We had our wedding in Portovenere- Italy and we are so grateful to have had the support of Ferrali Wedding Planner throughout the process. Franca and Sena both did a wonderful job helping us bring to life the vision and the details we had imagined for our day. They were both of great help and available when we had questions or needed support.

Franca found us the most breathtaking venue (a 12th century castle) and a fantastic restaurant for the dinner reception — both of which were absolutely perfect and received so many compliments from our guests.

She was attentive to our budget and guided us through the planning process. Communication was generally good, and we always felt that someone was there to support us. As with any event, there were a few small hiccups due to some misalignment between vendors — but nothing that took away from the joy of the celebration.

In the end, everything came together beautifully. The day was full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
We truly wouldn’t have discovered such a special place or had such a wonderful celebration without the help of Ferrali Wedding Planner.

When we decided to get married in Italy, we interviewed over 12 different wedding planning companies. Franca Ferrali was our 12th, and from the moment we had our first Zoom call with her and Sena, we knew they were the right team for us. Sena’s English was flawless, and it was immediately clear that Franca was the real deal in Florence. She was not one of those "Americanized" wedding planners trying to sell you on a generic destination wedding experience—Franca was authentic, experienced, and knew Florence like no one else.

Throughout our year-and-a-half planning process, and especially during the flawless execution of our special day, our gut feeling about Franca was proven absolutely right. Not once during the entire planning process did I feel stressed or anxious. At one point, it felt too good to be true—how can you plan an international wedding and not have any worries? The answer: because Franca had every single detail covered. She handled everything seamlessly and never let us worry about a thing.

We stuck to our budget perfectly, and the vision we had for our wedding was brought to life in a way that surpassed our wildest dreams. Franca’s strong relationships with her vendors were evident throughout the process. Even when faced with potential hiccups, like unexpected rain on our big day, Franca and her team had a backup plan and kept everything running smoothly.

We will be forever grateful to have worked with Franca, and saying goodbye to her after the wedding was truly difficult. She is the best wedding planner you could possibly work with, and I can’t recommend her enough!

She is always available if you have any requests or questions and works tirelessly to satisfy them. During the wedding day, she was available from start to end to ensure everything ran smoothly, which it did. I would trust her to arrange every party ever.

P.S. We do not live in Italy, and we never felt that this was an issue due to her availability per phone, etc.

We had the absolute pleasure of choosing Franca and Sena to be the planners for our Italian wedding.

As foreigners and not speaking fluent Italian, dealing with the Italian Bureaucracy was very daunting. Franca and Sena made the process of obtaining all the required documents very simple and efficient.

Franca was proactive in organising every detail of our wedding, and was an excellent advocate for us and our guests. We appreciated her many suggestions and she took care of aspects that we had not even anticipated (for example; she ended up arranging the bouquet herself when she realised the local small town florist didn’t have the quality product nor the expertise). She didn’t accept anything but the best from the venue/s which resulted in a great menu and perfect ambience both for the ceremony and the reception. We were also lucky enough to benefit from her extensive list of contacts i.e. we couldn’t of got a better photographer and hair and make-up artist.

Both Franca and Sena provided on-the-day coordination, which resulted in the whole day and evening feeling relaxed and seamless.

The wedding planning service we received exceeded all our expectations, and we will be forever grateful, thank you Franca.

Han pasado ya más de veinte años desde que entramos por primera vez en la tienda CERIMONIA E’ de Franca Ferrali en Pieve a Nievole, Italia.
En aquella época estaba por nacer nuestra primera hija y teníamos que preparar el bautizo, desde entonces la wedding Franca Ferrali ha sido fundamental en los momentos más importantes de nuestras vidas, se ha ocupado de los bautizos, comuniones y confirmaciones de nuestras hijas aconsejándonos, ayudándonos y realizando recuerdos de ceremonia únicos y no solo, con ella he encontrado el regalo ideal en todas las ocasiones.
La ultima fiesta que me ha organizado ha sido los 18 años de mi hija mayor, no existen palabras para describir las emociones de aquella fiesta, Franca es un volcán de ideas y ha preparado una fiesta inolvidable. Nos ha guiado en la preparación de las sorpresas y se ha encargado de todo hasta el detalle más insignificante.

Franca and Sena are nothing short of amazing! Our wedding would not have been the spectacle it turned out to be without both their tireless efforts. Franca and Sena went well beyond her duties in making this wedding so amazing! Both did everything they do gracefully and nothing is too much. The suppliers Franca and Sena recommended were truly fantastic and their negotiation skills are second to none and by far outweighed their modest fee, given that we live in Switzerland and had to get things done speaking by email and telephone. My wife and me both have been extremely impressed by their professionalism, passion, understanding of our needs and ability to overdeliver to our expectations. From day one we noticed their 30 years of experience that brings a tremendous network and they orchestrated it all so well the whole time we worked together. We got a very bad experience with this wedding planner only interested in money. They do not care about you. Do not trust them, even for the smallest transaction (that they will try to sell you at the beginning).
Just go away !!!
