The wine tasting at Ombroneta was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, Micol was super welcoming and friendly. We first got a tour of the cellar and then we were brought to the back patio area with absolutely stunning views for our tasting. The wine is fantastic and the view is unbeatable. This was not only our favorite stop in Tuscany, but a favorite for our entire 10-day trip across Italy. Micol, thank you for the truly unforgettable experience and thank you for helping me convince my wife to send a case home.

We recently had our 3 day wedding at Ombroneta and it was by far the most gorgeous, amazing event we could have ever envisioned! Ombroneta staff, food, service, wine, rooms, grounds, everything is beyond impressive and beautiful. Vincenzo and Massimo were nothing but helpful, a constant delight, and by the end of it truly made us feel like we had found a home in Ombroneta. Every person we encountered delivered 5 star service and made our experience and stay truly memorable!!! We were so sad to go but cannot wait to be back at this incredible property in the future!!!

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, gemeinsam mit Freunden einige unvergessliche Tage in der Casali di Bibbiano zu verbringen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von der malerischen Zypressenallee empfangen, die uns direkt in eine andere Welt führte. Die luxuriösen Zimmer sind individuell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, was unseren Aufenthalt äußerst komfortabel machte. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass wir uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause fühlten. Ein besonderes Highlight war die exquisite Küche: Jede Mahlzeit war ein kulinarisches Meisterwerk, das selbst die höchsten Erwartungen übertraf. Die ruhige und sichere Atmosphäre des Anwesens bot den perfekten Rahmen zum Entspannen und Genießen. Mit seinen weitläufigen, gepflegten Gärten und der atemberaubenden Aussicht ist die Villa der ideale Ort für Hochzeiten oder große Geburtstagsfeiern. Wir können die Ombroneta Villa wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Fantastic place! We've been coming here regularly since the new owners took over, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is incredible, with stunning architecture beautifully complemented by carefully selected accessories and artwork. I had the honor of curating a sculpture exhibition throughout the outdoor grounds, which was a truly special experience. The staff is exceptional, and the food is outstanding. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Tuscany Magic! We had the BEST week ever at Casali di Bibbiano. I've been to Tuscany before, but this place earns my highest accolades. Yes, the scenery and accommodations are exceptional (they even have air conditioning in the rooms!), but it was the staff that couldn't have been better. We were sorry to leave them at the end of our week. The food was better than the restaurants where we dined, and their love and attention to all the details and truly gracious hospitality made each of our meals very special. They were also very helpful with bike reservations, restaurant reservations in other cities, you name it. Oh, and I used the gym several times and it was top notch! Most old villas don't have that modern amenity. BRAVO! I would definitely return here again.

Stayed at the Casali back in October 2023 and loved it. We came back with a couple of friends and it got even better! It truly felt like a home away from home - except that we don't have such skilled staff at home!||Since we remembered how amazing the food was, our group opted to eat in most of the time - and couldn't have made a better decision. Chef Massimo and Marco's dinners were sublime!||We also got amazing help from Vincenzo organizing our whole week, including day trips. He had lots of ideas upfront, secured a most knowledgeable and personable guide for our Siena cultural trip, and rented additional bikes and e-bikes, with a guide, for our "Eroica" bike day trip - all neatly ready whenever we needed anything! The bike route literally touches the Casali property, and our whole day was breathtakingly beautiful. (About 65 km - totally manageable for everyone on e-bikes, and for some on regular mountain bikes, with a lovely light lunch). ||Thanks to the whole Casali team for an unforgettable week. We'll definitely want to be back!

||Once you pass the Cypress tree lined entrance that transports you into a different world, Massimo, Vincenzo and their staff welcome you like a long-time friend, taking care of your every need. Casali feels like a family estate in Tuscany where it's impossible not to completely relax and enjoy the gorgeous scenery. The place is magical. ||As is the case with true luxury, every detail is perfect but seems just naturally in place, effortlessly and without much ado. The estate as a whole celebrates the charm of Tuscany (albeit with all the amenities you can imagine); the food is outstanding (during our long Europe trip we've eaten at many Michelin-starred restaurants - Massimo's cuisine beats them all!); the rooms are individually decorated with quiet elegance; and pool and gym are amazing in case you want to relax or work off the impressive breakfast or make more room for Casali's own estate wine or the next amazing meal. ||If you're looking for a place to celebrate with a larger group of friends or just a family gathering, I can't imagine a better place. ||My personal favorite was a refreshing swim and then the view from the terrace over the valley, cappuccino in hand and quietly watching the early morning fog evaporate.

A stunning 5 star hidden gem in the center of Tuscany. Freshly renovated luxury, with absolute silence and privacy in a beautiful landscape setting. Fantastic south facing panoramic views over Tuscany and a most romantic sundowner spot on the outside terrace in the evening. The team and the chef cook performed magic and served amazing Michelin Star worthy Italian food. Absolutely delicious. Great for sports activities. Heated jacuzzi and big pool area. Fully equipped gym, brand new high performance mountain bikes, private tennis court and right next to the fantastic golf court of Club Castiglion de Bosco. A 15 min drive to lovely Montalcino and 30 min to world-famous Siena rounds it up. Can´t wait to be back next year…

Our vacation was like a “dream come true.” Massimo, Vincenzo, and the entire staff were like our family during our stay. The food was handmade and delicious! We took cooking classes, toured the winery, swam in the pool, and enjoyed the amazing views and wine! We also traveled to Sienna and other local towns. I highly recommend a long stay at the amazing Cásele di Bibbiano! We will return soon!|

In a word: “magical”. CdB was such a sublime experience. Evoking the best of movies set in Tuscany, the sights, scents, and sounds exceeded my expectations. Massimo, Vincenzo and the staff made everything perfect. The food was simply outstanding, with the added benefit of being able to learn how to make it ourselves. The vineyard is beautiful and the property just beckons elegant comfort with outstanding and inviting decor. It’s impossible not to relax and rejuvenate here. To say “highly recommended” is an understatement.

Casali Bibbiano offers everything you'd want from a vacation property in Tuscany; traditional villas, a working vineyard, vistas to die for, luxury rooms, friendly & attentive staff and a chef I wanted to pack in my suitcase back to the US... The location is perfect, a stone's throw to sleepy, charming & exquisite Buenconvento and 15 minute to Montalcino.  Sienna is also an easy 40 mins drive away.||The vineyard had just undergone a remodel before we arrived and I was impressed by the modern touches in a style in keeping with the property & Tuscany.  5* all the way.||Personal highlights were the yoga on the lawn overlooking the rolling Tuscan hills and cooking classes.  Cheese cake and branzino will never be made the same again!||In the immortal (and slightly ammended words) of the Rolling Stones "you can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you get THE TUSCAN DREAM!!!!"||

Casali Di Bibbiano is an absolute gem, and the most perfect location to spend a week (or two!)|Stunning property nestled in amongst the beautiful Tuscan countryside, with all the modern amenities you’d find in a 5-star boutique hotel. The staff are absolutely wonderful and the food is exceptional. It’s also a working vineyard, so be sure to sample their wines. They also make their own olive oil, which is the best I’ve ever tasted.

Wir haben hier vier Tage verbracht und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Die ruhige Lage, der sehr zuvorkommende Service, das herausragende Essen und die Ausstattung haben uns vollkommen überzeugt. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der gesamten Anlage ist herausragend! Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Abendessen mit den Haus eigenen Weinen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

In questo casale si può visitare la sua splendida cantina con la possibilità di degustare gli ottimi vini di sua produzione. Consigliamo vivamente l’ottima cucina dello chef Massimo sempre pronto a soddisfare in maniera impeccabile le esigenze dei clienti, veramente bravo ! Federica e Vincenzo con la sua accoglienza ti fanno sentire subito a casa ! Le camere sono pulitissime è molto confortevoli ...che dire di più!
