Working with Benedetta to plan our destination wedding in Italy was truly a journey we will always remember. We hired Benedetta as our day-of wedding coordinator, but she truly went above and beyond. A few weeks before our wedding, she took the initiative to familiarize herself with our vendors and wedding schedule, ensuring every detail was perfectly in place. She was in constant communication with our vendors and hotel, providing crucial information that helped everything run smoothly.

On the day of our wedding, Benedetta was a lifesaver. From the moment she arrived on site, she was running around, making sure every aspect was prepared and perfect. Her attention to detail and proactive attitude put my mind at ease, allowing me to fully enjoy the day without any stress.

My wedding day truly was the best day of my life and this wouldn't of been possible without her. Everything was planned exceptionally well - and looked amazing - with great attention to detail. Benedetta got our vision immediately and was able to bring our concept into reality.

I contacted Benedetta at Wed in Rome to help me arrange my wedding in Rome at the end of July 2018 .All my requirements were met efficiently with a virtual smile from the beginning . I couldn't have organised my wedding day without Benedetta assistance as I contacted them in July 2018 and we flew out in October 2018 to tie the knot with my 3 young boys .Benedetta organised all the paperwork and was there to assist from our arrival in Rome . All I can say our wedding day was an amazing day , we didn't have a big wedding party , just our 3 young boys and my mother in law , but the Romans were out to greet and celebrate with us at the Campidolgio. We arrived and everywhere was packed with protestors, although they were protesting against Rome's Mayor they became our unexpected guests . They greeted us with such happiness, shaking our hands with congratulations and their brass band even played bella ciao for us . All I can say it was an amazing wedding day and thank you Benedetta at Wed in Rome in helping us make our magical day happen Grazie Mille. ❤

We live in London and we met Benedetta in 2015 when we decided to get married in Rome. During the year of planning Benedetta was always helpful, friendly and responded quickly to our emails. As a bride I had many requests and changes but Benedetta was always able to accommodate us. Our wedding day was on 16/09/2016 and we can honestly say that we had the best time!! All of our guests complemented us and Benedetta for an amazing day. I would also like to thank Benedetta's assistant Margherita who followed us to all of the photo locations, she helped me get in/out of the car and she carried the train of my dress. Also Benedetta's hair & makeup artist was fantastic!
We can safely say that we made the right decision by choosing Wed in Rome and we
would 100% recommend them to couples considering a wedding in Rome.

We decided to get married in rome instead of England, its difficult to know where to start. I reached out to multiple companies and Benedetta was the first one to reply, but not only did she reply, it was personal to me! (this is rare)
We then spent months on end going back and forth through video calls to get a really good understanding of what I wanted. I felt Benedetta really wanted to understand our vision which is so important!
We travelled to Rome a few times to view certain things and she always made sure she was there to help!
We also experienced a few issues with translation between myself and my venue so it was crucial that we had Benedetta there helping us, she always carried around all the correspondence she had between herself and the companies to back herself up also which was very much needed at times! Trust me when i say you think you have a mutual agreement....
I know every bride says it but i was demanding, i didnt exactly know what it was i wanted and Benedetta took the time to run through and even take me to so many different places to show me what they can offer.
Everything we decided on Benedetta had not done before but she adapted and made sure it went smoothly! We managed to take our own entertainment, sort out serious food allergies, plan the night before the wedding and arrange the best rooftop in Rome for my venue! We met the day before and ran through everything ahead of the day.
Honestly my day would not have worked without her! Thinking of getting married in rome... Dont doubt reaching out to her. Thankyou so so much Benedetta you gave us the day we dreamed of!
