Very grateful about the wonderful time we spent at Castello di San Fabiano.|The castello is very charming and the area is incredibly beautiful. It is a great location to explore Tuscany also visiting smaller towns.||Each morning, while we were having a delicious breakfast, Giovanni, the owner of the castello, greeted us offering the best local tips of what we should visit in each of the towns. His attention and love for this region was a highlight of our stay.|Grazie Mille!

Come ogni anno, siamo stati accolti in maniera squisita dalla familiarità e dalla cortesia dei proprietari. Dalla prima colazione con prodotti locali e preparati in casa, all'attenzione al dettaglio per un arredamento di gusto e mai fittizio, abbiamo goduto di ogni istante. Si può approfittare del silenzio e dei benefici della campagna, alloggiando in una residenza storica che non ha perso la sua identità, a due passi da Siena e le sue meraviglie, dal Chianti e dalla Val d'Orcia

We had a lovely stay here. The castle, the pool, the domain, the breakfast… all surpassed our expectations. And last but not least, the kind reception by Giovanni and the rest of the family (and dogs) reminded us of the true meaning of ‘hospitality’, which often seems a bit lost in today’s hotelworld. We can definitely recommend staying at this castle for a unique experience!

A gem! My only regret is we didn’t stay more than 3 days and we missed out on the historical tour of the property. Our suite was spacious and the bedroom was very comfortable, and the bathroom was newly renovated. The morning breakfast is delightful and owner Andrea gave insightful trips on our visits to nearby sites.

I’m going to visit again soon for a gal’s wine trip!

We hosted our wedding here over a long weekend and cannot say enough positive things about the experience!! The Fiorentini family were all so welcoming and was always available to assist us during both the wedding planning process and our stay. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are spacious and come with plenty of fans to have a cool sleep, rooms are serviced every day, and the breakfast is a selection on hand made items including honey from their property. The entire stay (and wedding day) felt like a dream! If you want to have an authentic Tuscan countryside experience, this is absolutely the place to stay! We cannot wait to come back one day as B&B guests.

Un angolo di paradiso terrestre nel mezzo della campagna senese. I padroni di casa gentilissimi ci hanno raccontato tutta la storia del castello e della famiglia facendoci sentire a casa. Le camere ricche di storia e fascino ti fanno vivere una notte da principi delle fiabe. Ma la sorpresa inaspettata e' la vista dalla Torre. Indescrivibile. Grazie mille a tutta la famiglia Fiorentini per questo breve, ma stupendo soggiorno! Unico rischio, affezionarsi troppo alla magia del Castello di S. Fabiano, crea dipendenza ....😉 Ma e' un rischio che vale la pena di correre!

Visitato domenica 26 maggio, durante la giornata gratuita per visitare le dimore storiche. Ci ha accolto il proprietario, che ci ha fatto da Cicerone lungo il percorso esterno. Panorama bello e location fantastica, adatta per cerimonie. C'è anche una piccolissima chiesa consacrata.

I'm a global traveler and have experienced many many tremendous hotels, resorts and other accommodations. ||I can not say enough about our stay. My wife, 29 year old daughter and 26 year old son had a lifetime experience. Amazing hosts! And the property was much better than expected. We loved the rooms, the spectacular breakfast and the dogs (mama) Mia and her offspring were sweet, calm and beautiful. ||The family helped us with a lot of key advice. Restaurants, towns, etc. ||Just incredible and believe me a can be demanding. 100 out of 100!

C’est une authentique expérience d’accueil dans un chateau par ses propriétaires. La propriété est magnifique et très bien tenue. Les hôtes sont absolument charmants et très bienveillants. Ils sont d’excellent conseil pour les lieux de visites, les expériences (visites de cave, de production d’huile), et les restaurants, ils ont préparé des listes et plans, et offrent d’appeler pour faire les réservations. Seul bémol pour notre séjour, le petit déjeuner était bon, mais (trop) succinct, et donnait une impression de fin de saison.

Lieu exceptionnel dans une demeure inchangée depuis des siècles. On a l'impression d'avoir fait un voyage dans le temps. Tout est authentique. Le parc et la piscine vous invitent à flâner et à contempler un cadre hors du commun.
Giovanni vous accueille avec une sincère gentillesse. Sa grande satisfaction est de vous voir à l'aise en toutes circonstances.

Sono arrivato in bicicletta in questo castello dopo svariati tentativi di prenotare in altri hotel ma tutti al completo in quanto 2 giugno. sarebbe stato completo anche questo se il giorno successivo non fosse stato prescelto per il matrimonio di una coppia. Supplicando sono riuscito a farmi ospitare, l'alternativa per la notte sarebbe stato qualche ponte. Esperienza fantastica in questo castello a livello di ospitalità e umana. Avevo fatto una recensione completa, ma forse prolissa e Google non me l'ha accettata, probabilmente violando una delle tante norme di Google a difesa degli utenti, ma sicuramente non era un post che poteva urtare le sensibilità personali. Spero di non infrangere altre regole. Se foste interessati visitate il mio profilo su Local Guides di Google Maps ottava e nona tappa del giro in bicicletta dalla Vetta d'Italia a Roma.

It is hard to overstate how beautiful this location is - the dream castle and the romantic, calm getaway in the heart of Tuscany. The family is welcoming, kind and generous with recommendations and advice on how best to visit the area. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated and cleaning is prompt. The highlight must be the breakfast with home-baked cakes and fresh cheeses from the area, to be enjoyed on the sunshine terrace overlooking the immaculate gardens and pool on the notes of Ella Fitzgerald. Definitely recommend as the perfect base to visit this gorgeous region.

We had an unforgettable stay at Castello di San Fabiano this October. I travelled all the way from Canada to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday in Italy and we visited Rome Tuscany in Venice and this was most definitely the highlight of our trip. Beatrice and Andrea made sure we had and comfortable and enjoyable stay at their gorgeous Castle. The grounds are stunning and so well-maintained and the rooms are beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and really made you feel like you were experiencing the history of the castle. There are so many beautiful pictures and antique pieces that take you back through the generations of their family. Beatrice was kind enough to give us a tour of the grounds and her and her husband really welcomed us in their beautiful home. They were so thoughtful in providing us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do in and around the area. I highly recommend that you visit this Castle if you have a chance and if you're looking for a wedding venue this is definitely the place to be. We will definitely be back again.

A truly wonderful castle with an amazing history. The hosts Andrea and Beatrice were||so helpful with lots of suggestions for day trips. The room was lovely and the breakfasts||were stunning with lots of homemade jams and home baking. Beautiful views and gardens to wonder about. The castle is very close to Siena and makes it an ideal base to get around. Our stay was very special and I can't recommend it high enough. Truly||magical!

Aprovechamos un fin de semana para conocer Siena y Florencia, y me hospedé en este encantador castillo, tanto por el lugar en sí como por la familia que lo administra. A menos de 30 minutos del centro de siena, te hospedas en un una zona campestre en la que parece haber retrocedido el tiempo. Lugar ideal para quien quiera paz y tranquilidad y la posibilidad de recorrer algunos de los maravillosos lugares que ofrece la Toscana.
