Ein Naturisten-Paradies der Ruhe und Entspannung am Rande des so quirligen Rom. Unser italienischer Freund hat mit uns diese Anlage besucht. Sehr großräumig, wie ein Park. angelegt. Neben dem Pool gehören überdachte Liegebereiche, ein größerer Pavillon zum Sitzen, eine Grotte, Sanitärhäuschen und ein paar Hütten für Ubernachtungsgäste dazu. Für mitgebrachte Getränke / Speisen stehen Kühlmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Der große Pool bietet mit Quellwasser reichlich Abkühlung. Er hat auch eine Tiefe, so dass man darin Schwimmen kann.
Anreise ist eher nur mit eigenem Fahrzeug möglich, nicht mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Man kann im Eingangsbereich unter schattenspendenden Bäumen parken.
Man sollte wissen, dass das Areal in dercEinflugschneise des Aeroporto Roma Fiumicino liegt. Uns haben die Flieger wenig gestört, fanden das eher interessant, deren Herkunft zu erkennen.
Kommen gewiss wieder.

Siamo stati in questo agriturismo in mezzo alla natura, in vasca idromassaggio a prendere il sole. Abbiamo anche fatto un pranzo molto buono vegano. E' un posto dove si può fare naturismo. E' presente anche una bellissima piscina. Si parcheggia molto bene.

Un angolo di pace e serenità naturista alle porte di Roma, lontano dal caos e dal rumore assordante, in un angolo di territorio che si caratterizza per il bellissimo giardino esterno di circa 3 ettari, le piante di ulivo, pesche, fichi, nocciole ed una splendida coltivazione di vegetali che vengono poi assaporati sul posto. Una meravigliosa piscina con cascatelle d'acqua preziosissima nei mesi estivi, accompagnata da una vasca Jacuzzi recentemente attrezzata all'esterno sotto un bel pergolato di kiwi. Possibilità di soggiornare nei bungalow in legno per godere H24 della splendida pace e natura del luogo!
L'ospitalità dei padroni di casa è un valore in più!

We were only going to be a few days, but ended up staying 8. Owners are super friendly and accommodating. The place is small scale (i.e. few people) with tons of space and excellent facilities. It is close enough to Rome for daily trips either by train or car. ||Will be back for sure.

È ua grande tenuta con villa padronale e stanze per gli ospiti più alcuni bungalow sparsi nel grande giardino alla cui sommità c'è una bella piscina con sdraio lettini e due grandi aree ombreggiate. Scendendo il leggero pendio si giunge alla vasca idromassaggio posizionata sotto un bel pergolato. Continuando si raggiunge l'anfiteatro e le grotte dove alcune sere ci sono interessanti spettacoli

Ottimo luogo per riposarsi e staccare la spina dal quotidiano, fra l altro in posizione non troppo distante dalla citta. Bella la piscina, e ottimo il pranzetto gustato sotto un bel pergolato. É piacevole tornarci di tanto in tanto.

Con grande piacere condivido l’esperienza mia e di mia moglie. Posto assolutamente da provare, un piccolo angolo di paradiso molto curato. La semplicità e il distacco dagli stereotipi delle strutture “normali” ti aiuterà a godere a pieno del contatto con la natura con il legno con l’acqua e con delle persone come leslie che in alcuni casi rinunciano al business a favore dei valori veri in cui si crede. Una location che offre serenità e luoghi vicino da visitare come il lago di bracciano trevignano la spiaggia di santa marinella . insomma un posto a cui non manca assolutamente nulla, oltretutto economico… un posto che spessissimo torneremo a visitare.

Uno degli ultimi bellissimi luoghi ancora non intaccato da leggi di mercato, dove si respira lo spirito sano e pulito di chi crede che una societa' migliore sia ancora possibile.
Curatissimo, eco quanto basta,selvaggio quanto basta, con delle grotte antichissime e cosi'."cariche",che insieme alle poesie e le torte di Leslie e di tutte le bellissime persone del Suncave rendono questo posto unico e assolutamente da conoscere. I prezzi sono forse persino troppo bassi, a conferma di quanto sopra.
Luogo per anime pure.
Da andarci tutte le settimane.

This is a truly idyllic setting in the Italian countryside. Olive and fruit trees, a pool to cool off in, attractive and comfortable bungalows for sleeping in the quiet. They offer a daily breakfast as well as evening meals by request. The food is prepared by the owner. It's incredibly fresh and delicious. The cave itself (yes, there is a cave) is a treat. Relaxation is the top priority at Sun Cave.

Half an hour from Rome lies this charming and rustic bed and breakfast and farm, run by the warm and gracious host Madam Leslie, famous opera singer and now land-guardian extraordinaire.||All eggs, vegetables and fruits are farmed from the B&B grounds. When we arrived, Leslie made us a simple delicious lunch of homegrown olives, gorgeous tomatoes and basil with some home made warm bread...I dare say I have never come across juicier, sweeter and more delicious tomatoes before or since! Leslie is committed to sustainability, she grows her own vegetables and cooks absolutely the most delicious food from her farm produce. Breakfast comprised simply of homemade bread and jams, from fruits harvested from her garden and lovingly prepped and cooked over days: Mulberry Jam, Apricot Jam, Sour Cherry Jam, and a superb Grapefruit Jam. We especially loved the Grapefruit jam so much, we got a jar for home. This place's reputation is well deserved, for all the care and love that the owners put into it!

Charming, amazing, wonderful cultural experience near Rome in the Lake Region. The cottages are perfect for family and the property is magical. We spent 11 days in Rome, and stayed here for a few nights. It was a unanimous favorite of our entire journey. The owner would rival any famous chef and was truly the best meals we had in all of Italy. If you are a foody, you will cherish these from scratch Italian Meals. We felt like family, enjoying dinner and stories with her friends and faimly. and have remained friends since. The property was beautiful , with a restored Etruscan cave where the proprietor has small concerts. If in or near ROME this is a must stay :)

We loved our stay at SunCave Gardens. This spot is a magical getaway, located within driving proximity to Rome and nearby Bracciano (& Bracciano Lake). The grounds are well maintained with fruit trees, olive trees, vegetable garden and rose gardens. The cottage is clean & spacious -- with comfortable sleeping arrangements. Breakfast is served in the morning, by Leslie, and she made every effort to ensure that we were taken care of during our stay. There are several friendly dogs on the property as well! Thanks for everything Leslie!

Ciao! I have stayed repeatedly at Suncave! The atmosphere is warm, friendly, healthy and fun too! I enjoy chats with the owner... and her friendly dogs too ;) It is an easy location to reach the sea, the lake, and the city of Roma...also the town of Bracciano is lovely! The accomadations are very comfortable and tastefully organized; and the food is delicious and homegrown organic. The evenings are quiet and relaxing. I hope more people will discover this lovely location!

This place is amazing. A little bit of bliss and a whole lot of calm. The gardens are a peaceful oasis and the accommodation is bright, tasteful and very comfortable. And as for the host and the fresh, home-grown food, well what a delight! Fantastic to have an English/Italian speaking host who goes out of her way to make the stay really special. I have been twice already and plan to stay again. I have recommended it to all of my friends who want a relaxing place to stay within very easy reach of Rome. It is also very close to the most amazing lake with fantastic little towns to explore. Loved it!

My stay at the cottage was a delight. The cottage was very well equipped and was home as I walked in the door. Tosi made a delicious breakfast with homemade bread, fresh eggs from the chicken coop with fresh fruit and marmalades from the orchard. I participated on harvesting fruit and transforming it into marmalades and took a cooking class and learned how to make Italian pasta. The lake of Bracciano was a 10 min scenic drive through the countryside for swimming. We took a boat tour of the lake visiting Anguillara and Trevignano and drank prosecco on the back of the boat. The highlight of our trip was taking walks through the garden with an array of flowering colors that lined the pathways. We already booked for this coming fall before she is booked up to enjoy another retreat that leaves you spiritually happy. Thank you Tosi for the wonderful hospitality.

Our stay was altogether magical. The rental is lovely, rustic, comfy, surrounded by organic gardens w/fruits & veggies you get to eat! There's an unbelievable Etruscan grotto down a neat path, on the property, with hanging bougainvillea. The whole property is landscaped in such a way that you can't see anything but green. We hit the beach daily, a short ride in our rented car. We also went to the lake (15 mins), for great meals with a view of that castle (impressive!) The owner invited us to eat on the vine-covered veranda (what a cook!). It was cool enough at night to light our cozy in-room wood burning stove. We hated to go after a week. If you're in need of soothing, this is the place! Therapeutic.

Mio marito e Io abbiamo soggiornato per un mese e ci ha dato il tempo di godere sia il posto che le località vicine. a 100metri di questo posto c'e un bosco dove ho potuto allenarmi (corsa lunga) e ho avuto anche la bellissima esperienza di vedere cinghiali e porcospini sempre in questo bosco dove non va quasi nessuno! poi che dire della accoglienza della patrona di casa, sempre a disposizione ad aiutarci con info sui posti dove mangiare o come spendere le nostre giornate.
