My husband and I spent 6 nights in this lovely hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was simply delightful - excellent (friendly but professional) service, beautiful suite, incredible views. It is a small hotel and a welcome escape from the Amalfi crowds. We felt so at home and looked after. The food is also great and the pool area, bar and reception room facilities helped to give our stay a homey feel. The hotel is also beautifully decorated with wonderful artwork and ceramics. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so memorable.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff . Located near Ravello on the left side of the mountain it’s very quiet and pleasant and have beautiful views of Ravello and Amalfi. We stayed two nights and enjoyed it very much

This place is like villa in heaven. So peaceful and beautiful. Hotel staff are very positive, helpful. They give information about traffic rules and parking before check-in which is great if you rented car. They answer all questions via mobile directly. Restaurant staff are also amazing, cheerful and talented. We also get a massage. The masseuse is also very talented, helped my wife to be relax :)

O Palazzo Pascal é um dos melhores hotéis em que já ficamos.
Viajei com a minha mulher desde Portugal e infelizmente apenas ficamos uma noite, porque se pudéssemos teríamos ficado muitas mais.
Começou com uma receção muito atenciosa, mesmo ainda antes de chegarmos, uma vez que a Flora nos foi ajudando e dando indicações relativamente à melhor forma de chegar ao hotel e de estacionarmos o carro - a simpatia de todo o staff manteve-se durante toda a nossa estadia.
Uma vez chegando ao quarto, deparamo-nos com mobiliário moderno, muito limpo e confortável.
Reservamos um quarto com Partial Sea View e efetivamente foi isso que tivemos, mas com um terraço enorme equipado com cadeiras e mesa.
A piscina e a decoração global do hotel são lindas e as vistas ainda mais bonitas são.
No Palazzo Pascal podem encontrar uma experiência 5 estrelas inserida no meio da natureza e com detalhes rústicos que tornam a estadia ainda mais inesquecível.
No final, ainda visitamos a loja de cerâmica do dono que nos ofereceu um desconto na loiça que decidimos comprar para casa.
Recomendo a experiência a toda a gente, pois foi uma das que mais apreciamos em toda a nossa viagem.

Palazzo Pascal was the highlight of my trip in Costiera.
The views are simply unbeatable, the intimate atmosphere and the friendly staff make it a staple of the region.
I recommend to check the ceramics store owned by the hotel located in Ravello.

We upgraded to the Ibisco suite. It was spacious with a kitchenette. Nice tile work. View was OK but but o full front sea view like what you see at Amalfi or Positano. The food was mediocre and overpriced. Except for one of the managers, the service was exceptional from Flora, Magdalena and Jennifer as well as Luigi, Francesco and Marco.

Palazzo Pascal is such an amazing place. I haven't even left and just felt compelled to leave a review. This team is all about hospitality, they were great at getting us set for our trip and arranged a car service direct from the airport. Incredibly friendly and organized upon arrival and throughout the whole trip. We did a very small elopement ceremony here and the took care of everything schedule wise and referrals for photography it was so nice. They recommended great places to go and different lido locations. The rooms and views are absolutely beautiful. Great if you don't want to be in almalfi congestion but still want access to everything. I'm so grateful to have found this hotel and team. We've created such a beautiful memory here that wouldn't be possible without the team at Palazzo Pascal

Perfect location with amazing views over Ravello and the Amalfi coast! Breathtaking sunsets! Definitely a 5* experience! The rooms are new and beautiful and all the staff is very attentive and helpful! Luigi and Maddalena are amazing but as well the rest of the team as well (sorry I don't remember the names) we will definitely be back!

Palazzo Pascal was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed in the Viola room and it was perfect. The view was magical and the room felt peaceful and full of small thoughtful touches. The staff were so friendly and kind, they made us feel completely at home. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with ingredients from their own garden. Everything about this place had a warm and personal feeling. I would love to come back again

My husband and I recently spent a week at Palazzo Pascal while in town for a wedding, and we were truly blown away. From the moment we booked, the experience was exceptional. The hotel management and concierge were warm, responsive, and eager to assist with every detail—even before we arrived.

When we reached the property, we were welcomed like family. The level of hospitality here is simply unmatched. The staff are not only professional and attentive but also genuinely thoughtful, often surprising us with small, personalized gifts and gestures throughout our stay—whether it was a hand-written note, fresh fruit, or a sweet local treat left in our room. These little touches made us feel incredibly special and taken care of.

The property itself is absolutely breathtaking. Set in the peaceful town of Scala, it offers spectacular views of the Amalfi Coast without the crowds of nearby Ravello. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge between wedding events and sightseeing. We appreciated being slightly removed from the tourist bustle—Scala offers serenity, authenticity, and charm.

Our room was newly renovated, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, blending modern comfort with classic Italian elegance. Everything from the linens to the lighting felt intentionally curated. The common areas of the hotel—like the gardens, terraces, and pool—are equally stunning and well-maintained.

Every meal we had on-site was fantastic, made with fresh local ingredients and served with such care. You can feel how much pride the team takes in creating an unforgettable experience for their guests.

This was honestly one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had and it really is a hidden gem in the Amalfi Coast! We left feeling grateful, relaxed, and already dreaming about our return. Grazie mille to the entire team at Palazzo Pascal for making our stay so magical—you made us feel right at home, and we can’t wait to come back.

This was the second stop of our Amalfi coast trip and it was my favorite. We were here for four days and celebrated my birthday here with a cooking class. I highly recommend the cooking class! The amenities, views and food were incredible. I will have to highlight that the staff makes you feel like you are a member of their family. They are detail oriented, friendly, and you can tell they are family and treat you like such. I highly recommend Palazzo Pascal.

E' un piccolo borgo diffuso appollaiato tra le colline di Scala in una posizione favolosa: panorama che guarda da Ravello ad Amalfi. Poche suites e tanti spazi comuni. Due i plus: l'architettura storica rimessa a nuovo con cura, su cui spiccano i decori con ceramiche artistiche di pregio (eseguite dalla stessa proprietà che lavora nel settore), ed un ristorante aperto agli esterni con un bellissimo affaccio ed una cucina mediteranea di ottima fattura.

Absolute luxury! Impeccable customer service, super stocked room with superb snacks, drinks and toiletries and the most comfortable bed ever. Dinner menu looks fabulous. The location is quite a drive but worth it for the views. The pool was the cleanest we've ever used. We can't wait to come back someday.

This hotel was absolutely incredible. Scala was our first stop of our honeymoon and the views and small town charm were exactly what we were looking for. The hotel itself is beautiful, our room & the balcony overlooking the mountains were perfect. The staff at Palazzo Pascal were the absolute best. Every staff member was kind and always willing to answer any question we had. The staff, both at the hotel and the restaurant, went above and beyond! We have never felt so appreciated at a hotel before - they have the most welcoming staff that make you feel at home. Also, our room was ready hours early which was unexpected but extremely appreciated. I’d give this hotel 10000 stars.

Es una maravilla. El edificio es precioso , las habitaciones muy bien decoradas, la piscina y el jardín increíbles. Se desayuna muy bien y las vistas desde nuestra habitación y desde la terraza eran espectaculares.
