A éviter ! Le 25 novembre, nous achetons sur leur site 6 allers simples Positano-Capri pour le 1er janvier. En arrivant au port, pas de bateau prévu ce jour-là. Même pas d'excuses. Nous avons dû filer à Sorrento prendre un ferry, ce qui nous a coûté 150€ de taxi qu'ils ont refusé de dédommager, et pas mal de stress.

Extremely unreliable and I would caution international travelers with a tight schedule.

1) Booked ferry trip online from Positano to Amalfi which got cancelled last minute due to weather. Was told that the only way back is to travel by car/bus (A complete lie). Other travel company is still operating. Hence we needed to buy another ticket through a different company to get back to Amalfi.

2) One day after we also booked online prior from Amalfi to Solerno which also got cancelled. Hence again we needed to buy another ticket through another company.

Cannot recommend taking their ferry. It is unreliable and they do not contact or provide heads up if they will be cancelled or not. For a stress-free trip, avoid them...

J'ai fait Salerne-Positano(3hsur place) -Capri(3h sur place) dans la même journée, car à la billetterie on ne m'a rien expliqué, j'avais pourtant demandé que Capri.
Accueil billetterie à Salerne absolument désagréable, aucune explication des tarifs ou trajets malgré de nombreuses questions, je n'en reviens toujours pas nous sommes resté bouche baie face à tant de non accueil, flou et bordel au niveau des différentes cabanes de billetterie des compagnie.
L'equipage fumait cigare et cigarette à bord du bateau... Bateau extrêmement bruyant, vibrant et odorant. Au retour pour Capri-Salerne, il y a eu presque 1h de retard, nous sommes donc arrivé à 21h...
Positif : Bateau a taille humaine (200pax max) et équipage plutôt sympathique pour certains, d'autres pas du tout. Bateau navette donc il s'arrête partout jusqu'à positano (Amalfi, menora etc) par contre on nous l'avait absolument pas précisé...

I would even give them negative 5 stars if could! Do not use them! They cancelled our trip to Positano from Capri last minute even though I confirmed with them via WhatsApp a night before (sea condition has not changed since then, it’s been windy past two days). 20mins before the scheduled time of departure, without a notice our boat got cancelled, imagine have to figure out new plan being stuck at the port with luggage for several hours waiting for the next one.
On top of that, have not received a refund yet!!

Evitate di prenotare questo servizio, perché in realtà non esiste. Abbiamo chiesto di convertire la nostra prenotazione in un voucher per poter cambiare destinazione, ma ci hanno semplicemente risposto di acquistare un nuovo biglietto. Non scrivete sul biglietto che è possibile farlo se poi non vi preoccupate nemmeno di offrire davvero questa opzione!

Avoid booking this service, as it does not exist. We requested to change our booking into a voucher so we could modify our destination, but they only replied telling us to buy a new ticket. Don’t state in the ticket that such an option is available if you’re not actually providing it!

Non solo il traghetto non è mai partito, ma hanno anche avuto il coraggio di trattenere i nostri soldi senza alcuna giustificazione. Un servizio pessimo, organizzazione inesistente e comunicazione nulla. Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di utilizzare questo servizio. The boat was really well-maintained, and our clients' engagement cruise itself went very smoothly. The pilot was friendly and helpful – a big plus.

Unfortunately, the floral decoration was a huge letdown. What we received was completely different from what we had previously arranged or the photos we received before the cruise. Instead of a spectacular arrangement, it was merely a small arrangement on the bow, which actually interfered with the use of the space and was unsuitable for the planned photo shoot. The whole thing looked very sparse and absolutely not worth the price paid.

It's a shame, because the cruise itself was a success, but due to this major disappointment with the decorations, we unfortunately can't rate the service higher than three stars.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
We booked 3 tickets from Capri to Positano and paid a month in advance. The ferry was scheduled to depart from Capri at 13:10 on August 13th. However, when we checked with the general information office, we discovered that the 13:10 ferry from Grassi Junior does not even exist. There was no communication whatsoever regarding the ferry being cancelled. It simply does not exist.

We called the number listed on the website, but were told to cancel our booking online. The problem is, the website has absolutely no link or option to request a refund or cancellation. Do not even bother with their website. It is completely useless.

Absolutely disappointing. And of course, we still have not received our refund.

Desastroso!!! Cuando llegamos a embarcar nos dijeron que se había suspendido en viaje y que además no nos reembolsaban. Teníamos que enviar un mail el cual no respondieron.

Nunca useis este servicio. Son unos ladrones y unos estafadores. Estábamos esperando al ferry que no llegó nunca. Nos quedamos sin opción de volver a casa. Nos dicen que por mala mar cuando rodos los ferrys estaban saliendo. Incluso el de Grassy Junior llegó pero se negó a llevarnos a Amalfi. La verdadera razón, que no habían vendido muchos billetes. Tuvimos que regresar en taxi, 120 euros.

We had a great trip to Capri on the group boat tour. Our captain, Francesco, was wonderful. He checked in with every passenger multiple times along the way to make sure everyone was satisfied with the trip. The boat was beautiful and comfortably fit all of us. We saw several grottos (including the blue grotto) and got to spent 4 hours on Capri. It was a fantastic day exploring the Amalfi Coast and we would do it again in a heartbeat.

El tour de la Costa Amalfitana que realizamos hoy fue una experiencia maravillosa. Muy bien organizado, cumplieron exactamente con los horarios acordados. El barco confortable.
