Posto molto tranquillo per un weekend nella natura. Spazi esterni molto curati e grandi . Il gestore molto disponibile e gentile .Ritorneremo sicuramente per l'estate con l'apertura della piscina

Recensisco la struttura e non il servizio, essendo stato ospite visitatore di questo splendido complesso e confermo che per l'appunto è una location bellissima, ben tenuta e particolarmente vocata alla quiete e al relax. Eh si, perché è vero che per arrivare le strade non siano proprio il massimo e che la zona sia a vocazione prettamente agricola e industriale...ma questo preserva questa oasi di pace e ne ha permesso la conservazione in una piccola altura alla quale si accede dopo aver varcato un cancello e percorrendo una sterrata fino al casale, bellissimo esempio di valorizzazione di un casale del 1600 che sorge su un terreno di 150 ettari e che appartiene ai marchesi Serlupi, proprietari che lo hanno da poco ulteriormente ristrutturato e valorizzato come un luogo per villeggiatura e perché no anche eventi (lo stemma dei Serlupi lo troverete con lo scudo sormontato da un lupo sia sulla facciata del villino che in alcune delle strutture a corredo, NdR). Tutto è stato restaurato e quanto ancora non fatto è in fase di restauro (perfino il Silos che accoglie all'entrata dalla zona parcheggio ospita uffici amministrativi della struttura). Le stalle sono suite di lusso e una famiglia di asinelli in un cortile della parte più vecchia vi saluteranno curiosi appena arrivati. Ma ovviamente la parte del leone è fatta dal villino e dal prospiciente giardino con fontana, con poche ma curate alberature e con una piccola chiesetta (anche essa restaurata sebbene conservi all'interno un altare ligneo da trasporto e alcune sedute per eventuali funzioni). Ovviamente non manca la parte dedicata alla piscina e quella più ecologica dedicata a un piccolo orto ma il mood è la ricercatezza che non sfocia mai nel lusso ma resta nel gradevolmente chic. Tra l'altro, proprio dalla parte della piscina è possibile intravedere in lontananza la Torre Maggiore che da il nome alla tenuta e a tutta la zona. Utili info? The Casale was an absolute dream for us. We spent 4 nights in one of suites and couldn’t have been happier during our stay there. The fact that they’re very dog-friendly is a huge plus for us as it meant that our own dogs had an enjoyable stay too with a private garden in our suite and large gardens to roam around. We used the pool everyday and the suite itself was large, well-equipped and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We were a group of six friends and stayed for a week in Casale Di Tormaggiore. First, the villa is really fancy and super clean, the location and the view from the balcony are amazing. I had communication with members of staff before we arrived and during our stay. They were kind and gave us some tips as to which places to visit etc. Overall, their attitude is super professional and really made our experience great. I would definitely recommend the villas you offer.

Siamo una famiglia con due gemelle di 6 anni. Avevamo prenotato per 4 giorni e poi siamo rimasti più di una settimana. Location tranquilla con tutti i servizi. Con assistenza sempre presente tutti i giorni. Stanze molto belle e ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare zoo marine, le spiagge del litorale, Castel Gandolfo e tanto altro. Un Saluto da Fabio,Rosaria,Giulia e Tiziana.

Wspaniałe zaciszne miejsce na rodzinne wakacje . Duże przestronne apartamenty , czysty , przyjemny basen , duży ogród . Miejsce nas urzekło . Cisza i spokój . Bardzo blisko do sklepów i stacji kolejki która można dotrzeć do centrum Rzymu . Morze jest oddalone Ok 20 minut samochodem . Wspaniały menadżer, który codziennie zaglądał do nas z pytaniem czy wszystko jest Ok . Reagował na wszystkie prośby i sugestie. Apartament był sprzątany co 3 dni ( plus za nowe ręczniki ) . Na pewno tam wrócimy

Die Fotos vom Anbieter versprechen nicht zu viel!!! Es ist wirklich eine wundervolle, grüne Oase der Ruhe. Die großzügigen Gartenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und bieten durch reichlich hohe Hecken viel Privatsphäre.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist mit dem Auto in 20 Min. am Meer und in 5 Min. am Bahnhof. Dort gibt es reichlich Parkfläche - auch bewacht (3 EUR/Tag). Man erreicht für 2,10 Euro in 15 Min. Fahrzeit mit dem Zug ganz stressfrei Rom Termini.
Die Appartement‘s sind groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Der Manager Dil ist sehr angenehm und aufmerksam. Eigentlich ist es viel zu schade, wenn man diesen Ort 'nur' zum Übernachten nutzt. Unsere Kinder liebten den Pool. Nachts ist es schön still und alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter.

Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Casale Di Tormaggiore Villa and Country Suites provided an exceptional experience during our stay near Rome. Traveling with my wife and two children, a boy and a girl, we were delighted by the beautiful surroundings and convenient 15-minute train ride to Rome. There are two inviting pools that kept our children thoroughly entertained; they were reluctant to leave the water! Additionally, the property boasts a lovely garden filled with delicious vegetables like tomatoes and zucchinis, making our dining experience even more delightful. The combination of the pools, the bountiful garden, and the overall exceptional experience made our family vacation truly remarkable. If You want speed day on the beach and sea that You have only 15 minute by car to Great A stunning, wide sandy beach . We can't wait to return! The accommodations were fantastic, but the true highlight of our stay was the warm and attentive staff, especially the manager. Their hospitality made our trip truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for a wonderful family vacation in a stunning location.

The place property is spacious, green and well-kept. We were with children who could feel safe there plus did not want to leave the pool (there are two :)). In addition, a friendly and helpful manager and friendly dogs, cats ... and even donkeys. A wonderful place to rest.

Great location only a 20 minute train ride from Rome. Very well maintained landscaping and the apartment was very spacious. Only downside was the AC couldn't keep up during the heat wave we came during. Also, make sure to take SP101 to the road of the house, otherwise you'll have a bad time.

Precio y calidad bien , la atencion bastante bien la ubicación es ideal ya que si estas en auto llegas enseguida al centro de Roma pero igual esta el metro cerca .
Lo malo es que faltaria iluminacion para el acceso al lugar y pavimentar la entrada asi se hace mas facil el acceso en auto .
Por otro lado lindas piletas y el jardin tambien, ojo hay mosquitos por la vegetacion .

con la scusa della carta di
credito non valida (nonostante

Posto stupendo, ci tornerò sicuramente, non sembra assolutamente di stare a pomezia, ci si sente come in qualche agriturismo in Toscana,il proprietario gentilissimo super disponibile,le case pulitissime e molto rustiche,in ogni casa avete: lavastoviglie piatti bicchieri posate pentole etc etc… una cucina con tutto il necessario (se si vuole é disponibile anche la colazione nonostante ogni casa abbia la cucina)lenzuola asciugamani e perfino kit di benvenuto nel bagno con sapone gel doccia e cuffia. Le piscine sono due tutte molto grandi e belle,troverete inoltre un giardino enorme e curatissimo perfetto per delle passeggiate in mezzo al verde.rapporto qualità prezzo impressionante,super economico per quello che vi offre. Lo consiglio assolutamente,sia per una fuga romantica che per un weekend con amici e famiglia (sotto richiesta possono rendere la piscina privata con tanto di bar, perfetta per compleanni)

This is a very nice and pieceful place. The location is 10/10! It's 45 min from Rome, 10 min from the sea. The property is well kept. We had the family suite villa. It was overal clean. A few lamps were not working but after mentionning it to Dill, he fixed everything we asked for. There are donkeys, dogs and a few cats, ducks, ... My kids loved to play with them. Dill is a very friendly host. He told me that next year 2023, they will be serving breakfast again. Everything is well equiped in the house. It is clean. The bathrooms and toilets and kitchen is a bit outdated but that makes the charm of the house. The pool is very clean and the gardens are beautiful. Sheets and towels are provided. The cherry on the cake is that we could stay all day at the house the last day because our flight was in the evening. That was very much appreciated. I would definetly recommend this place.

Seems to be his mode of working to cancel reservations last minute.
We received the cancellation (we had booked via booking.com) two hours prior to our arrival!!!!!
In the end we have to say, we were really lucky that he (the owner) had cancelled our reservation.
Because after seeing the alternative room he offered to us, the opportunity to leave the place without loosing our money was a gift.

I`m sure, that the structure was quite a nice place to spend some days in the countryside.
But that must have been many, many years ago.
Today the whole resort is in an very advanced state of agony.
The rooms are dirty and neglected. The bathroom is a complete disaster (toilet seat defect; hardly no light....), the sofa is dirty and blotchy, the air co is vintage and as loud as a freight train passing you, but it doesn´t really cool.........

We felt really lucky to leaf this place.

Definitely not a place to recommend!!!

We had a great time here for 2 weeks. The house was big. And the owner was very friendly. Every day a nice conversation and you can ask everything. He knows everything in de surrounding. It is a huge place with a lot of green. And 5 minutes drive from the train and within 15 minutes you are at termini Roma.||30 minutes from the sea and 30 minutes from a beatiful lake were you can swim. The city Pomezia is not nice, but there are a lot of supermarkets. When you go to another village, then you see the real Italy. ||The beds are ok and you get twice a week new towels. Due to corona, it was quit, but the owner has a lot of plans for next year. For example a tenniscourt and a restaurant. For us it was lovely to have rest and if you want, you can search the business from the city.||Also the dog, cat and the donkeys are great. They are standing in your garden sometimes. Also the swimmingpool was great.

La struttura è veramente bella circondata da giardini curatissimi. Riporta ad un passato fastoso. La soluziona proposta (family suite) è bella e comoda. Unica nota negativa sono i bagni vecchi, senza apertura esterna ed un po' maleodoranti. |La gestione della struttura è demandata al personale tuttofare che si spende in tutte le attività dal ricevimento alla manutenzione. Belle le piscine anche se la cura sulle stesse poteva essere migliore. |Posizione isolata ma abbastanza comoda per visitare i dintorni se si è forniti di un mezzo.|La struttura è sicuramente di classe superiore e può essere innalzata con pochi accorgimenti.|Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
