We got married on 26th July at a venue mainly designed for outdoor weddings. While Federica had control over absolutely everything, the weather didn’t cooperate and the skies opened. As a bride who dreamt of a ceremony in the olive gardens and dinner in the courtyard, this was devastating, but Federica immediately put our, multiple, backup plans into action (whilst also assuring me that the wedding would still be what I dreamt of). She coordinated with every supplier and transformed the indoor space into something even more magical than we envisioned.

No request was ever too big. She was always available, always supportive, and provided clear timelines for every step, even when I changed my mind countless times! Her patience and honesty were invaluable. If something wouldn’t work or could be done better, she told us, ensuring every decision we made was informed.

We can’t thank Federica enough for listening to our vision, guiding us, and bringing our dream wedding to life.

Where to start?

From start to finish Federica was equally professional and personal. Our photographers said it best when they emailed us and said “she really cares about her clients”. Federica is incredibly organised, responded to all of our enquiries quickly and found us exactly what we needed. Our wedding weekend was more than we could have ever asked for and we truly could not have done this without Federica. Every vision was brought to life, I felt calm as everything had been prepared well in advance, and Federica even coordinated reserved seating labels with our colour scheme. It’s all the little things that make Federica so personal! We had a couple of calls with wedding planners and she was the standout and she lived up to every expectation.

When we initially started the journey of planning our wedding we both knew in our hearts that we wanted to get married in a place of significance to our relationship and for us, our place was Italy. We initially started planning ourselves and very quickly became overwhelmed with decisions and questions that naturally come up when planning a destination wedding. We were very close to changing our dream and having the day in the UK because it would be easier…. thank goodness we didn’t!
We decided that we would meet with a highly reviewed wedding planner in Italy as one last hope to see if we could still make the dream a reality. That first call with Federica changed everything and suddenly we felt the dream was possible again! She reignited our determination and excitement to have the Italian wedding we had always wanted. Right from the start we were in awe of her professionalism, authenticity and passion to create memorable experiences for her couples. She also took time and great care in understanding us on a personal level and what was most important to us for the day and how we wanted our guests to feel. This really helped create a bespoke wedding which felt so ‘us’ as a couple.

Federica’s experience in the industry alongside her keen eye for detail and fantastic communication style meant that we were quickly able to build a great relationship together and we trusted her expertise and suggestions 100%! Some of her suggestions we hadn’t considered at all and actually became some of the highlights of our day. Her transparency and enthusiasm throughout, kept us grounded where needed and ignited excitement around new ideas too. With her depth of knowledge and experience Federica put us in contact with professionals across the industry that we may not have found without her, not only were they all incredible in their fields but they all spoke incredibly highly about Fedirica too which speaks volumes in itself.

Having Federica and the team there on the day itself meant that we could be truly feel ‘present’ which was something that was incredibly important to us as so many people say the day goes so quickly. She was a true conductor, making sure everyone was where they needed to be and communicated any last min unavoidable changes with ease and grace so that there was no impact at all.

As a Belgian couple, we obviously needed some help in organizing our wedding in Italy (Marche region).

Throughout the several months before our wedding, we had a very close collaboration. The way Federica helps you in preparing the wedding is extremely professional: She works in a very structured and detailed way; she always keeps the budget in mind; she knows the places and local suppliers; etc.

Not only is her way of working very organized, she takes the lead in all steps while giving full control over decisions.
