We highly recommend Ravello Events! Angela & Rosaria were amazing.

We got married in May 2022. We were in contact for 4 years (due to Covid and two postponements) and throughout they were wonderful! Nothing was too much trouble.

We got engaged in Sorrento and when we started planning we weren’t sure if we wanted to get married in Sorrento but I noticed when researching the beautiful Ravello which needed to be explored further! I contacted one UK planner based in Sorrento and 2 Wedding planners in Ravello (one Ravello Events). The UK one in Sorrento never even responded (so glad looking back!) and out of the two planners in Ravello we went with Ravello Events. I hadn’t even asked about prices. We just felt that the initial response we received from Ravello Events was more informative, helpful and personal. We booked a trip to meet Angela and Rosaria to look at venues and the rest is history!

We got married in the Cathedral in the main square, followed by celebration drinks outside in a local bar then reception at Villa Eva.

I felt so calm on the day and Angela & Rosaria took care of everything and ensured the day ran smoothly.

They are genuine lovely ladies! Even to this day everyone compliments on what a lovely day it was. Ravello is just stunning. A magical wedding destination, your guest will be blown away.

I wish I could do it all again!

I had the pleasure of working with Ravello Events for my wedding at Villa Eva on the Amalfi Coast, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I found Ravello Events through a Google search and, out of all the wedding planners I contacted, they were the only ones who provided detailed information on different venues and were upfront with their pricing before any payment was made. Their rates were significantly more affordable than other planners I had been quoted, especially in the Amalfi Coast region.

Having never visited Italy prior to our trip and being extremely busy with work, all my communications with Ravello Events were done via email. I never had a video call or even heard their voices for an entire year. Despite this, I felt their kindness and warmth through their emails, and I knew I could trust them. They were always on top of everything, presenting me with the best vendor options and making the planning process seamless. All I had to do was say yes or no to their suggestions and handle the payments.

When we finally met in person, it was like greeting old friends. Angela and Rosaria were incredibly sweet and helpful, ensuring every detail was perfect. Our wedding at Villa Eva exceeded our expectations. Since we had never visited the venue before our wedding, it felt like we were guests at our own celebration. The event was absolutely perfect, giving the impression that we had spent a fortune, yet it was much more affordable than a wedding in the US. Our guests were amazed by the beauty and elegance of the occasion.

Angela and Rosaria are the absolute BEST! If you are planning a wedding in Ravello, you NEED to work with these ladies. I got married in Ravello in June 2018 and was blown away by how my wedding turned out. My expectations were met and beyond exceeded. Everything was perfection! Not only are Angela and Rosaria good at their jobs, they are absolutely lovely human beings. I am still in touch with them even 6 years later. My venue was villa Eva and they planned a pizza party for us for our welcome dinner the night before our wedding day at MiMi pizzeria. The welcome dinner was so well planned and MiMi’s back drop is breath taking!
Overall, my wedding planning and wedding day was stress free thanks to Ravello Events! I was able to fully enjoy my day and I will be forever grateful for Ravello Events for making my dream wedding come true!

Angela and Rosaria of Ravello Events were absolutely incredible in every way- planning any wedding can be incredibly stressful, but planning a destination wedding so far away can be even more stressful. However, they helped put me at ease with their meticulous planning, guidance and support every step of the way.

Not only did they help coordinate everything for our wedding day, but they also helped me manage everything else from the gift bags to our beach party the day before to our boat party the day after- everything went so seamlessly because of them and their kindness. Rosario and Angela were so amazing to work with! We could not have planned our wedding without them. They took care of everything we needed, including all of the legal paperwork, setting up the church, and everything for the reception. They were invaluable in helping with anything and everything we could need for planning a wedding in another country, all via email (this was before zoom)! They even helped set up a dinner the night before the wedding and a trip to Pompeii a few days after the wedding. A destination wedding was the best decision with Ravello Events by our sides!

We got married in Ravello and we worked with Angela & Rosaria from Ravello Events, who were fantastic to work with.

We planned everything in 7 months from a different country and oh boy, they made it easy.

They helped us organize multiple events and made it so easy (and fun!) for us to plan everything, despite living in the US.

Not only the day of the wedding which was like a dream but also: rehearsal dinner, bachelor/bachelorette party, boat day! I could have not done it without them. When I think I was even thinking of doing it all my self..It’s impossible! These two were life savers.

We got our dream wedding and that’s without a doubt with the help of Ravello Events.

We just had the most beautiful fairytale wedding at Villa Cimbrone in Ravello thanks to Ravello Events. Rosaria and Angela were so lovely and helped us every step along the way, from the beginning stages of planning but most importantly to the days leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding. They made sure everything was the way we wanted and they worked very hard to ensure that happened, despite last minute changes due the unforeseen weather! They worked with the Villa Cimbrone staff to ensure the events happened smoothly, seamlessly, and without a glitch! They communicated with the venue and all the vendors for us. Not a detail was missed - everything was beautifully decorated, from the flowers to the lights, lemons and limencellos at each plate setting. Truly, they helped to make our dream wedding a reality!

We got married last month in Ravello and we worked with Angela & Rosaria from Ravello Events, who were both absolutely incredible.

We planned everything in 5 months from a different continent and could not have done it without them. They were so organized and helpful - it kept us so calm and allowed us to cherish every second. They helped us organize multiple events and made it so easy (and fun!) for us to plan everything, despite living in the US.

They were on top of everything - all of the legal paperwork, the church documentation, the flowers, accommodation for guests, transportation and also giving us valuable advice and ideas on how we could make the day even better.

Throughout the day and also during all the planning, it truly felt as we were being helped by 2 friends, not just 2 professionals.

I'd dreamed of an Italian wedding long before getting engaged, however once it came to starting the actual planning, I was lost. I'd contacted numerous wedding planners, often receiving no response or a convoluted process to committing to "signing-up" ahead of a meeting or viewing the venues. After searching online, I came across Ravello Events and the whole process was seamless from the very beginning. Rosaria and Angela have been an absolute dream to work with. They provided me with guidance at all stages of the planning and supported my vision of a wedding in Ravello - a majestic little town with the most breathtaking views! They understood what I was trying to achieve for the entire wedding weekend and did everything to ensure all stages of the planning ran to schedule and were ultimately stress-free, from timely email responses to doing all the leg work with the suppliers. All really important when planning a destination wedding. They helped us with all aspects of the wedding, from booking hotels/transfers for our guests, paperwork, make-up/hair, flowers, photography, music, dinner, organising our tasting trip, etc. Their intimate knowledge of Ravello was also invaluable, and it goes without saying, but they have incredible taste.

As well as being great wedding planners, Rosaria and Angela were such a pleasure to work with and come from a place of integrity and care to ensure the day was exactly as I imagined.

When it came to the wedding day itself, they coordinated everything to ensure the day ran seamlessly and exactly to schedule (not a single glitch), as well as ensuring a beautiful set-up in the church and venue. It was all so romantic and perfect! The entire weekend exceeded all of our expectations, and as cliche as it sounds, the days celebrating were the best of my husband's and my life. We've since had so many compliments from our guests, who saw the magic we saw when we chose Ravello as the place to get married. We are so grateful to them and will hold these special memories close to our hearts. Grazie mille, Rosaria and Angela, we hope to be back to visit soon!
