We planned for our wedding in Florence for around 2.5 years with Dash & she was amazing to work with! Even with a time difference between the US & Italy, she was very responsive and always had the answers to all our questions! She’s been in the industry for a long time, so she has many connections to vendors that I would’ve never found on my own. We even ended up changing venues in the middle of planning & she pivoted and reassured us that we could go back to square one to find our perfect venue. When my (now) wife and I decided we wanted to get married in Italy, that was pretty much all we knew. From the moment we met Dash, we felt completely at ease. Even from across the world, she guided us through every step and helped us figure out all the details we hadn’t even thought of.

She started by helping us find the perfect venue that met all of our very specific criteria — a place we never would have found on our own. Dash was absolutely incredible and truly made our wedding planning experience a breeze. From the very first meeting, it was clear how easy it was to work with her—she was always responsive to emails and had a solution for every question we threw at her. I had heard some horror stories from friends about wedding planners, but Dash made everything seem seamless and stress-free.

A huge part of why our day was so perfect was because of Dash’s expertise. We didn’t get to taste the food before the wedding, visit the venue in person, or meet the florist until the big day, but everything was exactly as we’d hoped—*even better*. I had a moment of panic when I couldn’t get my dress bustled, but Dash and her assistant worked some sort of magic, pulled out a sewing kit, and pinned it up perfectly. It was a small detail, but it was a life-saver, and honestly, I was blown away by how calm and collected they were.

The entire weekend was organized to perfection. Dash helped us choose the venue, and it truly was a dream. Every vendor she recommended was top-notch—the food, the florists, the staff, the photographer, hair and makeup—it was all spot on. The entertainment was just as incredible—our wedding band was amazing, keeping everyone dancing all night long, and the DJ did a fantastic job keeping the vibe alive during the after party. For the welcome night, Dash helped us pick a band that set the perfect tone for a relaxed yet fun evening. The string quartet during the ceremony was beautiful and added such an elegant touch. I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without her. She brought together an incredible team of vendors that made the entire weekend unforgettable.

We had the most amazing weekend, and it’s a weekend we will never forget. Our friends and family will remember it forever, too. It was truly wonderful working with Dashiell for almost two years. Throughout the entire process, we felt like we gained not just a planner but a new friend. When Charles and I decided to get married in Tuscany, we reached out to a few friends who had also married in the area. Surprisingly, none of them could recommend their wedding planner—until we spoke to our friend Nick, who had worked with Dash and spoke very highly of her.

Venue Selection: When we first meet with Dash, she offered to help us search for a venue for a small fee, with no obligation to hire her for full planning services unless we enjoyed working together. We appreciated this 'trial run' and flexibility. Dash sent us a detailed questionnaire to understand our needs like non-negotiables, budget, and vision. She then came back with 10 venues, each thoughtfully aligned with our preferences. We were extremely satisfied with this experience and hired her to be wedding planner.

Dash was communicative, honest, and exceptionally organized. She shared her professional insights allowing us to feel completely comfortable making decisions. We hosted a welcome party, wedding, and farewell brunch—and Dash and her team planned it all seamlessly.

All I have to say is wow! If you’re looking for someone to plan your wedding then look no further than Dash and her team! We are a Canadian couple that got married in Umbria at the end of September. Dash spent over a year helping to find a venue, plan our pizza party and our wedding. Planning a destination event can be quite stressful, but Dash helped to make it easy! All of the vendors she suggested were amazing, she kept us on track with due dates and payments, she was clear on timelines, and she made our vision come to life - all within our budget. Dash is very attentive to detail and organized. This shines through in how amazing our wedding was - she worked hard to make our dream into a reality.

Dash had another wedding booked for the same day as ours, but Beatrice and Mirjam from her team were absolutely amazing.
