting for us, every morning there was coffee and breakfast items put out, they really went over and above anything we ever expected. The entire place is stunning, our room/apartment, and view was amazing. when we travel back to Italy we will only stay here only, We loved it! if we could give more than 5 stars on this post we would! We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect in the middle of the wine region, although you will need a car if you’re staying here as there isn’t a restaurant on site and the secluded location means there’s nowhere in walking distance. The rooms are spotless and beautifully furnished as are all the communal areas. The pool is gorgeous with a fantastic view across the countryside. We did the wine tour and tasting which was excellent. Everyone who worked here was friendly and helpful, from making restaurant reservations for us to sharing their knowledge on the wine tour. The wine produced here was excellent also and can be bought along with other alcoholic drinks from the reception area through an honesty bar system which you pay for on checkout. There was always coffee available in the communal area and lovely pastries at breakfast time. I would highly recommend this as somewhere to have a relaxing time, with loads of local sightseeing on the doorstep also.

Onlangs mochten wij samen een paar dagen doorbrengen op een van de meest betoverende plekken die we ooit hebben bezocht: Borgo Argiano, net buiten Siena, in het hart van Toscane. Alles aan deze plek ademt rust, schoonheid en verfijning. Vanaf het moment dat we het landgoed opreden en de glooiende heuvels vol cipressen en wijngaarden ons verwelkomden, voelden we: dit wordt bijzonder.|Het landgoed is met veel liefde en oog voor detail gerenoveerd. Elke kamer is stijlvol en warm ingericht, met respect voor de Toscaanse traditie, maar met een eigentijdse elegantie. Het uitzicht over de omliggende wijnranken, de stilte van het landschap en het zachte Toscaanse licht maakten het moeilijk om niet meteen verliefd te worden op deze plek.|Wat ons verblijf echt onvergetelijk maakte, was de hartelijke ontvangst en de uitstekende begeleiding van Francesco. Hij was niet alleen een fantastische gastheer, maar ook een gepassioneerde gids tijdens de wijnproeverij. Met kennis, enthousiasme en flair nam hij ons mee in het verhaal van Borgo Argiano en de wijnen die er met zoveel zorg worden geproduceerd.|Op het moment van ons bezoek was er geen witte wijn beschikbaar, vanwege een tijdelijke onderbreking in de oogst. Maar gelukkig konden we genieten van een prachtige selectie rosé en rode wijnen, stuk voor stuk met karakter en diepgang. Elke wijn had een eigen verhaal en Francesco wist die op een boeiende manier tot leven te brengen – van de druivensoorten en het terroir tot het rijpingsproces en de filosofie achter elke fles.|Het was extra fijn dat we de wijnen ook direct ter plaatse konden aanschaffen. Zo nemen we niet alleen mooie herinneringen, maar ook de smaken van Borgo Argiano mee naar huis.|Borgo Argiano is geen gewone vakantiebestemming; het is een plek waar je samen tot rust komt, waar je verbonden raakt met de natuur en met elkaar, en waar je echt kunt genieten van het moment.|Dank je wel, Francesco, voor je gastvrijheid, je toewijding en je liefde voor wijn. En dank aan het hele team van Borgo Argiano – jullie hebben een unieke plek gecreëerd die we voor altijd in ons hart meedragen. We komen absoluut terug.

Ein wundervolles Anwesen! Alles ist wunderschön angelegt. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts.
Die Weintour ist sehr zu empfehlen!
Es gibt morgens frische Croissants und Café.
Im Garten kann man toll sitzen.
Der Pool ist auf 26 grad temperiert und toll gelegen. Die Liegen sind sehr bequem.
Wir können dieses Anwesen wärmstens empfehlen!
Die Gastgeber sind ebenfalls erstklassig und machen einen tollen Job!

This place was incredible! |Stunning views, beautiful, clean rooms, and an all around wonderful ambiance. |Francesco who works there is wonderful; he made our trip, always smiling and gracious, and there to make your stay better! My husband and I always looked forward to seeing him.|The location is unbeatable, their products are organic (such as their homemade olive oil and wines,) and each day was better than the next.|I am writing this before we depart tomorrow, we will miss Borgo Argiano so much that we are already planning on when we can come back next!

Unser dreitägiger Aufenthalt im Borgo Argiano, unweit von Siena gelegen, war ein echtes Highlight unserer Reise. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer auf unserer Seite war, konnten wir uns bestens vorstellen, wie traumhaft es hier während der sonnigen Hauptsaison sein muss – doch selbst bei Regen versprüht dieser Ort seinen ganz eigenen Charme.

Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung bot den perfekten Rückzugsort: gemütlich, stilvoll und mit einem atemberaubenden Blick über die sanften Hügel und Weinberge der Chianti-Region. Ein echtes Stück toskanisches Lebensgefühl!

Dario und Francesco haben unseren Aufenthalt mit ihrem herausragenden Service zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Mit einer wunderbaren Mischung aus Herzlichkeit, Professionalität und absoluter Verlässlichkeit standen sie uns stets zur Seite – für jedes Anliegen, jede Frage und jeden Wunsch. Ihre Gastfreundschaft sucht wirklich ihresgleichen.

Das Frühstück – eine charmante Auswahl an süßen Kleinigkeiten – war ein liebevoller Start in den Tag. Besonders für uns als Kaffee-Liebhaber war es ein Genuss, den morgendlichen Espresso selbst zubereiten zu dürfen – ein kleines Ritual mit großem Genussfaktor.

Ein echtes Highlight war die Weinverkostung mit Francesco, der uns mit Leidenschaft durch die Weinberge und den beeindruckenden Weinkeller führte. Dabei konnten wir nicht nur viel über den Wein und seine Herstellung lernen, sondern fühlten uns fast wie Teil dieser besonderen Welt – authentisch, familiär und mitreißend.

Ob in der ruhigen Vorsaison oder zur lebhaften Hauptreisezeit: Das Borgo Argiano ist ein echter Geheimtipp – sowohl für einen kurzen Abstecher als auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unser nächstes Mal und hoffen, dass es bald sein wird.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Dario und Francesco – für eure Zeit, eure Mühe und dafür, dass ihr diesen Ort mit so viel Seele füllt.

Un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto!
Ho avuto il piacere di pernottare in questo luogo incantevole e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente. Fin dal primo momento, l’accoglienza è stata calorosa e attenta, con uno staff disponibile e premuroso. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, pulita e arredata con gusto, creando un’atmosfera rilassante e confortevole.
La posizione è ideale, perfetta per chi desidera esplorare la zona senza rinunciare alla tranquillità. Il letto era comodissimo.

My husband and I stayed at Borgo Argiano to celebrate our 25-year anniversary in August 2024. It is an exceptional property, with stunning views and well-maintained gardens. The apartments were spacious, beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The quality of the beds and linens are top-notch, highlighting their attention to every detail! The pool was a great escape from the heat with comfortable loungers, a perfect oasis. Dario and Francesco were awesome, they made us feel truly welcomed! Even provided a fruit basket and a welcome bottle of wine. They were always happy to help and provided excellent restaurant suggestions. We feel truly lucky to have found this magical place. We will be back!!! Thank-you!

Hermosas villas con sus propios viñedos. |Muy limpio todo. Sus viñedos increíbles. Y sus vinos muy buenos. Vale la pena hacer degustación de vinos ahí. La alberca con vista a la Toscana. Muy romántico. Sin duda repetiríamos.
