Beautiful small luxury property, highly attentive and excellent staff, amazing restaurant with wonderful daily includes breakfast with beautiful views of the water and mountains so peaceful and relaxing, also excellent restaurant for dinner we eat multiple nights. Room was perfect for us some people said it’s small, sure, but it’s perfect and clean and charming and the bed was luxurious and plush and the balcony was great. Massage at spa was also very nice and the sauna is great. We drove daily to different beaches from here, great location for best beaches in the north of sard.

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday this is the perfect hotel and one of the best we have ever been.
Fantastic location, a peaceful oasis in the hills of Porto Rotondo.
We loved the heated pool and the relaxing vibes.
Food was great and good prices as well considering the expensive area of Costa Smeralda.
You have an endless selection of beautiful beaches nearby with crystal clear water.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at the Sulia House! Apart from the drop dead gorgeous views of the mountains, water, and Sardinian sky, the staff at Sulia House really went above and beyond during our stay and were super helpful in renting a car, transportation to and from OLB, spa treatments, etc. The kindness and friendliness of the staff really made the stay much more enjoyable and we would highly recommend staying here, as you won't want to leave!

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel am Ortsrand von Porto Rotondo, sehr schön und stimmig eingerichtet im modernen sardischen Stil. Wir hatten Suite Nr. 8 mit einer riesigen Terrasse die quasi als zusätzliches Zimmer dient und einlädt zum Relaxen.
Das Hotelrestaurant Pasigà serviert sardische Gerichte modern inszeniert, leicht und sehr bekömmlich.
Das gesamte Team des Sulia House inklusive Pasigà ist sehr nett und aufmerksam und dabei nie aufdringlich.
Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Porto Rotondo wird das Sulia House unsere erste Wahl sein.

Sulia House is a true gem. The staff and service were wonderful and the accommodations were very comfortable. The limited key count provides a very private and intimate setting. The drinks and food were also very delicious. And the sunsets on the terrace are not to be missed.

Great hotel! Staff was really great and I will return to this hotel. Very clean room and bed very comfortable. The shower leaked in the bathroom floor and housekeeping came by 3-5 times per day to address and clean up. I look forward the the next stay here.

Stunning good hotel just up the hill from Porto Rotondo. Great staff, service, rooms really up to date, clean and comfy, great pool, lovely restaurant with excellent breakfast. Great find. You do need a car to get around, and expect to drive a bit to beaches, but if you are up for that great place to stay

We had the pleasure of staying at this great hotel. The manager was exceptionally great and the hotel staff were all really wonderful. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Our kids very much loved it as well. They were especially attracted to the turtles. Really a great experience. Thank you for all you did to make our stay in Sardinia exceptional. Our flight arrived late, our rental car even later, but upon arrival to Sulia House after 10:30pm, the hotel's first concern was for our comfort. The kitchen was closing, yet food was prepared and delivered to our room. Quite possibly the best chicken club and fries we've ever had.

The staff were exceptional every day. Front desk provided suggestions, dinner reservations, and even boarding pass printing. The chef and wait staff were professional and friendly; breakfast was delicious. Pool staff maintained the space wonderfully. Most importantly, the rooms were cleaned daily and towel service was twice daily. The grounds are beautiful as are the views.

The welcome letter said to "goderti tutto ciò che la Sardegna ha da offrire." There is a serenity here that we greatly appreciated.

Does the shower leak? Yes.
Is the hotel a 12 minute drive to a beach? Yes.
Was it a great stay? Yes, it was.

Great stay at Sulia. Very attentive and courteous staff. Any time I called reception to send up any items to the room, it came within 5 minutes which is a refreshing change from most hotels I’ve stayed at.
Breakfast is nicely done - good spread plus made to order dishes. On Saturday they have a live station for egg dishes. I also appreciated that they refreshed the water bottles in the room daily which was much needed in the heatwave. Good pool, great views; roller pool umbrellas were delightful - a game changer for those of us who want shade. There is even shaded car parking if you don’t want your car to bake in the hot summer.

I had a lovely stay at Sulià House and overall, it was a very positive experience. The location is simply perfect — peacefully set between Olbia and Porto Cervo, with easy access to several beautiful tourist spots in Sardinia. The views from the room were breathtaking and made every morning feel special. The room itself was well-equipped and thoughtfully designed, offering comfort and functionality. I also want to highlight the staff — they were consistently attentive, courteous, and professional, which made a big difference in the quality of my stay.

There are a few small things that could elevate the experience further. The TV could benefit from mirror screening capability, especially for those wanting to stream their own content. Also, the tea and minibar selection should ideally be refreshed every time the room is cleaned. One point I found disappointing was the €10 charge for room service — while it was clearly communicated before ordering, it still felt excessive for a hotel in this category.

What a lovely place to call home for a week - we could not recommend it more vehemently! Sulia House is a dream-destination for a honeymoon or relaxing couples trip.

The staff was the shining star of our trip, with everyone being top-notch. Our room was lovely - I gave it 4 starts because they can be a bit small - but the quality, cleanliness, and view was incredible. We had a rental car (which is a must) and there was plenty of parking, which made the 3-5 min drive to Porto Rotondo easy and never the bother.

Sulia House is a gastro-tourists dream. The kitchen is excellent (almost too good, if you just want a casual dinner) and really brings high-end excellence to the experience.

10/10 would stay here again

Ich kann das Sulia House by Hilton in Porto Rotondo nur wärmstens empfehlen! Der Ausblick aus den Zimmern ist einfach atemberaubend – man hat die Berge und das glitzernde Meer in den schönsten Farben direkt vor sich. Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen, der Balkon war gemütlich und wir konnten Blick in die Natur genießen. Die Zimmer sind ausgestattet mit Bademänteln, so weich und gemütlich, eine Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank/Mini Bar. Wir haben so gut geschlafen, das Bett ist sehr groß und bequem gewesen, sehr gemütlich. Die Fenster können geöffnet sein bei Nacht, da es ein Fliegengitter gibt. Der Service war hervorragend und das Personal unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Bei Regen stehen sogar Regenschirme vor den Zimmern.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist von hoher Qualität und sehr stilvoll, ohne übertrieben zu wirken. Die gesamte Anlage ist äußerst gepflegt, mit einem begrünten Garten und liebevoller Bepflanzung, die eine entspannte Atmosphäre schafft.

Das Essen war ein weiteres Highlight :) beim Frühstück hat man ein tolles Buffet und kann zusätzlich á la carte bestellen. Und der Blick beim Essen unbezahlbar.
Nach dem Checkout konnten wie noch am Pool entspannen, bis es Zeit war, zum Flughafen zu fahren.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen! Ein perfekter Ort für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub! Die Wege zu den nächsten Orten/Stränden sind schnell innerhalb 5-30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen :)

El lugar es maravilloso, la atención también, son todos muy atentos y predispuestos. La vista de la habitación es hermosa, con una hermosa piscina y el parque excelente. La decoración del lugar realmente increíble, absolutamente todos sus detalles bien cuidados. Tiene un pequeño gimnasio lo cual suma a favor ya que me cuesta mucho en Italia encontrar hoteles con gimnasio. El hotel es amplio con mucho espacio verde y de nivel, para quienes buscamos algo un poco más exclusivo. La atención por la tarde en el area de la piscina es muy destacada, un joven muy educado y predispuesto.
