We had the wedding of our DREAMS thanks to Wagner Tours. I truly could not of dreamed of a more magical experience. I live in Florida and planning a wedding in a different country was so overwhelming at the thought , but once I found Mario and Annamaria at Wagner tours they made every step so seamless. They have been in the business for so many years (and it’s very apparent) they guided me the entire way, and I felt supported the entire year we planned. The wedding was even more magical than I imagined. Ravello is the most beautiful little town, full of love and charm. Finding It was a true blessing. The venue Villa Eva was absolutely BREATHTAKING and I cannot imagine having my wedding anywhere else. The venue without anything added was so perfect, but Mario and Annamaria really brought my
Vision to life. From the musicians, decor ,
Flowers, photos , videos and food. Everything was 10/10. I am still pinching myself that this was my

Planning a destination wedding in Italy could have been overwhelming, but thanks to Mario Capuano, Annamaria Staiano and Sara Palumbo and their incredible expertise and dedication, it was nothing short of a dream.

From the very beginning, they made us feel completely at ease. They listened to our vision and somehow brought it to life even more beautifully than we imagined. Every detail down to the smallest touches was carefully thought out and flawlessly executed.

The entire day flowed so seamlessly. We were able to be fully present and soak in every magical moment, knowing everything behind the scenes was being handled with care and precision. From the stunning venue setup to the timing, the atmosphere, and even the unexpected surprises it was all perfect.

Our guests are still talking about how beautiful and smooth the day was, and that’s 100% because of the talent and professionalism of this team. Planning a wedding from another country is no small feat, but they made it feel effortless.
We are endlessly grateful for everything they did to make our Italian wedding so unforgettable. It was truly the best day of our lives, and we owe so much of that to them.

We also couldn’t be happier with Enrico Capuano the Photographer and Pier-Canta the Videographer. From the moment they arrived, they brought such a fun and relaxed energy that instantly made us (and all our guests) feel comfortable in front of the camera. It honestly felt like having a friend with us the entire day.

They captured everything not just the big, expected moments, but all the little in-between glances, laughter, tears, and spontaneous moments we didn't even realize were happening. The attention to detail was unreal, the way they framed each scene, caught the golden light, and noticed the tiny touches we put so much thought into really meant the world.

Looking through our photos and watching the video feels like reliving the day all over again.

Mario Capuano, Annamaria Staiano, and Sara Palumbo made planning a destination wedding feel effortless. Their professionalism, warmth, and passion for what they do shone through from day one. When we visited Ravello in May to see the venue and taste the menu, everything was already so thoughtfully prepared — we knew we were in safe hands.

Mario's communication throughout the entire process was outstanding — always prompt, detailed, and reassuring. On the day itself, everything ran perfectly. It truly was the best day of our lives, and it exceeded every expectation we had.

Mario Capuano, Annamaria Staiano, and Sara Palumbo - they went above and beyond! They planned my wedding day at Villa Eva (July 2025) and it could not have been a better experience. Very clear about timeline, budget, expectations, and options from the start of wedding planning (about 11 months out). We were in constant communication and they made our wedding day the absolute best, thinking through every detail.

We experienced some rain during the wedding day, and they were absolute pros - keeping myself and the family calm, drying off seats before the ceremony quickly, keeping the guests happy and entertained, and making sure we could flow straight back into the fun as soon as the rain passed. 11/10 would recommend them to anyone.

Additionally, we were so impressed by our photographer Enrico Capuano. My husband and I are not the best with posing and told Enrico right off the bat he would probably need to direct us! He helped us relax and the photos turned out better than we ever could have imagined! Amazing team.

Mario & Annamaria were fantastic.
They helped us have the wedding of our dreams.

Their attention to detail and their love of what they do can be seen everywhere in their work.

Annamaria is so nurturing, it felt I was being helped by my Mum and Mario is really funny and super efficient!

They went above and beyond for me. I am very fussy and they did everything they could to help me have exactly what I wanted.

I literally couldn’t recommend them more or the venue and staff at Villa Eva. It is out of this world!

To cavaet, I found wedding planing so stressful and I didn’t enjoy the process.

But stuff I wish I knew before wedding planning!

1) Mario and Annamaria are insanely cheap for what they charge. The average wedding planner in Italy is €10k plus. If you follow their process and use their packages in terms of music, food, photography etc it’s very straight forward.

I wanted my wedding to be different so i spend a lot of time researching & it was difficult for me making decisions without seeing things.

2) i stupidly went a 10 months without speaking to Mario or Annamaria and I didn’t realise that I could call Mario via Facebook!!! When Mario said go to FB, I didn’t realise this allowed for actual facetime calls. Once i had met Mario and Annamaria the process was so much better and so more fun. They got me and i got them. Without calling it was hard as so much Gets lost in mails.

As a bride you stressed about everything and honestly there is no need as both Annamaria and Mario are complete perfectionists.

3) Stuff i stressed about:

all the events around the wedding. I had a massive wedding by destination wedding standards (140 ppl) and i spent a lot of time trying to find venues for the size i needed. I was ADMENT that i had to have a beach party the day afterwards, but what i found is that none could fit our numbers otherwise it was about an hour drive.

Also I went to the venue in March ahead of our wedding to check out a beach bar, and driving down the windy roads with a hangover isn’t as fun as it sounds. For context you are looking at €12k for a beach party for 100people with transfers. Save yourself the hassles.

4) accommodation: one of the joys of ravello is everyone can stay at accommodation at a pricing point that works for them. We had 50 of our wedding guests staying at hotel giordano which wad expense but worth every penny. We were 7 mins walk to villa eva. The guests loved it.. the pool was amazing as was the breakfast. The staff were also FANTASTIC and it was super close to mario and annamaria which was SO so Helpful with the lead up to the wedding.

5) Two weeks before the wedding as Hotel Giordano was part of the same group as Villa Eva we were able to post stuff directly to Ravello! Sooo helpful!

6) Mario & Annamaria’s print recommendation - a guy called Rob was amazing! He printed all of our big welcome signs and the quality was amazing!

7) the budget! This was challenging. With packages you get options.. when you start the process it’s yes to everything… until you realise you are over!

I suggest googling wedding budgets for italy to get an idea of what things cost. Given Wagner is so cheap you need to be on top of your own budget.

8) Decor - Wagner will help you create any vision you want but you have to know what you want.

Again i found this very hard and i ended up paying friend who is in the wedding industry in South Africa to create ideas for colours and concepts as well as all the printing.

I then got my folks to bring the small printing from South Africa and we got the larger printing down in SA.

9) Final thoughts:

Mario and Annamarie arranged and did all payments to suppliers.

They managed the process on the day, they took care of EVERYTHING.

After my wedding they ever had items returned to me at Hotel Giordano.

They attended events around the wedding to make sure it went smoothly. I didn’t have to walk around with huge amounts of cash, I didn’t have to stress about the set up.. I walked in-no jokes. 100% thumbs from me. Thank you again Mario & Annamaria.

From our very first email, Mario was there, always prompt and with utmost attention to detail. He guided us through every detail, even the things we hadn’t thought of, making planning from abroad feel completely stress-free. He managed to plan our wedding in such a short time with incredible care and professionalism. His creative, joyful, and detail-oriented manner kept both us and our guests at ease, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment.

Mario didn’t just plan our wedding, he also officiated it. Our ceremony was heartfelt, intimate, and full of warmth, and it truly reflected our relationship and our love story. We will always be grateful to Mario for bringing such authenticity to our big moment that we will always cherish.

Anna Maria was the graceful orchestrator behind the scenes and also during our wedding day - thoughtful, calming, and endlessly kind. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor meant we never had to worry about a single thing.

Their presence was full of great energy - they made every shoot feel natural and had us laughing throughout the day! If you're reading this review, then you can stop your research for a wedding planner right now, because you've found him. Mario and his team organised our wedding for us in Ravello in 2025 and far exceeded our expectations.

At first you are always a little unsure when you want to plan a wedding abroad, but with Wagner we quickly realised that we were at the absolutely right address. After 30 years, they are extremely experienced, have very good service providers and always offer very good prices (save yourself the research and trust their suggestions).

What we particularly liked was the customer proximity and the humanity. Mario and Annamaria are always available, have a sense of humour and were also always present on the wedding day. With them, you don't get an off-the-peg wedding, they cater to your individual wishes.

A big thank you also goes to Enrico, our photographer, who is also extremely professional and delivered the first photos after just a short time!

Just WOW! We are absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service we received from the team at Wagner Tours, and I cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone planning a wedding in Ravello. We were married at the stunning Villa Eva in September 2024, and I had the unique experience of planning the entire wedding remotely—relying primarily on email and the occasional video call with Mario.

As someone unable to visit the venue beforehand, Mario always made me feel confident in the decisions I was making by providing a wealth of photos and videos to help me visualize each aspect of the event. Mario, along with Annamaria, was incredibly responsive and always made me feel like a priority, ensuring that my vision was brought to life exactly as I had imagined.

The wedding day itself, as well as all the events surrounding it, went flawlessly. Every detail was meticulously planned and executed, and the team's professionalism and expertise were evident at every turn. When the weather unexpectedly forced us to move our Welcome Drinks event indoors, Mario was quick to respond, securing a beautiful alternative location on the same day. The change was seamless, and the event was perfect despite the rain.

Mario and Annamaria went above and beyond, ensuring that every single aspect was tailored to our vision — Mario even provided his personal input with his decades of experience planning weddings which made everything more seamless. You can immediately tell they are experts in this business — their calm demeanor and expert guidance made the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. Unlike other wedding planners I had contacted, Mario lays out a spreadsheet with every detail on it and is very transparent from the beginning. I could immediately tell he was highly capable and experienced. Most importantly, he is EXTREMELY responsive (even with the time difference). Many times, he was chasing me to finalize details (as opposed to the other way around).

On the day of our wedding, we felt completely at ease knowing we were in such capable hands. We woke up to an extreme thunderstorm and Mario knew I was distraught at potentially hosting the wedding inside. Luckily, he calmed my fears and ensured he would do everything in his power to make it happen outside. He was so on the ball the entire wedding day, I didn’t have to do anything but enjoy the experience. He even personally laid the flowers on the floor so you wouldn't see the wet grass below. They recommended amazing vendors so I did not have to sift through lists of potential vendors. Anything I would ask about, they would have an immediate answer.

Our guests are still raving about the beautiful setup and the incredible flow of the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we are forever grateful for Mario and Annamaria’s hard work and dedication.

Still cannot believe how incredibly perfect our wedding day was! My wife and I have had a few weeks to reflect and we truly have nothing we would've changed, we enjoyed every minute of it. This was all because of Wagner Tours and the special people we were blessed with working with! Mario, Annamaria, Sarah, Enrico, Pier - such a dream team!

We were planning our wedding from the USA and definitely had our hesitation with working with people we did not know in a location we did not really know. Admittedly, we did not even get a chance to meet with the WagnerTours team in person or get to see the venue before our big day. BUT from the moment we engaged Mario and Annamaria to help us plan our dream wedding, we immediately felt at ease with how responsive and organized they were - I even miss my emails with them now that its all over..

Some could say we were lucky for everything to turn out as well as it did without seeing anything beforehand (I still cannot believe it), but I think it is truly a testament to how special Mario and Annamaria are. When we arrived in Ravello, our expectations were blown away. The team went above and beyond, they really felt like family throughout our stay in Ravello while we were preparing for the Welcome Pizza Party and of course throughout the big day at Villa Eva - which, pictures do no justice. This venue is spectacular, both the views and wedding food were incredible!
And of course I cannot go without thanking Enrico our photographer and Pier and his team for capturing all of our fun moments!

I would do it all again just to get to work with all of them again (but I think I'll stay married for awhile)

We got married in June 2024 and thanks to Mario Capuano and Annamaria Staiano it was better than in our dreams.

From the beginning they were very helpful and incredibly well organized. Everything from choosing the flowers to the gifts for the guests was easy and fluid thanks to their advice, and all the suppliers they recommended (dj, photobooth, flowers...) were great! Plus, they are all used to working together which makes everything easy during the wedding. We were lucky enough to come from France before the wedding to taste the food and wine (the food was very important for us) and we had a great time aligning the wedding details with Mario and Annamaria. All our guests told us that the food was among the best they ever had at a wedding!
Having Mario and Annamaria during our wedding was also amazing as they took care of everything and made everything seem easy. They are so efficient that we didn't have to worry about anything during the day.

All in all, our family and friends said they had an amazing experience and that it was such a great wedding.  We highly recommend working with Mario and Annamaria and we will be forever grateful to them for our wedding.

Wow, when my husband and I reflect and look back on our wedding day, it was more than we could have ever imagined. From the moment my mom and I visited Ravello to look at venues, I knew Villa Eva was our venue, not only for its obvious beauty but because of the people behind the scenes making it the most perfect day. For a full year of planning from the USA, Mario and Annamaria were so responsive, organized, and set clear exceptions. Planning a wedding from abroad can be a little daunting but they made it absolutely seamless. We can’t thank them enough for all the work and dedication they showed to put on the most perfect day. We also did the Welcome Pizza Party the night before and that was so fun with our guests. Food was absolutely fantastic. Food for wedding day/ reception was also phenomenal. Our guests still can’t stop talking about how perfect everything was, how this was the best/ nicest, most well run wedding they have ever been to. And this is all thanks to Mario and Annamaria. I also want to give a shoutout to our photographer Enrico Capuano and videographer Pier-Canta. They were absolutely amazing! Captured every moment so perfectly, made us feel comfortable, and had fun doing it. We also had Enrico at our Welcome Party which I would highly recommend. There’s not a single thing about our wedding events with Wagner Tours that I would change. We were truly left speechless after our magical wedding in Ravello. We had the most spectacular 3-day Persian wedding in Ravello. We kicked it off with an electric welcome party, then the unforgettable wedding and finally a beautiful farewell brunch. If we could give Wagner Day Tours more than 5 stars we would. As a US couple it seemed like an impossible task to get married in a foreign country, in a town we’ve never been to and would not be able to visit prior to our wedding. We put our trust into Wagner Tours and they delivered well beyond our expectations in every aspect of our wedding including during the planning process. Mario Capuano and Annamaria Staiano made it the most stress free process and actually made wedding planning enjoyable.

From the first day we contacted Wagner Tours, they immediately responded with a spreadsheet including all of the potential costs. Their transparency, response time, and professionalism throughout the year + we were planning was incredible. Mario Capuano and Annamaria Staiano are the real deal. They have found the vendors that match their quality from flowers, ceremony music, DJ, sax player, servers and bartenders, to the photographer Enrico Capuano and his photo/ video team. Enrico and his team ensured we were comfortable and took the time to take the photos and videos we wanted while offering their advice and expertise. You don’t have to worry about a thing with Wagner Tours because they will ensure everything is top quality and will steer you in the right direction with every decision you make.

Annamaria Staiano and Mario Capuano listened to our vision and made it happen. They were also patient with our indecisiveness at times and gave plenty of options and advice when needed, always making sure we were right on schedule with booking vendors and were carefully tracking the costs so there were no surprises. They don’t only help you plan the wedding, they also help with the welcome party/ rehearsal dinner, hotels, car transfers etc. for ourselves and our guests and everything they touched turned out better than we could’ve imagined.

The welcome party at Giardini Calce was the start of an incredible two days. Everything was thought out. The venue was beautiful, the staff including Gianmarco was incredible, the food was the best pizza we’ve ever had, and Mario and Annamaria made sure that everything was perfect so we had nothing to worry about. It was a flawless and beautiful night that exceeded our expectations - many guests comparing it to the quality of a wedding.

It’s hard to put into words our August 2023 wedding day. When reviews say it was a fairytale, that’s because it is beyond words. Mario and Annamaria from start to finish transported us and the guests to the most enchanting day with every detail thought of, our own vision executed flawlessly, the venue and setting that is beyond comprehension. Leaving ourselves and guests in awe. Have you ever been to a wedding where guests want to take selfies and chant the wedding planners name? Us neither until our wedding. That’s how good they are!! The venue, the food, the incredible staff at Villa Eva, the views - everything was perfect. Annamaria and her team also set up the tables and place settings, exactly as we envisioned - if not even better than our vision!

Even after the wedding, Mario and Annamaria continue to assist us in small tasks, always responding within 12 hours but usually even quicker, just like they have throughout the whole process.

Like we said - 5 stars is not enough. Wagner Tours is the real deal and you should not hesitate to book them because they will make sure to transport you and your guests to a fairytale that you will have a hard time believing afterward that it was real life because of how incredible and perfect it was.

Mario, Annamaria and the team helped us plan the best day of our lives - our wedding. I could not recommend them enough. Living in LA it was very easy to email with Mario & Annamaria - they would email me options for flowers, food, music. It was a very simple process - and in the end everything was more amazing than we expected!

The venue Villa Maria is so gorgeous, photos do not do it justice. Our guests were blown away - it exceeded our expectations.

Same with the food, I knew the food would be good because, well, we'll in Italy - but the food was incredible. My husband and I consider ourselves "food snobs" and it was literally the best wedding food we ever had. We had several guests say the same thing.
