Private Rome Taxi provided three days of transportation for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding in May. It was a large wedding with multiple events and it went very smoothly. My issue came the day after the wedding when I had contracted separately for 9 of our guests to be transported from Bracciano to Rome to get an early flight. Three guests were picked up on time; the van for 6 guests did not show up and did not contact anyone. Time was lost in trying to contact the company. The company sent another van but that would have been another 45-60 minute delay. The guests were able to get taxis locally and notified the company that the van was not needed. The company sited van trouble with the original van and indicated they would reimburse the taxis. However, they then indicated that they would not reimburse the taxis because they had already done extra for the wedding, which again was a separate contract. They did reimburse me for the portion of the transfer that did not take place. I would not recommend this company despite the fact that the wedding transportation went very well because I didn’t find them easy to work with when a problem took place. I was willing to forgo reimbursement for my prepaid transport if my guests were reimbursed. For the sake of 60 extra euro they have received less of a rating from me.

Contratei a empresa para um motorista me levar e me buscar do Museo Storico dell'Aeronautica Militare (MUSAM), que fica as margens do lago di Bracciano, em Vigna di Valle. Todo o atendimento por e-mail feita pela Gioia foi super cordial e atencioso, me auxiliando a contratar o serviço sob as melhores condições possíveis! O serviço prestado no dia também foi muito preciso e pontual, com um motorista muito simpático, educado, atencioso e dedicado, que rapidamente chegou ao museu quando o avisei que iriam fechar mais cedo que o previsto.

Vale muito a pena contratá-los para ir ao museu caso você esteja sozinho e não se sinta seguro para ir até o lugar via trem e ônibus, que é algo bem enroscado de ser feito.

Ou mesmo para um dos roteiros turísticos que eles vendem, que com certeza contratarei na minha próxima viagem a Roma!
