What can we say to accurately describe Claudia and Best Wedding Italy...? She is EVERYTHING!!! She is an absolute dream maker! 😍 She was a true joy to work with during the year-plus of planning our wedding in Ischia, Italy. We feel so completely blessed that she was our wedding planner and we know the only way we had such a stunning, elegant, and flawless wedding is because it was in Claudia's capable and brilliant hands.

She was extremely patient with us as we navigated through our various wedding plans. In the beginning it was going to be a small elopement with MAYBE 10-15 guests, then it grew to potentially 75 guests, then ended up at 35 guests! 😀 She was understanding and helpful and guided us - regardless of what our plan was.

She took our wedding vision to heart and made sure that every detail with our wedding went along with the theme. Basically, in a nutshell, our theme was "Italian dream wedding". 😉 She helped organized all the contracts for the Welcome Party at Excelsior Belvedere Hotel & Spa, the ceremony at Castello Aragonese, the wedding reception at La Lampara at Miramare e Castello hotel, and the after party at Club Ecstasy. She was impressively organized and cheerfully took all of our many questions and extra added details without any hesitation or pushback. In the end she guided us to the right decisions for the right reasons. She was highly collaborative and understanding and throughout it all, she was such a delight to work with.

She also helped me with booking a hair stylist and make-up artist (complete with a hair and make-up trial), manicure & pedicure for me and the groom, all the (gorgeous!!) flowers for the ceremony and for the wedding party, transportation after the wedding ceremony to the reception venue (cute little tuk tuks!), and a beautiful boat for us and our photographer as we left the castle and made our way across the water to the wedding reception. She handled all the details and never missed a beat. It was so great to have someone on hand in Italy who is familiar with Ischia and all of the nuances of planning a wedding in Italy.

In addition, some of the extra services Claudia provided were coordinating/creating our adorable custom welcome bags and wedding favors, she helped organize private transportation for our family from the airport and bought them ferry tickets, and she even helped some of our friends with their travel plans & organization in other parts of Italy. It was so fun to see our friends finally meet Claudia in person at our wedding after many of them worked with her as well. Everyone raved about her!

Claudia is cheerful, calm, professional, a MASTER in organization, and knows the ins and outs of planning a perfectly executed wedding like no other. She also built great relationships with our photographer who we hired on our own and they were collaborative and made such a great team.

Claudia was easy to rely on. She was on hand and available during our rehearsal, and she and her assistant Sara were on hand at our Welcome Party to get it set-up and greet guests, and as well at our wedding Claudia and Sara were with me as I was getting ready and stayed at our wedding until the very end, making sure everything ran smoothly.

Thank you Claudia and Best Wedding Italy for planning and executing the most beautiful wedding for us in Ischia, Italy. We are so grateful and appreciative for all of the work and precise detail you put into our wedding - it really surpassed our expectations in every way. It was perfect and stunning beyond our wildest dreams.

Claudia and her team are the absolute best in the business. They delivered the most gorgeous, out of a fairytale, wedding for my husband and I. We were nervous at first planning a wedding in Italy from the U.S. without seeing everything beforehand, but Claudia and her team made it a breeze. Claudia was always readily available...communicating with us as often, answering all our questions, and even keeping us calm during the planning process!

Claudia and her team handled everything with the venue, vendors, logistics, etc. She even helped my guests with hotel reservations and organized a wine tour for my family a few days before the wedding!

I can't say enough glowing things about Claudia and her team. They are excellent, and you will not regret working with them!

I would highly recommend Best Wedding Italy. Claudia and her team were instrumental in organising our destination wedding in Valle Di Badia, Tuscany. We were hampered by the dreaded COVID outbreak, and had to cancel and rearrange until we were third time lucky. Honestly couldnt have done it without Claudia. Claudia and her team have made the wedding planning experience SO easy and stress free! We are located in the US in Texas and I wasn’t sure what to expect when reaching out to a wedding planner for our destination wedding in Positano. Claudia seemed to know anything and everything about weddings and traditions no matter what country you come from. I wanted a planner that could take the work off my plate and guide me though decisions. Claudia has gone above and beyond all our expectations. She is so passionate about her work and it reflects in the way she works with her brides and grooms. Claudia has helped us not only plan a perfect stress free wedding, but has also helped us with our honeymoon and our pre wedding event. I feel so lucky to have found Claudia and her team. I talk about them all the time to my friends as if they were looking to get married in Italy. 😆 I wish I could refer people to them, but hopefully this review helps if you are looking for a trustworthy company to plan your Italian wedding.
