Abbiamo trovato questo magnifico posto per puro caso ed abbiamo deciso di fermarci per un apertitivo |Offrono la possibilità di bere un ottimo vino di loro produzione ed un buon tagliere di affettati |Il posto è in un ottima posizione con vista sulle valli del Chianti ed in una zona di totale tranquillità! Torneremo sicuramente per per rimanerci qualche notte

Tuscan Vineyard – a dreamy place!
A beautiful location with stunning views of the Tuscan hills. The pool overlooking the vineyards is an absolute highlight – perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The atmosphere is amazing – peaceful, filled with the scent of vines and the sound of cicadas. Perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway, as well as families with children. Highly recommended – a slice of paradise!

My husband and I recently got married here and it was absolutely PERFECT! I cannot recommend the Casale enough - the staff are above and beyond AMAZING! So friendly and so helpful - we left feeling like family! The location, grounds and building are stunning, including the wonderful swimming pool! For the wedding it was perfect because there are 6 apartments so close relatives could stay on site. Aside from weddings, I highly recommend you visit here if you are in the area for a delicious glass of wine and to relax with the stunning views of the beautiful Tuscan countryside! I will definitely be going back to visit every year with my family. I cannot wait!

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti al Casale dello Sparviero ed è stata un’esperienza davvero speciale. Il casale, un ex convento di monaci del Seicento, oggi è una splendida azienda agricola produttrice di vino e olio.

Si trova in cima a una collina, raggiungibile dopo un suggestivo viale alberato di cipressi lungo circa un chilometro. La vista sulle colline toscane è semplicemente mozzafiato.

Le stanze sono fresche, pulitissime e arredate in stile rustico, conservando il fascino dell’antico ma con tutti i comfort moderni. La piscina a sfioro con vista sulle colline è stupenda, con acqua alla temperatura perfetta: un vero angolo di pace.

Nel soggiorno era inclusa una degustazione dei loro vini, tutti di altissima qualità: ne abbiamo acquistati diversi da portare a casa! Il personale è incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, raro trovare tanta cura e attenzione.

Un luogo unico, autentico e rilassante. L’unico piccolo “peccato” è l’assenza di un ristorante interno, ma per tutto il resto… non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

객실 좋아요. 한여름에 에어컨이 없어도 충분히 지낼만 합니다. 천정에 매달린 선풍기가 꽤 시원하고, 바람도 잘 통합니다. 6/14에도 아침에 약간 쌀쌀해서 창문을 닫아야 합니다. 대부분의 유럽 숙소가 그렇듯 화장실의 샤워부스가 좀 작습니다. 왜 이렇게 작게 만드는지... 그렇다고 샤워를 못할 정도는 아니고 충분히 할만 합니다. 엘리베이터가 없는 건 아시죠? *^^* 수영장도 수질이 좋은 것 같습니다. 소독약 냄새도 적고, 우물물을 뽑아올리는 건지 시원합니다. 평화롭고, 와이너리 투어 오시는 손님도 계속 있고, 입구 사이프러스 나무길은 지나던 차들이 내려서 사진을 찍을 정도로 멋집니다. 나무가 더 자라면 더 웅장해질 것입니다. 바라는 것이 있다면 화장실이 하나 더 있으면 좋겠고, 주방의 조명이 약간 어둡습니다. 그래서 방에서 전등을 가져다가 추가로 설치했네요. 이 숙소는 전망도 좋고, 수영장도 훌륭하고, 시에나/피렌체로 이동하기도 좋고, 쿱도 멀지않고, 와이너리도 할 수 있고, 아침 일출이나 일몰도 멋집니다. 아예 없는 건 아니지만 모기나 잡것들도 별로 없습니다. 추천하는 숙소입니다. 우리는 2025년 6/10~14까지 투숙했습니다.

The room is nice, even without air conditioning in the middle of summer. The fan hanging from the ceiling is pretty cool, and there is a good breeze. Even on 6/14 it's a bit chilly in the morning, so you have to close the window. The shower in the bathroom is a bit small, as is the case in most European accommodations. I don't know why they make it so small... but it's not so small that you can't take a shower, it's adequate. You do realize there's no elevator, right? *^^* The pool seems to have good quality water - no smell of disinfectant, and it's cool if it's well water. It's peaceful, there's a steady stream of winery tour guests, and the entrance cypress trees are nice enough that passing cars stop to take pictures. It will be even more magnificent when the trees grow bigger. If there is anything I would wish for, it would be another bathroom, and the lighting in the kitchen is a little dim, so I took a light fixture from my room and installed an additional one. The house has great views, a great pool, easy access to Siena/Pirenze, Coop is not far away, wineries to do, and the sunrise or sunset in the morning is amazing. There's not a lot of mosquitoes or bugs, although there aren't any, and I highly recommend it. We stayed from 6/10-14, 2025.

Ex convento del cinquecento posto su una collinetta cui si accede con una strada sterrata tra due file di cipressi. La posizione garantisce la massima tranquillità ed una vista incantevole. La struttura comprende le cantine di produzione dei vini tra cui il Chianti classico Paronza che veramente strepitoso ed uno shop dove si possono acquistare vino, olio, prodotti cosmetici di loro produzione. C’è anche una piscina. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in un appartamento ampio e funzionale, visitato la cantina e degusta i vini. L’atmosfera di questa location è paradisiaca, nel raggio di 15 minuti di auto si possono visitare innumerevoli borghi interessantissimi. Inoltre Malvina e Maddalena che ci hanno accolto e guidato nella degustazione e visita alla cantina sono due persone veramente speciali, che valorizzano la struttura con la loro gentilezza ed empatia. Io e mia moglie non vediamo l’ora di tornarci.

Es un paraiso soñado…la atencion de la gente, tanto Francesca su Directora, Magdalena la cual nos recibio fantasticamente y Nicolo…sin palabras, un lujo todo…la degustacion de vinos muy bien presentada por Nicolo, la belleza de las vistas que tiene el lugar…no se puede pedir mas. Recomiendo en su totalidad para quedarse unos dias y disfrutarlo.

Beautiful place with amazing views. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. We were offered a small session of wine tasting which is lovely and complemented to our enjoyable stay. A note: There was only one roll of tissue in the bathroom. For an apartment for 3 persons, it’s quite limited . I don’t know what we would do if we finished it in the middle of the night. Anyhow, overall experience was delightful, recommended 👍

Un entorno encantador. El apartamente con todo lo necesario. Limpio. Nos ofrecieron una botella de vino de su cosecha como obsequio de bien venida. Hay bastantes escalera para llegar al apartamento pero aun este pequeño inconveniente un lugar singular.

We stayed in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment here and the views from every single room were breathtaking!! The apartment was large and immaculately clean and the surrounding grounds were perfectly maintained.||The apartment itself had very well proportioned rooms and the kitchen was well equipped with a stove, oven and microwave, as well as a medium sized fridge/ freezer, although there’s no dishwasher. They provided a small complimentary bottle of wine from their winery which was a nice touch. They also provided an internal fold up washing line, which was great for the towels. Just be aware that there is one external staircase to reach the room which was quite high. ||There was a Coop supermarket a 3 minute drive away, so we made dinner in the apartment and enjoyed the view. They also let us use some fresh herbs from their garden which made it even more special.||The next day we visited the hot springs at Bagni San Filippo and went to the beautiful village of Pienza which were about 1-1.5 hrs away, so made a nice day trip and we were very happy to return back to the apartment at the end of the day. ||The receptionist was very helpful and provided pool towels quite soon after we asked. There was also ample parking on site. We were only there for 2 nights, so the room wasn’t serviced during our stay. ||The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, but it was a bit too freezing for me, as I don’t think it’s heated.||The only negatives about this stay were the terrible water pressure in the shower and that the bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortably hard (kids beds were fine).||Please also be aware that when you enter the name of the hotel into maps on the iPhone it takes you to the wrong place. You need to continue going down the road, until you see a driveway with a sign with the name “Agriturismo Casale Dello Sparviero”. I have attached a copy of the photo to my review.

En nuestro recorrido por Chianti, paramos en esta bodega, que parece que tiene también habitaciones. La opinión respecto a la bodega es desde luego magnifica. El lugar es bellisimo, los vinos excelentes (el vermentino me encantó), y el trato muy cortes y amable. Nos llevamos el maletero del coche bien cargado de botellas.

Casa rural increible rodeada de viñedos y con las mejores vistas de la Toscana. Los apartamentos son modernos, limpios, comodos y completamente equipados. El personal es muy atento y profesional y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. Sin duda uno de los lugares con mas encanto en los que me he alojado.

Paramos para comprar vino y contemplar las excelentes vistas que ofrece. El propietario nos atendió explendidamente ofreciéndonos a probar algunos de sus vinos. Dispone de un pequeño alojamiento que parece muy recomendable para pasar unos tranquilos días.

El Casale es en realidad una "azienda agrícola", que además incluye un edificio con unos pocos apartamentos, totalmente equipados, Los apartamentos ofrecen una vista única a los viñedos de propiedad de la familia que regentea el "agriturismo"; digo espectacular porque podrá disfrutar de los viñedos plantados en forma geométrica a lo largo de una superficie ondulada por las colinas circundantes. Si su preferencia turística se inclina por disfrutar la noche con el bullicio que caracteriza a los diversos pueblos medievales de la Toscana, este no es el lugar adecuado. Aquí disfrutará el panorámico atardecer en el jardín de la propiedad, tal vez acompañado de una botella de vino, obsequio de la casa. ||Importante: precisará de un vehículo para llegar al Casale y de un navegador satelital. El agriturismo proporciona las coordenadas para llegar sin problemas.
