My husband and I spent a long weekend at the W Hotel Rome and from the very beginning to the end of our stay everything was truly exceptional. The hotel is a beautiful palazzo with outstanding amenities, the gym, in particular, is excellent and the overall atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming.||The service deserves special recognition. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel cared for at every moment. Our room was stunning and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to one of the suites which made our stay even more special.||I would especially like to thank Fernanda, the General Manager and her wonderful team for creating such a memorable experience and making us feel truly at home. Special thanks go to Edwin (apologies if I misspelled his name) from the breakfast room, who consistently went the extra mile; Giuseppe, the desk manager and the team member who checked us in and with whom we enjoyed several lovely conversations. Matteo at the bar and his team were fantastic as well, always professional and welcoming.||A heartfelt thank you to the outstanding concierge team Lead Concierge Filippo, along with Flaviano and Omero for their excellent recommendations and valuable tips which greatly enhanced our stay in Rome.||Finally, do not miss the hotel’s restaurant, Giano. It is absolutely worth dining there, especially to experience the beautifully presented Sicilian cuisine that is thoughtfully explained and truly delicious.||An unforgettable stay in every sense we cannot wait to return.|Thank you again and hope to see you soon in the eternal city.

We had an amazing stay! We were upgraded to wonderful room 513 due to our ambassador status.. . .thank you! It was such a spacious and wonderful room with a terrace. All of the staff was so friendly and attentive but we have to especially thank Mateo the server at W Rome lounge. He was extraordinary, attentive and wonderful. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

I recently stayed at the W Rome and had a great overall experience. The hotel perfectly captures a cool, modern vibe—the public areas are beautifully designed and have a fantastic energy that makes you want to hang out in the lounge.|The Highlights:|• Concierge Team: A massive shoutout to the concierge desk. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was seamless.|• The Room: Our room was both stylish and comfortable. The design is chic and contemporary without sacrificing a good night’s sleep.|• Vibe: The common spaces are a 10/10. If you like a hotel with a social, trendy atmosphere, this is it.|Areas for Improvement:|• Breakfast Buffet: This was the only letdown of the stay. For a luxury hotel in the heart of Italy, the selection felt a bit underwhelming. I would have loved to see a wider variety of high-quality Italian options (local pastries, cheeses, and meats) rather than just the standard international fare.|Overall, it’s a stunning property with a world-class staff. If they can elevate the breakfast experience to match the quality of the service and design, it would be perfect.

The step at this hotel goes above and beyond to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible, and that you enjoy your stay and the city in an amazing way.

When we arrived, my son was very sick. They were so helpful. Next my husband became ill. Again, they did everything they could to assist us.

We could not have asked for a more compassionate group of people to help us navigate what should have been a long awaited vacation.

The rooms are absolutely stunning. The curtains are gorgeous, heavy velvet, and the bed linens are a super soft, incredibly high thread count.

You will feel very pampered when you stay here. We certainly did.

The W Rome is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are small which is common for Europe. It had wonderful amenities like a Dyson hairdryer, and one of the best steamers I have ever used A Full mini bar with lots of snacks. We ate each morning at the member buffet which was delicious it had a great assortment which was more like a full breakfast. Every single Person who worked at the hotel was so very kind, and accommodating. Every evening they would knock on the door just to ask if there was anything we needed. I wish I could remember the gentleman who checked me in, he was again so nice. We did eat at the pizza restaurant the night we arrived and it was delicious, and the view was amazing. We also waited to go on a tour in the bar lounge area and it was very nice. The only negative was the room had low lighting, so it was dark and I stood by the window to apply my makeup. But I would rather do that to stay at such a beautiful, and nice hotel. It was a great sanctuary in a busy city. Thank you W Rome for allowing us the privilege to stay at your wonderful hotel. I felt so pampered.

Excellent hotel. Felt welcoming at the point I stepped into the hotel. The reception staff was professional and we even had a small talk regarding my travel plans. The room itself was awesome, and needless to say, the amenities were perfect. Just a very minor issue, the lift wasn’t working at one point when I tried to tap the card, and another guest inside the lift experienced the same issue as well but we managed to sought help from the staff. The same problem happened again later on when I was checking out but managed to asked for help from the room service staff. It was a small problem, and everything else was great.

Un hoyel prqueño pero muy acogedor. Esta cerca de casi todos los lugares que hay que visitar en Roma. Hemos ido andando para visitar. Solo para ir al vaticano hemos cogido el autobus unas paradar. Muy recomendable!

Una de las mejores experiencias en hoteles que he tenido en mi vida.
Primero, el diseño y la arquitectura, es fantástico. Elegante, de lujo pero cool, cercano y amable, la cultura del servicio modernizada a un nivel humano.

La ubicación es ideal, cerca de la mayoría de puntos de interés, pero en una zona muy tranquila.
Reconocieron mi estatus platinum de Bonvoy y tuve un upgrade a una habitación Corner, que es increíble, amplia, gran diseño, hermosa vista, baño enorme. La cama es comodísima. Gran detalle tener siempre agua para beber.
Lo mejor de todo es la atención y el servicio, todas las personas fueron especialmente amables, siempre listos para resolver cualquier cosa, dispuestos a ayudar, sonriendo. Desde la llegada nos trataron increíble, con amenidades de bienvenida en la habitación.

El desayuno es simplemente de los mejores que he visto en cualquier hotel. W lounge tiene cocteles de gran nivel, y Giano es una gran opción para cenar.
Los chocolates, pan y postres de Fabrizio Fiorani son espectaculares.

En general una experiencia 100/10.

Por dónde comenzar…
Ya al ver la arquitectura del hotel, sentías que entrabas a un gran lugar. Desde la entrada, los embajadores nos recibieron muy amablemente y nos conducieron a la recepción. Allí, nos atendió Federica y Marco, ambos super amables, comentándonos lo referido a nuestra reserva y a los servicios del hotel. El check in fue muy veloz.

Una vez en la habitación, Marco nos explicó todo lo referido a la misma (super amable). Tuvimos bebidas de cortesía en la habitación.
La cama un +10, toallas y ropas blancas igual. Absolutamente todo lo referido a la habitación y a las instalaciones en excelentes condiciones y prestaciones.
El W Loungue hermoso, tomamos unos tragos y nos atendieron amablemente Veronica, camarera super amable, y Giacomo, quien nos preparó unos tragos muy ricos, conversando amablemente y sugiriéndonos al respecto. Visitamos el deck de WET y Eleonora también muy amable nos atendió.

Al día siguiente, las recepcionistas Noemí e Ivana nos atendieron muy amablemente. El desayuno riquísimo, super completo, con las instalaciones preciosas y bien cuidadas. Realmente un lujo. Las camareras del desayuno también extraordinariamente amables y predispuestas.

El check out fue muy veloz y pudimos dejar nuestro equipaje. Horas después lo fuimos a buscar nuevamente y nos atendieron Mamadu y Emiliano, super amables y distendidos nos desearon buen regreso a casa.

Todos los detalles relativos a nuestra estancia en el hotel son de puntuación +10. Un sueño, ojalá pueda volver alguna vez en la vida.
Gracias a todo el equipo que hace posible el servicio en el hotel.

Estuve hospedado en el Hotel W ROMA desde el 24/6 hasta el 26/6 y no he recibido la factura del hotel a pesar de haberme informado que la recibiría por Mail
Tampoco aparecen registradas las 2 noches en mi Cuenta Marriott.
Agradezco su ayuda en resolver ambos puntos.

Me robó la gente del hotel , deje mi cartera de viaje y pedí al hotel que me la regresaram despues de 30 llamadas y 2 hrs me la enviaron mi cartera sin el efectivo completo y pues nada grata la experiencia , ¡No los recomiendo en absoluto!

Tuve una buena estadía , con una muy mala experiencia, Desafortunadamente cuando salí del hotel olvidé mi cartera de viaje en la caja fuerte con dinero y tarjetas de credito, solicité al hotel si me podrían enviar mi cartera al aeropuerto lo cual después de mi insistencia de 20 llamadas l y 1 hora y media de espera para que llamaran al taxi lo hicieron, al llegar mi cartera no tenía mi dinero completo y pues el personal me robó el efectivo entiendo que no fuí lo suficiente mente cuidadoso con mis cosas al dejarla olvidada, pero pues me robaron una buena cantidad de mi dinero para el resto de mi viaje, tengan cuidado.
