I had my wedding here in September 2023 while I vacationed a week with my family. I cannot express how unbelievably grateful I am to the owners of the villa, Katia and Marlon, who made every single second of our time in Furore a dream!
The villa itself is magnificent, the property is actually two villas separated by a peaceful garden. Tucked away in the Amalfi coast cliffs, it's the perfect getaway as it's not overly touristic but still close enough where you can easily get to the major hot spots. In that case you can either rent a car for your stay (she can help you) or if there is not desire to drive on the infamous amalfi coast, Katia and her family offer transportation anywhere you'd want to go. They are at your service for practically anything from the moment you check in til you check out :)
The villas have anything you could ask for- blowdryers, irons, and Katia even provided us with some little essentials for us to cook our own meals the first day! Such an unexpected and sweet gesture. The property has two hot tubs that we used during the night time and can be temperate regulated.
If you are thinking of having a wedding here or some sort of symbolic event, Katia and Marlon are the best! I started corresponding via email with Katia when I first booked the villa and she was the greatest help. It was like basically she was my wedding planner. She knows exactly what she is doing and can make any vision come to life. The day of the wedding she was like a well oiled machine and made everything happen flawlessly!! She took care of every detail, even things I had not thought about ;)
The flowers and decorations she put together left me speechless, and as our favors we had handmade ceramic magnets and homemade limoncello with our date and initials. The cutest most unique favors!! The dinner for our day was also amazing, especially if you love fresh fish.
If you are looking for anything specific to do during your stay, Katia and Marlon have a ton of ideas- boat tours, scooter rentals, pizza party at your villa, reccomendations to eat dinner, day trips, etc.
Lastly, Marlon was our wedding photographer, and he went above and beyond. I've been part of photoshoots before and I can tell a lot of effort, love, and passion went into creating these memories for us.
I can't say enough good things about this villa and this couple. Book them. You won't regret it.

We had the most wonderful stay at Katia and Marlon’s! The accomodation comfortably slept 14 people and had many areas to relax and hang out during the night and day time. Katia organised my entire wedding and left nothing for me to worry about prior to or during my wedding. We even had terrible weather warnings and she managed to move the wedding from outdoors to indoors at the restaurant next door at the very last minute! The food, florals, location and the recommendations for wedding photos were the perfect way for my partner and I to celebrate our wedding with loved ones. Katia happily arranged transport when we needed and we frequently saw her throughout our stay which enabled smooth communication. Check in and check out were seamless and the accomodation was a 15 minute walk from a market which had amazing fresh produce that we utilised for breakfast and lunch. On our last night we organised a pizza night through Katia at the house and it was absolutely delicious. We had a big group of 24 participate in this and they all said the pizza was some of the best they had eaten in Italy so far. Katia and Marlon were honestly helpful with everything we needed throughout the entire stay and we felt so comfortable in their wonderful location which boasted amazing views. I highly recommend this accomodation for anybody looking for a quiet, tucked away stay on the Amalfi coast! You won’t regret it!

Ho prenotato questa villa in occasione di un addio al nubilato ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica.
Inizio subito dicendo che la proprietaria Katia è stata eccezionale e mi ha aiutata passo passo a organizzare questi tre giorni di soggiorno molto speciali. Non avendo avuto tempo per andare a fare la spesa ci ha fatto trovare (su richiesta) molte cose per fare colazione e gli spuntini, ci ha fornito i biglietti dei pullman, consigliato una barca da affittare tutto il giorno, e organizzato una serata di pizza magica! È stato anche grazie a lei che tutto è andato nel migliore dei modi e sono stata davvero felice di essermi fidata a affidata ad una persona così disponibile.
Parlando nello specifico di Villa Danae, oltre ad avere la vista che tutti meritano di avere in costiera amalfitana, è davvero dotata di ogni comfort a cominciare da 3 posteggi annessi alla Villa e non a pagamento(che in quei posti non è da poco). Le terrazze si dividono in 2 piani. Nella prima più alta ci sta un grande idromassaggio con una doccia all’aperto e un grande Salotto sotto un pergolato, nel secondo terrazzo più basso (che è quello in cui si trova anche la casa) ci sono salottini in muratura, un grande tavolo e uno stupendo forno a legna. L’interno dispone di 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni (noi in 10 siamo state benissimo), un salone e una grande cucina.
Chiaramente durante il soggiorno siamo state sempre fuori tra stabilimento e barca ma tornare a casa era sempre bellissimo e quasi ti dispiaceva lasciarla. È per questo che consiglio a chiunque intende affittarla di ritagliarsi dei momenti per viverla. Oltre a fare lunghe colazioni vista mare, noi la prima sera siamo andate a cena in un ristorante poco lontano e al ritorno abbiamo continuato a festeggiare nell’idromassaggio. La seconda sera, invece, stremate dall’intera giornata in barca, avevamo organizzato una serata Pizza insieme a Katia (ovviamente con largo anticipo) che ha fatto venire la sua famiglia a prepararla col mitico forno a legno di cui dispone la Villa e a servircela insieme a vino della casa, limoncello prodotto da loro e una torta. Una pizza così neanche in pizzeria la mangerete!!
Insomma tutte le mie amiche sono rimaste contentissime e la futura sposa sta già pensando di riaffittare Villa Danae in futuro! Concludo col dire che, insieme ai momenti felici che abbiamo passato festeggiando le future nozze di una cara amica e la meraviglia dei posti, rimarrà il ricordo di Katia e della sua famiglia che ci ha accontentato SU TUTTO, mi ha aiutata a organizzare fino all’ultimo dettaglio e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Complimenti a tutti♥️ Ci rivedremo!

My wife & I had our wedding this weekend at Villa Danae. I cannot express how incredible our visit was. Katia & Marlon went above & beyond to ensure everything went perfectly. From arranging transportation for all of our guests, to recommending amazing experiences along the Amalfi Coast. The Villa’s were absolutely stunning, better than expected. Every detail from our bouquet’s to the delicious 4 course wedding dinner prepared by Katia’s mother was perfect! We will absolutely be coming back to visit. This was an unforgettable experience for both us & our guests. Thank you Katia, Marlon, & their family!!

Incantevole Villa dotata di tutti i comfort e con un panorama mozzafiato. Posizione strategica tra Amalfi e Positano. La dotazione di posti macchina è un ulteriore elemento positivo.
Abbiamo soggiornato in 9 persone per un addio al celibato ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica.
Katia e Marlon super gentili e disponibilissimi, offrono tutta una serie di servizi ed esperienze accessorie (cena presso la struttura, esplorazioni in barca). Noi abbiamo optato per la cena e siamo stati viziati con prodotti locali di qualità e cucinati con maestria dalla chef.

Posto incantevole con una bellissima vista mare.
Villa spettacolare, spaziosa ben arredata e corredata. Letti super comodi e 2 bagni, di cui uno con una doccia super confort. Terrazzo e solarium con idromassaggio per godersi a pieno il panorama in pieno relax. Ottima la possibilità di richiedere il catering in villa (vedi foto): abbiamo usufruito di questo servizio che consiglio vivamente oltre che per il livello eccelso del cibo anche per la disponibilità di Katia e del suo staff!

This place was amazing! My wife and I were looking for a weekend getaway to take advantage of the beautiful weather and it sure didn’t disappoint! The house was very clean, modern, spacious, and the views were breathtaking. Because of COVID the restaurants near by were closed, but Agergola was a short 10 min drive away with a bunch of restaurants open and that’s also where we drove to hike Path of the Gods. So much to do within a short drive of this house that we will definitely need to come back to finish our list! Katia and her husband Marlon were amazing host and so helpful, because of covid they set up food deliveries for us both nights that they hand delivered to us, and if we needed anything they responded instantly. This is a must book! Thanks again for hosting us!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa per una settimana, con una vista a dir poco stupenda. L'arredamento è curato nei minimi particolari, la pulizia e' impeccabile, inoltre è dotata di ogni comfort tra cui un idromassaggio sulla terrazza da dove si possono ammirare bellissimi tramonti😍 I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e disponibili facendoti sentire a casa tua. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di assaggiare la loro pizza fatta in casa, cotta nel forno a legna presso la villa, davvero FAVOLOSA! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente, grazie ancora di tutto!

Villa Danae è strepitosa..dalle terrazze si vede il meraviglioso panorama della costiera amalfitana e ogni angolo della casa è curato con tanti piccoli dettagli: la disponibilità del telo mare oltre agli asciugamani per casa, la dispensa e il frigo già forniti di cibo e bevande per la colazione, la cortesia dei padroni di casa su elargire consigli per dove andare a mangiare e cosa visitare, la jacuzzi in terrazza è la ciliegina sulla torta. Grandissima attenzione per la pulizia e cucina molto fornita.
Grazie davvero per essere riusciti a farci sentire a casa!!

La Villa è veramente stupenda: panorama mozzafiato che regala una vista mare sul Golfo di Amalfi meravigliosa.
Inoltre, anche la posizione è ottima come base per un tour della Costiera.
Le foto non rendono giustizia alla vera bellezza degli ambienti, sia esterni che interni. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli.
La Villa è accessoriata di tutto il necessario, dalle stoviglie, agli elettrodomestici, ecc...
Letti con materassi e cuscini comodissimi (il che è raro!).
L’idromassaggio in terrazza è una coccola che ti accompagna a fine giornata.
Infine, ma non per importanza la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Katia&Marlon è stata unica.
