Eva di My Wedding in Rome è stata la coordinatrice per il nostro matrimonio. Ringrazio Eva dal profondo del cuore perchè ha fatto si che la giornata andata liscia senza nessun intoppo. Ci siamo conosciute a distanza un anno e mezzo prima della data, dato che non viviamo a Roma e la comunicazione è sempre stata impeccabile. Eva ha sempre fatto il possibile per far quadrare i suoi impegni in base alle poche volte che siamo riusciti ad andare a Roma in modo da vederci e conoscerci di persona e definire tutti i dettagli insieme. Non solo è sempre stata gentile e organizzatissima ma anche tanto disponibile ad aiutarci con tutto ció di cui avessimo bisogno. Nel giorno del nostro matrimonio avevamo un selfie mirror di benvenuto che Eva gentilmente ha preso con se durante la fine della giornata e si è resa disponibile a tenerlo in ufficio fino a che non avessimo potuto fare la spedizione per riportarlo in Inghilterra. Durante il matrimonio in se, Eva mi ha trasmesso un grandissimo senso di sicurezza e di controllo della situazione che mi ha permesso di stare serena durante tutta la giornata. Naší svatbu v krásném Bagno Vignoni jsme si díky paní koordinátorce Evě mohli naplno užít bez stresu a starostí. Paní Eva byla po celou dobu velmi vstřícná, spolehlivá a profesionální. wir möchten gerne unsere Erfahrung von unserem großen Tag mit Ihnen teilen 🤗.
Am 9. Mai haben wir geheiratet. Als Hochzeitsdestination haben wir uns für die Hauptstadt Italiens – Rom – entschieden. Unsere Hochzeit wurde von der Agentur YachtWedding organisiert, aber unser größter Dank gilt der lieben Koordinatorin Eva, die sich vom ersten Moment an um uns gekümmert hat.

Sie war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert. Sie hat alle organisatorischen Aufgaben übernommen, wodurch sie unseren Aufenthalt in Rom enorm erleichtert und uns jeglichen Stress abgenommen hat – so konnten wir unseren Tag in vollen Zügen genießen.
Sie war nicht nur bezüglich der Hochzeit eine große Hilfe, sondern auch bei privaten Fragen, da wir zum ersten Mal in Italien waren und die Sprache nicht sprechen.

Nochmals ein riesiges Dankeschön für den schönsten Tag und Aufenthalt unseres Lebens 🥰🙏.
Wir hoffen, dass wir eines Tages zurückkehren und uns vielleicht bei einem guten Mittagessen wiedersehen werden.

Eva helped us plan our wedding at Park Hotel Villa Grazioli. Needless to say, we were blown away. She knew the venue inside and out and had everything set up for us. Eva & Micol helped us plan our absolutely amazing three day wedding celebration in Rome and it was truly everything we could have ever dreamt of!

Starting with an amazing rehearsal dinner/welcome party on the Tibre River all the way through the most magical wedding day in the heart of Rome. This incredible experience would simply not have been possible without Eva and Micol from MyWeddingInRome. We are so thankful that we were able to work with them and for them guiding  us through the planning process.  From the largest decisions to the tiniest details, they were with us every step of the way. Always super communicative and friendly, they put us at ease, even with us being thousands of miles away during the planning process.

Of all the decisions made and guidance we received, by far the most valuable advice was to consider the stunning Roman church where the wedding was held and then a historical and beautiful space for the reception. It was perfect!

Мы с женихом хотели как можно быстрее пожениться в Риме, но даже не знали, с чего начать. И как же нам повезло, когда мы нашли Эву для организации нашей свадьбы!
На первой же встрече она рассказала в деталях, какие документы нам потребуются, где и как можно организовать церемонию, и что потребуется от нас. Эва взяла на себя всю работу с документами, так как мы ничего не знали о правилах регистрации брака в Италии, забронировала зал для церемонии, помогла с организацией фотографа, макияжа и прически, учла все наши пожелания. И самое важное, что она всегда была на связи, даже в выходные дни!

Хочу сказать особое спасибо Эве за теплое и ответственное отношение, сразу было видно, что она вкладывает всю душу в свою работу, продумывает каждую деталь и вместе с нами переживает за то, чтобы все прошло идеально.

Все было безупречно организовано буквально за 1 месяц! У нас была маленькая церемония, только для нас двоих, но это было настоящее торжество, сказка!💕

Эва приехала к нам в отель до церемонии, очень поддержала меня, когда я сходила с ума от переживаний перед свадьбой. Также она была с нами на официальной церемонии, сама переводила нам официальную часть, потому что мы не говорили по-итальянски.

На протяжении всего времени чувствовалась ее искренность и поддержка, мы не могли бы представить лучшего организатора свадьбы для нас!!!❤️❤️❤️

Eva is a wonderful person, and I recommend her services to anyone planning a wedding in Rome! Me and my husband are both foreigners and it was daunting for us to navigate the paperwork system in Italy, but hiring Eva as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we’ve made. She was such a pillar of strength and positivity on our journey. She helped us secure all the required paperwork and then have a wonderful elopement in Anguillara Sabazia, a gorgeous little city by a lake, 45 minutes from Rome.

Our wedding day turned out to be perfect and we have so much gratitude for all her work. Her personality and problem-solving skills made us truly wish that we were having a bigger wedding in Italy, just so we could put Eva in charge!!

Eva was absolutely amazing! Initially I was a little nervous to plan my wedding out of the country but I’m SO happy and thankful that I found Eva! Not only is Eva extremely kind and one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met but she made the whole experience super easy and stress free for me. She took care of everything. When I met her the day of my wedding I was greeted by Eva with a big hug and a kind smile! I felt like I’ve known her forever and like she was an old friend because she was just so warm and welcoming.

She was always so prompt and thorough with her email responses and had great suggestions of things that I hadn’t even thought of. She is very knowledgeable in regards to the wedding industry and had great recommendations for a hair and makeup stylist, photographer, vehicle transportation, flowers, and officiant.

Again, she made the whole process super easy and our wedding turned out beautifully thanks to her talent and attention to detail. You can tell that Eva is extremely passionate about her work and truly loves her job.

Overall, I’m so happy with how our special day turned out. My husband and I eloped at Villa Adriana which we learned later on is not the easiest place to book weddings but Eva worked her magic and made it happen.

If you need a wedding planner and you’re getting married in Rome or in neighboring areas HIRE EVA!!! I can’t say it enough but she was a dream to work with and she made my wedding and the overall experience so incredibly wonderful.

What a wonderful woman and company! Eva was the absolute best to work with. She was kind and generous with her time and knowledge. We basically eloped and Eva worked to make the day feel special and well-planned. When she arrived at our hotel room, she gifted me the sweetest bracelet and gave me a huge hug, calming my nerves.

The most special officiant, Nick, was arranged and he brought tears to my eyes with his beautiful ceremony.

We ventured out with photographers, Max and his beautiful wife, Nadia. Two hours walking the streets of Trastevere and receiving cheers and ovations was so special!
